We have a new and exciting opportunity within Victim Support to provide Domestic Abuse case management interventions across Cumbria, as part of the Drive Project we are recruiting 2 x Perpetrator Case Workers (known internally as Case Managers) to cover Westmorland & Furness area.
Drive is an innovative national project that aims to improve the lives and safety of victims and children, by holding high-risk perpetrators to account. The project combines case management of perpetrators with a co-ordinated multi-agency response.
The Drive Partnership, formed by Respect, SafeLives and Social Finance, is working to transform the national response to perpetrators of domestic abuse. They work to end domestic abuse and protect victims by disrupting, challenging, and changing the behaviour of those who are causing harm. Together they have developed the Drive Project to address a gap in work with high-harm, high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. They also work to advocate for systems and policy change- to develop sustainable, national systems that respond more effectively to all perpetrators of domestic abuse.

About the role:
These roles are based at Kendal Police Station, West Morland & Furness, Cumbria, and involve regular travel. Due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement. As a Case Manager, you will strive to make contact and work on a one-to-one basis with perpetrators to pro-actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change and link to complementary services. To do this, you will work alongside existing agencies to design a co-ordinated, intervention plan, addressing identified needs and risks, and promoting understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours.
You will work closely with the IDVA's (integrated partner support) to review risk, develop safety plans, and improve outcomes for all parties involved. You will support individuals to make meaningful changes and contribute to improved quality of life and safer outcomes-helping offenders move away from the criminal justice system.
You will be passionate and committed to working within a multi-disciplinary team and will have a demonstrable track record of working with complex need service users. This may be within the field of domestic abuse, and/or mental health, substance misuse and offending.
We are seeking experienced professionals from domestic abuse, offender rehabilitation, or mental health backgrounds who bring strong case management expertise and a passion for behaviour change. This role involves delivering one-to-one psychosocial interventions with high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse, aiming to reduce long-term risk to current and future victims/survivors, and children.
These posts will be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.

BIAS’s welfare and housing advice service supports members of the local Irish community and beyond with a range of complex issues, including disability benefits, pensions, Universal Credit, Irish passports, homelessness, rehousing, tenancy sustainment and disrepair. We are looking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic person who has a background or demonstrable interest in advice, welfare or housing to join our friendly advice team. Your role will involve contributing to the establishment, expansion and day-to-day running of BIAS’s advice service in Haringey borough, providing specialist advice on welfare and housing via one-to-one client appointments, completing casework and advocating for positive outcomes for your clients.
You will need to have strong people skills and the ability to build good working relationships with colleagues, clients and partners, an aptitude for working independently, excellent organisational skills and the ability to digest complex briefs. You will be required to manage an active caseload, ensuring that cases are appropriately actioned and recorded and that deadlines are met. You will work with the Advice Services Manager to build and develop the new advice service in Haringey, ensuring that we replicate our excellent quality of service, strong record of positive outcomes and loyal client base.

KEY WORK AREAS AND MAIN DUTIES
- Providing appropriate advice, information and practical help to clients via in-person appointments, outreach visits, telephone, letter or email. Where necessary, advocating on behalf of clients in the appropriate forums.
- Ensuring that all casework records are kept up to date and completed clearly and effectively.
- Contributing to monitoring service delivery and recording client outcomes.
- Maintaining a good knowledge of other available services, and signposting or referring clients as needed.
- Participating in regular team file reviews and supervision sessions, and contributing to maintaining BIAS’s high-quality service in line with Advice Quality Standard (AQS) requirements.
- Engaging positively and constructively with other service providers, including local authorities and housing providers, to maintain partnerships.
- Staying up to date with developments in welfare benefits and housing legislation and identifying opportunities to effect positive policy change, together with the Advice Services Manager.
These are the basic duties required of the Welfare and Housing Adviser. However, it is necessary for all staff to be flexible and you may be required from time to time to perform other reasonable duties which are required for the efficient running of the organisation. We will also offer training opportunities to support your career development.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK. This role will be based in our advice venues in Haringey[1], with some presence required at our main office in Willesden and some options for flexible working (i.e. one or two days per week).
[1] BIAS is currently running its Haringey advice services from the Hornsey Vale Community Centre, with plans to expand into additional venues in the borough later in 2025.

The Opportunity
Be part of a national team improving how services respond to domestic abuse.
As our Senior Trainer, you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our training offer, so more professionals have the confidence and skills to respond well to domestic abuse.
You will design and deliver engaging training online and in person, coordinate rotas and resources, uphold quality, and use feedback to keep content relevant and impactful. You will also line manage two Training Coordinators, nurture key client relationships, and support proposals and bookings that grow our reach and repeat business.
About You
You are an established trainer with experience in the Violence Against Women and Girls sector. You can design and deliver dynamic, inclusive sessions for mixed audiences, both online and in person, with strong feedback and repeat bookings to show for it.
You bring solid understanding of housing and health including safeguarding and local pathways, and you are confident running day to day operations, scheduling and capacity planning.
You have experience line managing people and setting clear standards through observation, coaching and quality assurance. You are comfortable scoping client needs, shaping simple SLAs and turning data and feedback into clear KPIs and reports.
You are trauma informed, anti-racist, collaborative and calm under pressure, with strong communication and sound judgement. A relevant training qualification such as PTLLS or equivalent is desirable.
Whilst this is a remote based job, you will need to be located within London/Home Counties area and be able to travel when required.

