Age Co are offering a 12-month fixed-term opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive to implement and deliver the insurance marketing plans to improve engagement, lead generation and overall insurance sales.
With responsibility for offline channel marketing activities, you will work alongside the insurance marketing team to ensure integrated activities for home, car and travel insurance.
This opportunity would best suit someone who has had exposure to a variety of marketing channels, including press, press inserts, direct mail, email, and campaign landing pages
Please note that due to the Hybrid nature of this role, the successful applicant will be required to work both from home and from our central London office near Tower Hill, as required (1-2 days per week). Position: S11318 Stroke Support Coordinator
Location: Home-based, North Somerset. However, frequent travel will be required as part of this role (to include team meetings or other work-related meetings)

The Role

The Stroke Support Coordinator will:

About You
You will have experience in:
- Experience of providing person centred support to empower vulnerable people or people with a disability or long-term health condition and their carers
- Ability to nurture emotional resilience needed to handle a variety of calls, potentially dealing with complex and challenging situations whilst working in your own home
- Experience in facilitating face to face group work with vulnerable people or people with a disability or long-term health condition.
- Effective listening skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse audience including anyone experiencing communication difficulties via a combination of face-to-face visits or meetings, telephone calls, emails or letters, and digital methods (such as video calls)

Role Overview
The Director of Development at the Foundling Museum will lead the Museum’s fundraising strategy, driving income generation to support its mission and programmes. The Director of Development works closely with the Museum's Director (CEO & Artistic Director), Trustees and key stakeholders to cultivate relationships with high-value donors, build strategic partnerships and secure sustainable financial support. As part of the Senior Management Team, this new role will work in collaboration with the Director of Finance (PT) and Director of Commercial and Operations (FT).
Reporting directly to the Museum Director, the role involves managing a small development team (2FTE) and communications team, setting ambitious targets and achieving actual income goals, ensuring alignment with the Museum’s values and strategic priorities.
The Director of Development will play a critical role in shaping the Museum’s long-term financial resilience, leveraging the Museum’s reputation and impact to inspire and engage supporters from diverse sectors.
Key duties
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising, membership and partnership strategy to support the Museum’s short and long-term goals
- Work closely with senior leadership and the Board to align fundraising priorities with the Museum’s mission and strategic objectives

- Lead efforts to secure major gifts and corporate sponsorships, with a particular focus on individuals, trust and foundations, and corporates

Person Specification
Experience (required)
- Proven leadership, ideally at least 5 years, in a similar role where philanthropic and grant income is central to the success of the organisation
- Extensive experience of shaping and implementing fundraising strategies that have delivered a step change increase in actual income
- A substantial fundraising track record in securing income from diverse constituencies and across funding types, including personal experience in securing major gifts and managing teams to do the same
- A demonstrable history of innovation and entrepreneurial approaches to identifying income generation opportunities and pushing organisations forward to increase income
- Proven experience of nurturing long and short-term funding opportunities and being the key point of contact for both
- Significant team leadership experience of creating, leading, inspiring and motivating a high performing team and collaborating with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders
- Strong performance management skills with a proven ability to develop, articulate and champion funding opportunities and gain buy-in among staff and key stakeholders, including board and committee members

Head of Fundraising and Development
Connect: North Korea is a fast-growing charity supporting North Korean escapees to build new lives after experiences of systemic discrimination, poverty, and trauma.
Our organisational income has grown consistently year on year since we registered in 2018. We now have a series of multi-year grants in place ensuring that 42% of our income for 2026 is already secured. But we are ambitious. We want to do more for our community, so we are looking for a new, dynamic Head of Fundraising and Development to lead and deliver income generation as we scale our work in the UK and globally.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a fundraising strategy and plan across all major income streams—trusts and foundations, individual giving, corporate partnerships, and major donors. At Scripture Union, we’re looking for two experienced and driven fundraisers to join our team. The fundraising team work to a target of around £2m per year, generated from a range of channels and segments. We’re looking for two more people to grow this team as we expand our mission to reveal Jesus to the younger generations in England and Wales.
About the roles
We’re looking for two fundraisers to tackle the following areas:

Individual Giving, working to maintain and grow our portfolio of donors giving between £10pa - £1,500 pa each.

Fundraising Innovation, coming up with fresh new ideas that will generate more income for the mission that take us beyond our tried and tested fundraising activities.
Between them, the two roles account for 1.8 FTE, and we’re flexible about how that’s allocated. It could be that both roles work 4.5 days a week each, or one full time and the other four days. We’re open to suggestions as we seek the right candidates for the team.
The salary for both roles will be £31,500 - £34,800 per annum for an FTE.

