Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that works alongside Government, community groups and specialist Delivery partners to design and deliver vital services that support people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and health & wellbeing.
The role of BOP spans project development (working with Government and others to design and launch the service), project management (coordinating the delivery phase, managing performance, and liaising with the various stakeholders) and project finance (funding the project until it starts to earn outcomes payments). Our own funding comes from a group of pioneering social investors, including The Office for Civil Society, Big Society Capital, Pilotlight, Trust for London, who, like us, are motivated by improving lives and changing the system for the better.
About the opportunity
The Single Homelessness Prevention Service (SHPS) works with individuals who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, helping them to either find new accommodation or sustain their existing tenancies. The service is currently operating in three London boroughs and has received central government funding to expand further. SHPS is funded as an outcomes contract, where Councils only pay for the positive social outcomes achieved by clients. This approach allows for greater flexibility in how the service is delivered as there is no fixed service specification, with performance measured by the outcomes achieved.
The programme will take a person centred and holistic approach and provide a service that enables and empowers through training, coaching and sharing knowledge.
The programmes operate to deliver three key outcomes:
1. Creating a tailored personal housing and support plan
2. Delivering a housing outcome by preventing homelessness risk
3. Evidencing the long-term success and no risk to the tenancy at the eight-month point.
The structure
Single Homelessness Prevention Services commission local specialist charities to deliver the services with oversight from the operations lead. Your role will be to drive continuous improvement across the programmes, provide support and encouragement to achieve success, build local stakeholder relationships and develop strong links with relevant community organisations to drive performance and collaboration across the programme to drive performance and collaboration across the programme
The Operational Lead will report into the Programme Director.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
Support across the referral process (in partnership with the individual service managers of each Delivery Partner but with full oversite across the delivery partnership)
- Build strong operational relationships with relevant agencies to create effective referral pathways.
- Work closely with the Programme Director to provide details on referral activity and outline any issues which might need intervention. Ensure the referral target is met each month by delivery partners. .
Drive effective and authentic co-production and innovation across the partnership.
- Work with the Programme Director and delivery partners to ensure the voice of those who have experienced the programme is built into the design and continuous adaption of the programme.
- Identify challenges to achieving the intended outcomes and engage delivery partners adapt the delivery to overcome barriers. Make sure all these challenges, insights and learnings are shared and built upon across each of the delivery partners.
- Drive innovation across the service, through identifying and implementing what is working well and creating a culture of innovation with the delivery partners.
Community asset development and external relationship building
- Assist with embedding the programme pan London by promoting the programme to external agencies through presentations and attending meetings.
- Supporting the Programme Director on all operational and project management needs, including coordination of team activities, as well as organising/facilitating training for delivery partners across the programme
- Effectively manage and own operational relationships with Local Authority and Delivery partner teams.
- Provide a local presence, drive collaboration and knowledge sharing across the delivery partnerships.
- Be responsible with oversight from the programme director to drive/action effective use of the personalisation budgets available on the programme to facilitate needs and ambitions identified by each individual.
Impact Management & Analysis
- Ensure coaches and service managers are able to use the data system accurately and effectively. Provide additional support and answer questions when they arise on the system.
- Support the programme Director to provide consistent, data and reporting to all partners and stakeholders.
- Gather and analyse data to ensure trends can identify the driver of poor performance or required change to improve the service delivery.
- Support the Programme Director in producing reports and insights that aid decision making, and will be used to present back learning, impact and challenges.
About you
You will have the following skills, knowledge and competencies:

· Significant contract management experience, including management of multiple subcontracts with external organisations. Demonstrated ability of driving improved performance of external teams through effective contract management.
· Experience and skilled in working across partner organisations and in using data and insight to inform and enhance performance
· Excellent operational management skills, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing delivery of multiple areas of responsibility.
· Knowledge of working with a case management system, including monitoring and maintaining data and ensuring teams are effectively using systems.
· Strong communication skills with a collaborative and flexible approach to work
· Ability to develop and manage positive and collaborative relationships with many partners and stakeholders with different perspectives and interests.
· Ability to work independently and use own initiative to find solutions.
· Be prepared to attend London offices 3 days a week.

