About the Role

As a Face-to-Face Fundraising Area Manager, you'll lead and inspire a team of membership fundraisers based primarily in Essex and North London, with coverage across this vibrant area. Your leadership will play a crucial role in meeting ambitious fundraising targets while upholding the highest standards in ethical fundraising.

Please note that, given the travel associated with the role, applicants will require a valid drivers licence and be well-placed to reach all of this area.

This is a hands-on role-supporting, coaching, and motivating your team while also fundraising alongside them to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Fundraisers. Foster a positive team culture and lead by example to achieve fundraising targets.
• Performance Management: Monitor KPIs including membership volumes, average donation amounts, Gift Aid uptake, and attrition rates. Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching to continuously improve performance.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the daily logistics of your team, ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations and alignment with RSPB values.
• Travel & Flexibility: Regular travel across the East and South East (and occasionally wider regions) is required. A full UK driving licence is essential. Weekend work will be expected as part of the role.

The role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to play a crucial role in delivering first class marketing strategies to drive satisfaction, increase revenue and develop lasting engagement for Art Fund's membership (The National Art Pass). About us:

Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, unlike NHS emergency services, is a charity. The free life-saving service is provided 24/7 by helicopters and by rapid response vehicles.

Each critical care team consists of a pilot and co-pilot, a pre-hospital care doctor and a critical care paramedic.

They can be rushed to the scene with life-saving support equipment to deliver advanced clinical care, usually only available in the hospital emergency department.

Job purpose:

The Compliance Manager role has the purpose of maintaining a culture of compliance across the charity whilst ensuring we adhere to all relevant regulations and laws.

Together with the Governance Manager, you will be the key point of contact for compliance, providing advice and support to the team and ensuring we have procedures and controls in place across all areas of the charity.  This will include training to ensure the team is skilled and acting consistently, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions.

Internally this role will be titled Assistant Governance Manager and will report to the Governance Manager.

Summary of duties and responsibilities:

• Promote a culture of compliance and be a point of contact for all compliance and data protection queries, providing accurate advice to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop and maintain robust procedures and structures that give the charity the ability to fulfil our regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the charity is aware of, and is reacting to, any fundraising, data protection and other compliance regulation changes, by understanding wider implications.

Job purpose

The Compliance Manager role has the purpose of maintaining a culture of compliance across the charity whilst ensuring we adhere to all relevant regulations and laws.

Together with the Governance Manager, you will be the key point of contact for compliance, providing advice and support to the team and ensuring we have procedures and controls in place across all areas of the charity.  This will include training to ensure the team is skilled and acting consistently, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions.

About Aspens

Aspens is a charity that provides high-quality person-centred care and support to individuals on the autism spectrum and with learning disabilities, and their families. We provide an integrated network of services and support across the South-East to empower individuals to lead their lives as independently as possible.

Purpose of Role
This role will work with direction from the Marketing and Communications Manager to deliver marketing campaigns to raise awareness of and promote Aspens’ services, income-generation activities including fundraising, retail and hospitality, and recruitment; engage with our internal and external stakeholders; and reach new audiences. A key part of the role will be internal ‘customer’ support, collaborating with departments across the charity to meet shared goals in line with Aspens’ strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign delivery

· Collaborate with the operations, fundraising, retail and recruitment teams to create and deliver comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote Aspens’ services, shops/e-commerce, hospitality, events and recruitment and meet shared goals in line with the charity’s strategic objectives.

· Create and deliver internal comms campaigns to drive engagement and increase retention of staff.

· Monitor and evaluate campaign performance by reporting on agreed objectives and KPIs.

Content Creation

We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Head of Legacy and In Memory Fundraiser working for The Salvation Army. This role will report into the Head of Legacy and In Memory and line manage two others in the team to inspire in-memory and legacy donors, whilst driving key fundraising targets and activities.