Band: 4

About the role
Since LRU started campaigning for rent controls in 2024, we’ve secured the support of MPs, trade unions and charities, organised large demonstrations and pushed the issue of rising rents up the political agenda.
The purpose of this role is to work alongside members and other union staff to take our campaigning for rent controls to the next level through a combination of protests, local organising, coalition building and targeting of power holders, landlords and corporations.
How we work at LRU
You will be part of the LRU staff team alongside 12 other staff, who work with members to build the power of the union by organising, campaigning, training and supporting peer support and member solidarity actions. We expect staff to uphold the union's values, and work together to implement collectively agreed strategies. The staff team are accountable to the elected member Coordinating Group.

Support members to organise ambitious and effective actions and protests in support of rent controls.

Leading on specific projects and campaigns as part of the Cut the Rent campaign and other campaign priorities decided by LRU members. For example, if the campaigns committee decides to target a particular developer or politician as part of the wider Cut the Rent campaign.

Working with the Union Coordinator and members to implement and track progress on the overall Cut the Rent strategy.

Implementing organising approaches to ensure that the Cut the Rent campaigns builds the active membership and power of the union.

Working alongside the Union Coordinator to represent LRU in external meetings and events, and help to build LRU’s relationships with other organisations. Supporting members to do this.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Dementia UK’s growing Community Fundraising team as the Senior Regional Fundraising Manager, where you will lead, inspire and empower your talented team of Regional Fundraisers and Fundraising Managers to unlock the full potential of our highest-value supporters—individuals, community groups, and regional corporate partners—across the UK.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our community fundraising strategy by crafting ambitious regional plans, nurturing high-performing teams, and driving innovation in supporter engagement. Championing a relationship-led approach, ensuring every supporter feels valued and inspired to raise vital funds. You will lead collaboration with other teams such as National Corporate and the Marketing and Communications team to drive new business pipelining and amplify Community Fundraising campaigns, develop new fundraising products, and represent Dementia UK at external events and sector initiatives.

We are looking for you to bring a strong background in community fundraising and a track record in growing fundraising income. Confidence in setting and managing large budgets, reporting on KPIs and adjusting plans as necessary is essential. An understanding of delivering community fundraising products and scaling ideas that support donor acquisition and retention is vital, with the ability to use insight to shape pipeline and stewardship planning. You’ll also be an experienced team leader who can motivate and guide others to deliver results.

Women in Prison is a national, women-led, feminist organisation. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To develop, implement and evaluate the Banter Project youth service in partnership with adopted young people in Northern Ireland. These young people range in age from 14-25 years and live throughout Northern Ireland. The role will primarily work with the project participants, but has additional relationships with community organisations, educational establishments and employers to ensure that all project goals and outcomes are efficiently and effectively met.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To lead the development and delivery of all elements of the Banter Project adopted young people’s service within Northern Ireland in a fun, interactive, interesting and an ability appropriate manner.
- To support the project participants to play an active role in the design and implementation of a programme of monthly activities for adopted young people. Sustaining and developing a monthly social hub, supporting the development of basic life-skills, and preparation for opportunities in further education, training, employment.
- To support a Youth Advisory Group (YAG) in its role to enable adopted young people to steer the Banter Project while developing skills which promote independence, personal development, social and life skills, leadership, and community involvement.
- To organise and supervise the work of the Youth Services Support Worker to deliver the Banter Project.
- To provide opportunities to connect with, and signpost to, relevant services, particularly those who work with care experienced young people.
- To develop and implement robust monitoring and evaluation to review individual goals, track progress and impact, via data and analysis of outcomes to assess effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- To record service activity using the electronic data management systems to collate in preparation for reporting and learning opportunities.
- To gather output and outcome data from the Banter Project service in accordance with the quality assurance systems within AUK.

We are seeking an experienced Operations and Systems Manager to join our team. As Operations and Systems Manager, you will ensure SMK’s operations are well managed, and make sure that we have all the processes, technology and policies needed to operate effectively. The Operations and Systems Manager will work closely with the CEO, Board and staff team of 6, and hold the relationships with our external IT, Accounting and HR providers. Flexible and Hybrid Working
Our office base is located in central London. You need to be in the office for a minimum of 1 day per week and further Team Days and Board Away Days. Travel and accommodation for working at our London office is at the job-holders own expense. Expenses incurred for SMK business outside London are covered by the charity.
The 15hours per week can be worked flexibly across Monday to Thursday, with a preference for them to include at least part of Monday and Tuesday to accommodate our weekly team meetings (Monday mornings) and Board Meetings which occur quarterly (Tuesday afternoons)..