This is a key role where you will help lead the month-end processes, statutory accounts, VAT compliance, and audit preparation. You'll play a key role in implementing a new finance system (Microsoft Business Central) and act as systems administrator for financial platforms.

Responsibilities
- Finance business partner to project teams and country offices, offering financial management support.
- Prepare project budgets, monitor expenditure and cashflows, and prepare management accounts, including variance analyses and supporting narrative reports.
- Grant management, compliance and reporting – preparing financial reports to donors, ensuring that these meet their requirements.

Person Specification

- Strong IT skills, including advanced MSExcel skills. Competence in SQL an advantage.

PURPOSE
The Principal Gifts Manager is a vital member of the Development team at the WHO Foundation, responsible for advancing strategic fundraising and engagement goals. The role will appeal to a talented principal gifts fundraiser motivated by the opportunity to make a transformative impact on the Foundation’s fundraising at a pivotal moment in its history.
By cultivating relationships with individuals, trusts, and corporations, this role will secure $3M+ funding from a diverse and growing community of supporters. The Principal Gifts Manager will connect these stakeholders to our mission through a blend of face-to-face meetings, events, tailored proposals, and compelling presentations. This role may also serve as a multi-market specialist, managing select portfolios.
REPORTS TO
The Principal Gifts Manager will report to the Director of Development US for the WHO Foundation.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Fundraising and portfolio management:

Increase philanthropic gifts to WHOF and build a sustainable pipeline of prospects and fundraising income.

Manage a portfolio of 30-40 prospective donors and deliver multiple gifts at the $3 million + level.

Meet or exceed targets, including dollars raised, asks made, meetings secured, and gift closure rates.

Develop strategies for multi-year transformational funding etc to : Develop strategies for multi-year transformational funding, working collaboratively with the Development Team to expand UHNW networks and corporate partners. Build plans to engage family offices, donor-advised funds, wealth advisors, and family foundations at the principal gift level.

Efficiently use the CRM to track and report activity, support campaign data, and provide management information for senior leadership.

Cultivate deep and meaningful principal gift relationships with prospects and donors.

Develop strong working relationships with WHO and WHOF ’s staff and senior volunteers.
Relationship management:

Design and execute effective cultivation/ solicitation strategies with potential donors that inspire major gifts to match fundraising priorities.

Collaboration:

Job requirements

A minimum of 10+ years to attract senior-level US fundraisers. of experience in fundraising

Significant experience of managing principal gift portfolios and closing 7- and 8-figure gifts

Proficient in building relationships and negotiating with UHNW and HNWI donors

Demonstrable experience of working to and achieving challenging financial targets

Demonstrable experience of designing and executing successful fundraising strategies

Excellent knowledge of best practice in philanthropic fundraising applied successfully in international development, higher education, health, or nonprofit sectors

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Head of Financial Operations & Control is a pivotal senior leadership role, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all financial records across The Courtauld and its subsidiaries. You will oversee core financial operations, reporting, tax and treasury management, investment support, regulatory compliance, and risk management, playing a key role in safeguarding the financial stability and integrity of the institution.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Lead the finance function, including financial accounting, control, compliance
· Manage all aspects of financial operations such as accounts payable/receivable, payroll, treasury, fixed assets, and tax
· Ensure accurate accounting and tax services to the group and its subsidiaries
· Lead the production of high-quality statutory financial statements, management reporting, and lead the annual audit
· Develop and maintain internal control policies, systems, and procedures to facilitate timely and accurate financial transactions and reporting
· Maintain the integrity and completeness of financial data held in the ERP system, including the chart of accounts and resolution of data quality issues
· Support investment strategy, manage treasury, endowment accounting and liquidity planning
· Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls and contribute to strategic financial planning
· Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory obligations (including HMRC, VAT, Gift Aid and tax implications for fundraising activities)
· Build effective relationships across the institution and externally, including auditors, investment managers, and regulators
· Deputise for the Director of Finance when required
In order to be successful in the role we're looking for;
· A qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent)
· Significant experience in managing financial control and operations including VAT, Tax relief, treasury in a charitable/education/not-for-profit organisation of similar size and complexity
· Able to self-sufficiently lead a smooth, accurate and timely year end process
· Strong technical expertise in accounting standards, able to ensure correct accounting treatment of restricted, unrestricted and endowment income
· A proven track record of leading finance teams and driving process improvements, thriving to develop a best-in-class finance function
· Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at a senior level
· Experience in investment and endowment accounting is strongly desirable

PURPOSE
This role sits within the growing development team and will be responsible for managing a US and International portfolio of current and prospective major donors, cultivating relationships with individuals, trusts, and corporations and soliciting major gifts and stewarding donors effectively to encourage their lasting support. The Senior Development Manager will connect these stakeholders to our mission through a combination of face-to-face meetings, events, written proposals, and compelling presentations.

