IT Support Analyst
CIPFA is expanding its busy IT department and looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career.
You will be responsible for delivering an efficient, customer-focused ICT service. Including desktop support, application/systems training and expertise and first-line problem diagnosis to our offices and external clients.
IT Support Analyst Responsibilities:
- Providing in-depth user support for CIPFA’s in-house business systems (e.g. CRM, o365, ERP, Sharepoint and other systems) and act as a ‘guru’ to the business, helping users to work with them day-to-day and diagnosing issues.
- Providing local IT support to office-based staff. Record, track and document work in progress and resolutions as part of the problem-solving process.
- Performing hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing/building/maintaining workstations and hardware, implementing file backups, upgrades, patches and configuring systems and applications.
IT Support Analyst Requirements:
- It is essential you have recent experience of working in a busy IT Help Desk and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products including Windows 10, Office 365.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team to help resource suitable and sustainable accommodation for our members to move on to in ending their homelessness.
As Housing Procurement Officer, you will create successful relationships with social and private landlords to maximise the supply of suitable homes across the Liverpool City Region for our members. You will work alongside the Merseyside team to identify appropriate matches of tenants and properties.
The post holder will work in conjunction with Client Services and Best Practice colleagues to inform and shape best practice in securing affordable, sustainable homes for our members, and support its adoption across Crisis.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have an excellent understanding of the Liverpool City Region rental housing market along with an understanding of both the needs of social and private landlords and the barriers and opportunities faces by people moving out of homelessness and into housing. You will have experience of sourcing and procuring properties and the ability to negotiate and broker agreements effectively. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of issues affecting homeless or vulnerably housed individuals along with a commitment to empowering individuals with complex needs.

Central Supporter Engagement Coordinators play a crucial role in stewarding, inspiring, and engaging a diverse range of churches and Christian Aid groups to build on the agency of Christian Aid’s supporters. They are accountable for capturing and processing supporter information and providing consistent outstanding customer service and stewardship. The team will be involved in data management and will gain specific expertise in Christian Aid systems. The Central Supporter Engagement team are also accountable for providing excellent office-based help to complement the efforts of regional colleagues, working as one to achieve the strategic objectives of the Fundraising and Supporter Engagement department and the wider organisation. You will work closely with regional colleagues across the UK.
About you
You will be used to working in a customer care environment, including handling enquiries and complaints and appropriately dealing with difficult issues, and working with a customer database, including inputting, editing and extracting data. You will be able to dealing with new and existing supporters by telephone and in written communications, and liaise and build relationships with a broad range of people in a friendly, outgoing and positive manner. You will have knowledge of good donor management or customer care.
You will be able to demonstrate appropriate assurance to set manageable expectations and deal positively with supporters whose expectations cannot be met. You will also have the ability to retain clarity and focus in a very busy environment with excellent attention to detail as well as a systematic approach to work.
