About the role
The aim of the Hertfordshire Mind Network Domestic Abuse Casework Service is to provide advice, information, and support to survivors of intimate partner or familial violence living in the community about the range, effectiveness, and suitability of options to improve their safety and that of their children. All advice will be based on a thorough understanding and assessment of risk and its management.
The purpose of the Hertfordshire Mind Network Community Outreach Worker role is to:
- To provide support and advocacy services to clients experiencing domestic abuse
- To ensure direct contact is made with the client within a specified time of an incident being reported to the police and to carry out a risk assessment.
- To ensure that the safety and wellbeing of the client is monitored and reviewed regularly.
- To maintain and enhance service delivery standards and effectiveness.
- To support the team with case management and volume of referrals to ensure a short waiting time and referrals are contacted promptly and assessed appropriately.
- To collate and obtain feedback regarding the effectiveness of the service.

About the Fundraiser role:
Are you a proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for fundraising? The Fundraiser is the link between the Hospices and the local community it serves as well as being the face of the charity. As a Fundraiser, you will strive to offer the best experience to our supporters.
You will be responsible for event management as well as financial targets set within an agreed expenditure budget, undertaking analytical work to evaluate success of appeals, events and promotions. These will be delivered through a range of channels, including digital and virtual campaigns, across a variety of fundraising programmes.

Policy, Influencing and Change
· Strategic leadership of IoUH Policy and Influencing: Delivering and evolving Policy & Influencing strategy that embeds policy, influencing into all IoUH’s programmes and work, overseeing effective execution of the strategy by the Policy & Influencing Team.
· Strategic leadership of IoUH Change function: Responsible for a strategic approach to partnerships focussed on scaling and sustaining what we know works. Overseeing delivery of a select portfolio of projects that are operating at scale and being replicated, particularly with a view to influencing local and national policy making and co-funding partnerships.
· Impact delivery: Overseeing the development and delivery of Policy and Influencing and Change strategies to support IoUH to achieve strategic aims and stated impact goals, including influencing decision making, policy debate and the policy and practice of key stakeholders.

About the role
We’re looking to recruit a Senior Finance Analyst to join a small team working in our Financial Planning & Analysis unit. The team work together to provide financial support and advice across a wide portfolio of programmes with a variety of funding sources.
As Senior Finance Analyst you will help support the financial management of projects, programmes and donor restricted funds. This will involve formulating and setting budgets, preparing financial reports and forecasts, and managing donor financial audit processes. You will challenge and help budget holders deliver realistic budgets and forecasts for cost centres and projects as well as document reasoning and underlying assumptions for stakeholders. You will clarify any variances too. We will look to you to provide regular financial information across the portfolio, including tracking spending across programme workstreams and cost centres, maintaining fund reporting schedules and reporting forex movements across the portfolio. You will also support a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practice and developing and streamlining processes. Important will be the ability to assist with capability building across our Network partners as well as deputise for the Head of Programmes Finance where needed.
We’re looking for someone with:
· Accountancy experience & ideally part or fully qualified.
· Experience of preparing donor bids & reports, knowledge of donor rules and regulations for high-compliance donors would be an advantage.
· Significant experience of providing financial reports & information to non-finance staff & supporting them in the management of budgets.
· Experience of delivering against monthly recurring deadlines.
· Good knowledge of finance applications (preferably Business Central).
· Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
· The ability to encourage a culture of continuous improvement.

About The Role
The purpose of this role is to contribute to achieving the objectives in the EU Financial Policy and Regulation project, specifically the work on public finance, fiscal policy and industrial strategy. Together with partners and allies, this role will help stop the political polarisation of net zero and contribute to building the broader case for public investment by establishing and propagating a narrative linking the opportunities of the clean energy transition with improving conditions for households and communities. This role sees the big picture and can translate it into actionable plans for maximum impact.
We support networks of organisations to work together to achieve outcomes that would not be possible by individual organisations acting alone. We expect all roles at Sunrise to actively support the capacity building of these networks and partner organisations.
About You
You have experience working on public finance, fiscal policy, or industrial strategy.
