Oaklands & St Kilda's is made up of two newly refurbished six-bedroom homes, located close to each other in Ealing, West London. We work with up to 12 young people at a time, providing a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment. Many of the young people joining us are moving on from hospital, stepping down from more intensive placements, or transitioning from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services to Adult services.
Our team delivers 24-hour trauma-informed and psychologically informed support. You'll play a key role in helping each young person shape their own support and service experience. Everyone receives a bespoke welcome pack and is encouraged to personalise their living space, helping them feel at home from day one.
We place a strong emphasis on participation and co-production. Young people are encouraged to make decisions about their care, engage in partnership meetings, and take part in activities that build skills and confidence - whether that's cooking, budgeting, managing medication, or accessing education and work opportunities.
Support workers will manage a number of young people to help them to identify, plan and achieve their goals, develop relationships meaningful to them and achieve greater independence by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package.
This is a Waking Night role working to support young people throughout the night at the service.
This role consists of three weekly shifts from 22:00 to 08:00, with double cover for each shift.

The Counter-Trafficking Department operates within HBF’s vibrant, multi-disciplinary team. The Casework Coordinator works alongside the Senior Counter-Trafficking Manager and the rest of the Counter-Trafficking team, as well as other human rights professionals from a wide range of fields and disciplines in order to support survivors to work towards sustaining long-term recovery, social inclusion and re-building their lives. The role of the Coordinator is to ensure that clients who are victims of trafficking have detailed counter-trafficking assessments, regular follow-up (as per their individual needs and risks) and appropriate safeguarding. As Partnerships Officer, you will play a central role in managing high-quality relationships with Martingale’s growing network of partners, while also supporting the governance and operational functions of the organisation. Working closely with the CEO, senior leadership, and our existing Partnerships Officer, you will help ensure that funders, supporters, and mission-aligned organisations feel valued, engaged, and recognised for their contribution to Martingale’s success.
A key part of your role will be to strengthen relationships with funders and university partners, building long-term commitment to Martingale’s mission. You will manage relationships with multiple departments across our ten partner universities, coordinating internally to ensure these partnerships run smoothly. Alongside this, you will support the operation of Martingale’s key governance bodies, including the Advisory Board, Student Advisory Board, Academic Advisory Committee and Scholarship Selection Committee, ensuring timely communications, accurate records, and positive engagement with members. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on the delivery of the partner relations strategy, working with our 40+ partners to effectively build long-term successful relationships. In collaboration with the CEO, you will support new and existing funders, in-kind supporters, partner charities, and Ambassadors, ensuring they feel valued, informed and connected to Martingale’s mission.
- Strengthen and deepen relationships with partners through a structured and personalised programme of engagement, recognition, and reporting, including invitations to events throughout the academic year.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage the grant portfolio for the UK Democracy Fund and JRSST-CT, in support of the strategy.

Job Summary
Advance’s Minerva service works with women and young women and girls involved in the Criminal Justice System offering safe, targeted support and advocacy to women to help them address their complex needs in relation to the 9 pathways to offending, such as substance misuse and financial difficulties, aiming to reduce re-offending, encourage desistance amongst repeat offenders, and empower women to live safe, crime free lives.
Working as a Service User Engagement Lead you will be responsible for supporting the operational delivery of our service user engagement programme that will be a part of the Minerva service across London, including leading a team of CJS community champions and ambassadors and supporting in the oversight and delivery this programme across our 3 criminal justice services. In addition, this role requires you to build effective relationships with the criminal justice teams across London, and the regions alongside our partners and service users.
An integral part of the Service User Engagement Lead role will include delivering planned monthly supervision and ad-hoc supervision and having oversight of safeguarding and risk management for the CJS champions and ambassadors that you are working alongside. You will support the Senior Service Manager and Service Managers in delivering key information to keyworkers, in staff meetings and in day-to-day interactions to help promote the service user engagement programme.
You will lead your team and service while working collaboratively with fellow Advance managers and teams, external agencies and key stakeholders across London to provide a consistent and holistic service.
Key responsibilities and duties
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes for champions and ambassadors including processing checks and welcome packs. Creating and supporting a positive culture of CJS Champions and ambassadors within the service
- To ensure the voice of service users is heard, valued and have influence throughout all areas of services, development design and delivery
- Supporting the CJS champions and ambassadors in post with their professional development
- Support with coproduction of projects across sites including coproduction space and service user activities, representing the views and opinions of those who access our services by leading on service user board meetings, focus groups and training sessions.
- Oversight of the welfare and wellbeing of CJS Champions and ambassadors
- Embed processes that enable you to engage with those who access our services, by listening to their views and asking for their feedback. Provide feedback and updates to those who access our services informing them of any changes and decisions.
- Work with staff and the local community to improve and develop the service, promoting our strategy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on champions and ambassadors and service user engagement via our internal database and spreadsheets.
- Manage invitations, bookings, and logistics for internal and external events, meetings or workshops involving CJS community champions and ambassadors
- Ensure all CJS champion and service user information is managed confidentially and in line with Data Protection regulations.
- Keep CJS champions and ambassadors training and participation records up to date.
- Support in monitoring engagement levels and preparing basic reports or summaries on Service User Involvement champions and ambassadors.
- Be responsible for your own personal learning/development and keep up to date on research, relevant legislation, policy and practice, and other literature relevant to the role.
- Participate in supervision, training and meetings as required and assist in the development of services in line with agreed development plans.
- Work collaboratively with the Service Managers to ensure that the work supporting women in the CJS is a coherent and well organised service, meeting regularly to communicate issues across the team and reporting achievements, challenges and proposed solutions.