The Senior Development Manager West Coast will report to the Director of Development US for the WHO Foundation.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Fundraising and portfolio management:

Responsible for delivering major gifts from HNWIs, philanthropists, corporates, foundations in support of WHO’s strategic priorities in the US— particularly in major markets such as the Bay Area, Seattle, and Southern California.

Manage a portfolio of 60-80 prospective donors (250K to 5 million USD capacity) and develop them across all stages of cultivation.

In partnership with the Regional Director US, design and implement a comprehensive development strategy for the West Coast, aligned with the Foundation’s development goals.

Meet a yearly set of agreed fundraising KPIs (including money raised, asks made, meetings secured and gift close rate).

Efficiently use the CRM to record and report on activity: feeding into campaign data, team reporting and management information for the senior leadership team.
Relationship management:

Develop and implement effective cultivation/ solicitation strategies with potential donors to motivate significant gifts to match fundraising priorities.

Initiate and grow a personal network of senior key influencers who are able to advise and make introductions to strengthen and grow our major donor base.

Build mutually beneficial relationships with WHOF and WHO colleagues, particularly in relation to fundraising projects, and align programmes of activity where appropriate.

Create shared opportunities that support and advance the Foundation's fundraising priorities.

Translate complex ideas into compelling messages tailored to supporters.

Contribute to the concept, planning and delivery of events and other opportunities to engage with WHOF’s community of supporters.

Work with leadership and fundraisers from across the Foundation to identify potential funding priorities that may be of particular interest to North American prospects.
Collaboration:

Work in partnership with the Finance team, Legal, Comms and wider WHOF teams to ensure gifts are processed in line with donor wishes and financial regulations

PROFILE

Significant experience of managing principal gift portfolios and closing 6- and 7-figure gifts

Experience developing and implementing innovative high network individual events.

You’ll work closely with the service manager to plan and arrange a wide programme of activities for young and adult Unpaid Carers. This will involve researching activities, and liaising with providers, ensuring health and safety, insurance and other checks are in place, arranging resources and refreshments, completing risk assessments and booking venues.
You will actively promote activities to Unpaid Carers, manage bookings and respond to queries. The role is based in our Carers Hub, so you will interact with Unpaid Carers visiting the team or enquiring about the service. You will also prepare regular newsletters for the service and provide additional admin support to the team as needed.
Applicants should have experience in an admin or activities planning role and excellent customer service skills. You will require exceptional communication, organisational and written skills, and should be proactive and resourceful. You must be proficient in using Word and Excel, and experience of using databases would be an advantage.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and process-driven individual to contribute to the efficient and accurate handling of income and supporter data. The successful candidate will support the smooth running of income processing, reconciliation, and Gift Aid preparation within a busy fundraising environment. Working closely with Finance and Fundraising colleagues, you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the charity's CRM (ideally Dynamics 365), ensuring data is correctly coded, imported, and reconciled, and supporting documentation and reporting for audit-readiness. This is a data heavy role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Import and process income from all channels (cheques, cash, online platforms, bank transfers, legacies, corporate donations).
* Apply codes accurately to each transaction record, including fund, campaign, appeal, designation, project, restriction, and method codes
* Conduct daily and weekly CRM to bank reconciliations as per the E2E process and related procedures.
* Prepare and support month end income reconciliation for journals into Xledger.
* Log and track data discrepancies (e.g., missing codes, unmatched records, duplicates), escalating where required.
* Support Gift Aid readiness by validating declarations and ensuring eligibility on transactions is coded correctly.
* Coordinate closely with Finance to ensure journal outputs are accurate
* Contribute to data cleansing and reporting to improve CRM data quality
You will bring:
