We are seeking an experienced, dynamic relationship fundraiser to lead a step-change in major donor giving at the Trust. 

This role is for you if you are self-motivated and driven to ensure that targets are hit and projects are delivered to the highest possible standards. 

You will have demonstrable experience of securing and managing 5-figure+ gifts from donors and be a sophisticated communicator with a collaborative approach and the confidence to build relationships with and inspire colleagues, Trustees and donors.

Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager. As part of the Grant Partnerships Team you will play a lead role in collaborative and ambitious partnerships between corporates and OnSide that give opportunities to young people.

Position: Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager

Location: Hybrid working: Two days a week in the London office (White City), combined with home-working and travel across the Youth Zone network as required

Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (flexible working available)

About the Role

This is not a typical charity corporate fundraising role. The charity offers a unique and values-driven proposition to corporate partners, one which is built around shared purpose, a powerful volunteering and engagement offer, and impact that is both measurable and personal.

You will help shape and deliver a portfolio of multi-year strategic corporate partnerships that create social value at scale, making it an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.

You will manage key national accounts, lead cultivation of new opportunities, and bring valuable insight, creativity, and story-telling flair to partners. Working closely with the Network of 16 Youth Zones across the country (and growing), you’ll ensure partnerships are brought to life in vibrant, locally-relevant ways, while also aligning with national priorities.

As the Network of Youth Zones grow to 22 by 2027, the charity is expanding the corporate partnerships programme to match the broader national footprint. This new role will lead that growth, building on the momentum of successful strategic partnerships established over the past four years.

About You

With exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with a wide range of people, you will have strong storytelling and proposal writing skills, with an eye for detail and impact. You will have experience of:

• Personally winning and growing a range of high-value (£100K to £1M+) corporate partnerships in the charity or commercial sector
• Delivering outstanding account management, stewardship, and/or corporate fundraising results
• Working with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level
• Creating an engagement or volunteering offer

We are seeking a motivated, organised, and people-focused Operations and Facilities Manager. This role is central to ensuring our services and spaces operate smoothly and in line with our values.

The Operations and Facilities Manager will lead on health and safety, HR processes, service contracts and compliance. They will manage key staff, ensure strong safeguarding practices, and maintain the effective running of our facilities, systems, and procedures. The postholder will also work closely with the Chief Officer to translate our strategic priorities into well-managed action on the ground.

Screen Share is the UK’s leading refugee digital inclusion charity. We invest in the digital capability of refugees and people seeking asylum by providing the tools, training and opportunities they need to thrive in education, work and community life. Our vision is a future where every refugee in the UK has the digital tools and support to flourish in a connected world.

Over the past four years, we have supported more than 3,000 refugees with devices, connectivity, and training. Our 2026–2030 strategy commits us to scaling our impact to reach 5,000 refugees across the UK every year, embedding refugee leadership, and ensuring Screen Share is an effective and sustainable full-service digital inclusion service for refugees for as long as needed. 

This role is funded for 1 year with the high likelihood that funding will continue beyond the grant period. We are also awaiting a response for 2 significant funding applications which will expand the programme. 

Personal Profile

This is a leadership role at a pivotal moment in Screen Share’s journey. The role is funded to deliver our current Digital Skills programme, with a strong focus on quality, impact and evaluation. At the same time, we are awaiting the outcome of several significant funding applications. If successful, these will enable us to expand the programme quickly, positioning the postholder as the Head of a national digital skills programme with a larger team and greater leadership remit.

You will be a dynamic and strategic leader, passionate about digital inclusion and refugees. You bring structured programme management (clear processes, monitoring & evaluation, budget oversight) combined with empathy, cultural sensitivity and the ability to motivate others. You will be excited 

You will thrive in a fast-moving and growing charity where flexibility and initiative are vital. You will embed refugee leadership at the heart of our work, co-designing with lived experience. You will also represent Screen Share externally, building partnerships with corporates, councils and charities, raising the profile of refugee digital inclusion nationally.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Leadership & Delivery

• Lead the design and strategic direction of our Digital Skills programme, Ensure the service we are providing is high-quality, impactful, trauma-informed and aligned with Screen Share’s 2026–2030 strategy.

• Oversee the onboarding and support of hundreds of refugees looking to develop digitally, including supporting with the development of their Independent Learning Plan’s and journeys through Digital Champions 

• Recruite, coordinate and support our digital champions and staff to provide high-quality online and in-person classes, 1:1 support and effective sign-posting

• Maintain oversight of multiple Screen Share digital skills projects delivered over multiple locations. 

• Trial innovative digital inclusion tools and approaches.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact

• Design and oversee comprehensive impact measurement and monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure the programme is most effective 

• Produce clear, data-centered programme and impact reports (quantitative and qualitative) for existing and prospective funders and partners 

• Embed continuous learning and client reflections into programme design and improvement.
   

People & Volunteers

• Recruit, train and support Digital Champions and volunteers in a trauma-informed way

• Line-manage staff kindly and calmly as the team grows

• Embed refugee leadership and lived experience in programme design, delivery and iteration
   

Partnerships & Fundraising

• Support our Outreach team in building and maintaining strong partnerships with our corporate, charity and government partners 

• Represent Screen Share to external stakeholders including corporates and charity partners with professionalism and credibility.

• Explain and facilitate our Digital Skills employee engagement package for corporates and businesses in a safe and professional manner

• Collect and report detailed programmatic data and case studies for fundraising bids and corporate partnership proposals.
   

Finance, Safeguarding & Compliance

• Hold accountability for the Digital Skills programme budget, reporting regular updates to the CEO 

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, safeguarding and H&S policies.

• Oversee the prompt and accurate reporting of safeguarding incidents to Screen Share’s DSL, and contribute to the development of our safeguarding as an essential element of our work
   

Personal Specification

Essential

• Significant experience in charity programme management, with a strong preference for experience in the digital inclusion, adult education or refugee support sector

• Proven ability to manage teams of staff and volunteers from a diverse range of backgrounds

• Experience working directly with refugees/asylum seekers OR deep expertise in digital inclusion and commitment to learning from refugee experience.

• Strong monitoring, evaluation and reporting skills and experience

• Financial management experience (budgets, reporting).

• Experience supporting fundraising through impact reporting and case studies.

• Experience managing, training and motivating staff and volunteers.

• Excellent relationship-building skills across sectors.

• Strategic thinker with strong organisational and collaborative skills.

• Good numerical skills with experience working with financial data and using Microsoft Excel functions
• Excellent IT skills, particularly with databases, spreadsheets, email and word processing (preferably Microsoft Office)
• Highly organised, able to manage own workload, adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines consistently

The ability to communicate in Welsh is also desirable.

The Head of Social Policy leads the development of our thinking across public service reform, social security and housing.  This role develops - and is responsible for the effective delivery of a NEF-wide social policy strategy and of projects that are delivering on this strategy.  The Head of Social Policy acts as a key spokesperson for NEF and promotes our work at a local, regional and national level.

As NEF has a particular strategic focus on transforming the way policy is made so that it better reflects the lived experience of the people, communities and movements that most need change, we look to heads across our different themes to help develop and test new approaches to policy and advocacy.

The Head of Social Policy generates project ideas, oversees the development of quantitative and qualitative research, leads funding bids and manages day-to-day funder relationships.  This role leads a team which both develops our thinking on social policy and provides expertise to other teams at NEF.