The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join the team as an Events Coordinator, reporting directly to the Events Manager. You will be responsible for the charity’s exciting and varied portfolio of events from challenges to Golf Days and Christmas Carol services, and will play a key role in delivering their ambitious plans.

The Person
We are looking for someone who has experience in event management, ideally within fundraising. While charity experience would be advantageous, we are also keen to speak with people with an existing knowledge of fundraising and the drive to further their career within a fundraising role.
You should possess exceptional communication skills, and be able to inspire participation and fundraising within diverse audiences. This role requires tenacity, creativity, team work and a proactive positive attitude. It is a busy role so you will need to be organised, able to prioritise and work under pressure to make the most of opportunities. Experience in working to financial targets and database management are also essential.
Please note that this role will involve attending events in the evenings and weekends. You will be required to have a full UK driving license, and access to your own vehicle.

About the project
The Strengthening Civil Society Representation of Women with Disabilities in Ghana project is a two-year project funded by the European Commission. The project aims to strengthen the capacity of two co-applicants (Women with Disability Development and Advocacy Organisation (WODAO) and the Alliance for Better Advocacy and Knowledge (ABAK) Foundation) in the areas of management, communication, fundraising, coordination, advocacy, gender, climate change, networking, and financial accountability.
The overall objective of the project is to strengthen both co-applicant organisations, their partners and their members to effectively participate in development and decision-making processes.
About the consultancy
The purpose of this end of term evaluation (ETE) is to assess performance of the project and to understand what specific learnings can be taken forward in future project design and implementation. It is also intended that the evaluation will contribute evidence and/or insight towards some of Sightsavers’ thematic learning questions. An external ETE, to be conducted by the end of the project, is also a requirement by the donor.
The evaluation will also be designed to collect endline data for three project indicators, as specified in the project MEL plan. It is intended that the findings, learnings and recommendations from the evaluation will be used to inform the design and delivery of similar projects and programmes.
The evaluation will employ a collaborative and participatory approach to ensure that the evaluation takes into account the complex nature of how capacity is strengthened. It will use a mixed methods approach, triangulating secondary project documentation and data with some qualitative primary data collection. This is likely to include key informant interviews (KIIs) and focus group discussions (FGDs) with various project stakeholders. The appointed consultant will further define the methods and tools and may wish to consider elements of outcome harvesting if deemed appropriate.
Skills and Experience
The evaluation will be contracted to an external independent consultant or consultancy company. It would be beneficial if the consultant or team is at least partly located in Ghana. The evaluation team members should have the following core competencies and experience:

Extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation for international development project/programmes, with strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative approaches.

Thematic expertise in disability inclusion, Climate Action, advocacy, and/or capacity development of women’s organisations is essential. Comprehensive understanding of preferred practices/policy issues at global and national level is desirable.

Prior experience working in Ghana is essential, including data collection experience. A consultant or team with members located in Ghana is preferred.

Must have experience of carrying out evaluations of an appropriate scope and scale.

- Support the delivery of strategic initiatives and transformation projects, maintaining oversight of priorities, deadlines, and departmental records, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead internal communications planning and collaboration across SP and PID, managing SharePoint sites, induction programmes, and collaborating with other PAs to align processes and share best practices across the organisation.

Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
- Significant experience as a PA or high-level administrator in a complex organisational setting, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong collaboration and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build effective working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting high-quality briefing papers, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior leaders.
Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:
- Experience in the charity or international development sector.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
- Understanding of data protection principles and experience managing intranet content.

About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and strong Administrator, preferably with HR recruitment and administrative experience; to support our newly formed people-oriented team. This is a key role within Women and Girls Network (WGN) and requires someone with sound experience of working within a multidisciplinary team within the charity sector. You must have a keen interest in the HR field and keen to progress on this career path.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and shape the future of WGN’s Human Resources function work and focus so it remains aligned with our principles and approach in an ever-evolving landscape. To make an impact on the candidate experience as well as other stakeholders.
This role is offered on a part-time basis (28 hours / 4 days per week) and will involve working from WGN’s Vauxhall office for a minimum of two days per week. Depending on service and organisational requirements, there may also be a need to work at one of our community-based offices in West London or additional days at the Vauxhall office.
Interviews are expected to take place in person at WGN's Vauxhall office.