To be successful as the Service User Engagement Lead you will need the below experience and skills:
You are an organised and empathetic individual with experience in supporting service user involvement and champion/ambassador programmes. You’re confident managing the full lifecycle of engagement - from recruitment and onboarding to professional development and exit processes - ensuring safeguarding and data protection protocols are followed at all times.
You have a strong understanding of co-production principles and are passionate about ensuring the voices of those with lived experience are heard, valued, and embedded in service design and delivery.
Your ability to build positive relationships enables you to effectively support the welfare and wellbeing of community champions and ambassadors, while also engaging wider staff and community networks to improve services.
With strong administrative skills, you’re confident in managing data systems, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate records. You’re proactive in monitoring engagement levels and can contribute to reporting and service development activities.
Collaborative by nature, you work well within a team, communicate effectively, and are committed to continuous learning. You stay up to date with relevant legislation, policy, and best practice, and thrive in environments that value service user voice, equality, and community impact.

What the job involves
We’re looking for a Senior Supporter Journeys Executive to help us shape how our supporters experience our charity. Working at the heart of the Individual Giving team, you’ll design and deliver engaging, insight-led journeys that build loyalty, reduce attrition, and encourage long-term support.
This is an exciting time for the charity as we're delivering a new 3-year fundraising strategy with a particular focus on loyalty. In this newly created role, you'll play a key part in making sure every touchpoint, from the first welcome to ongoing engagement, feels personal, timely, and meaningful.
You'll be responsible for developing and improving multi-channel journeys for both new and existing supporters, coordinating the creation of journeys from various channels to help increase conversion. You’ll also support the design and rollout of journeys for key segments, including legacy enquirers and tribute fund donors.
Working with our data and insight colleagues, you’ll monitor journey performance using key metrics like retention and lifetime value. You'll use our CRM and Email Service Provider to identify opportunities, track activity, and coordinate testing of messaging and value propositions to maximise engagement.
As a key collaborator, you’ll work with colleagues across the organisation and with external agencies to ensure our supporter journeys are joined up and focused on the individual.
What we want from you
This role is a great fit for someone with experience in Individual Giving, donor stewardship, or similar supporter experience roles. You'll have a strong understanding of what drives loyalty and retention, and a clear grasp of donor lifetime value.
Your project coordination skills will be essential as you manage multiple priorities across teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient delivery. We need someone who’s comfortable working with data and insight to inform decisions, using CRMs (ideally Raiser’s Edge) and email platforms like Adestra to improve supporter journeys and campaign performance. You'll also have a good working knowledge of direct marketing concepts and multi-channel delivery, including mail, email, and digital.
We're looking for an independent thinker who can not only manage projects but also proactively identify and develop new opportunities from their own observations. With your collaborative mindset, you'll be able to work effectively across teams and adapt to changing priorities, always focused on delivering an exceptional supporter experience that's insight-led and truly impactful.

Qualifications
Experience of working with children, young people (18-25) and their families, identified as vulnerable or having complex needs, preferably in a community setting.
Experience of delivering impactful one to one interventions
Experience of inter-agency working, preferably with Children's and Family Services/Youth Justice Services/Youth Services.
Knowledge of issues around risk and vulnerability amongst young people.

The post holder would be responsible for:
* Providing specialist advice and advocacy service to the homeless guests of our services, which include Partner Day Centres and Night Shelters throughout the winter season.
* Employing creative thinking and practices to ensure that guests are supported and motivated to achieve their goals.
* Attending appointments with guest occassionally when needed
* Referring and signposting guests to accommodation providers, health service and other relevant internal and external support services, as necessary.
* Maintaining good communication with the Managers of our partnered Drop In Centres, Glass Door colleagues and local statutory and non-statutory services.
* Attending meetings with the Casework team, external service providers and partner organisations when required.
* Collating statistics and outcome measurements of the casework servicce for both internal and external use.
* Maintaining a well organised and easily accessible administration system for the casework programme in line with relevant legislation (eg GDPR)
* Managing a small casework budget
* Undertaking any other duties as required by the charity.
Person Specification
Essential:
* At least one years experience of working one-on-one and assessing the needs of homeless people or similar disadvantaged client groups
* Empathic attitude to homeless and vulnerably housed people
* Up to date knowledge of the welfare issues and legislation affecting homeless people
* Knowledge of relevant support services available to homeless people, particularly in West London
* Confident approach to and experience of, dealing with challenging behaviour
* Ability to maintain good relationships with colleagues and external service providers
* Highly organised with strong time management skills
* Ability to keep clear and up to date case records
* Experience and competent in MS Office packages
* Ability to work independently and take the initiative to make important decisions.
* Flexible and supportive team member with excellent communication skills
* Ability to adhere to and implement Health & Safety, HR and operational policies
