Responsibilities of our Programme Manager - Technical:

- Lead, plan, and deliver strategically significant technical programmes across the organisation

About the Change team:

The Change and PMO team sit within the Finance & Shared Services Directorate.  The team are responsible for the development and delivery of strategic projects and programmes and the successful adoption of change at Cats Protection. HerStory House is dedicated to empowering women with the skills needed to thrive in their chosen communities, maintain independence, and build a hopeful future. • Assist in the preparation of audited financial statements for two major subsidiaries

This role will be working 37.5 hours per week, offering a competitive salary of £85,000 - £95,000 per annum.

Based at St. Edmund House, Bishop Crispian Way, Portsmouth, PO1 3QA, with regular travel across the Diocese to parishes and diocesan meetings, including the Channel Islands which may require overnight stays. This exciting role involves undertaking research on gambling related financial harms and engaging with stakeholders in financial services firms to practically apply our research to their work. The (Senior) Research Officer will be an integral part of the team working to tackle gambling related financial harms through delivering timely and insightful research and consultancy support.
