The Social and Digital Marketing Manager works closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications, Income Generation and Engagement directorate and the Children’s Services directorate to develop and deliver digital campaigns across the charity to increase reach and brand awareness, deepen engagement, and encourage support from our warm and cold target audiences.
As a proactive member of a small and ambitious Marketing and Communications team, you will contribute to both generating content for ongoing communications and upcoming exciting campaigns, in particular planning, creating and publishing content for some key projects - our attendance at and partnership with Carfest, our September appeal and Play in Healthcare Week 2026 (13 to 17 October). You will also be the go to digital expert supporting and advising colleagues, so they are able to ideate and generate content independently where necessary.
This exciting new role will fight for the hospice sector and people who need their care and support, helping us to create a country where no one misses out on the care they need at the end of their lives.
Salary: £46,587 per annum.

This is a critical time for hospice and end of life care. Hospices across the UK are in the worst financial situation they have faced for 20 years. The funding crisis means hospices are cutting services and making redundancies.
But this is also a time of significant political opportunity. The Assisted Dying Bill has placed palliative care firmly on the agenda. We have recently secured £100m of emergency funding for the sector in England and the 10-year health plan has identified hospices as central to the shift from hospital to community.
To seize this once in a generation opportunity, we are expanding our UK-wide policy and public affairs team from six to eight, including a new Policy and Public Affairs Manager.
We are looking for a proactive and driven policy and public affairs professional with excellent influencing and communication skills. You will have your finger on the pulse and have strong policy and political knowledge that enables you to quickly understand and analyse the impact of external developments.
You will be curious about how best to improve people’s experiences of death, dying and bereavement and strengthen the contribution of the hospice sector to this. As well as collaborative and committed to building coalitions to maximise our impact.

2. Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a full time (37.5hrs per week) Executive and Office Assistant to support the Finance and Resources team at Chance to Shine. The Finance and Resources team provide day to day support to all departments in the charity and trading subsidiary, Chance to Shine Enterprises Ltd, around finance, office, governance, HR and general administration. The role is expected to be largely in person in our central London office.
3. Key Responsibilities
The Executive and Office Assistant’s responsibilities are in three areas:
Office Administration:
· Act as ‘front of house’ for visitors and guests and be first point of contact for telephone enquiries and ensure the office space is fully operational.

The National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS), is the only patient-led organisation in the UK specialising in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Due to its targeted focus on RA and JIA, NRAS provides truly expert and wide-ranging services to support, educate and campaign for people living with these complex autoimmune conditions, their families and the health professionals who treat them.
1. Main Purpose of Job
To drive referrals to and use of, NRAS services from NHS relationships across the UK.
Identify, build and maintain relationships with Rheumatology and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure relevant healthcare professionals are aware of the support that NRAS provides to people with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Adult Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing & Projects Coordinator to join our high-performing marketing function at Islamic Help. This is a unique role that sits at the intersection of project management, internal communications, and marketing delivery.
You will not be solely responsible for designing social media posts, editing videos, or running ad campaigns - we already have expert teams in place for that. However, you will be invited into those processes, with opportunities to observe, contribute, and grow. We are always open to ideas that improve our work, and there is definitely scope for development in this area of marketing over time.
The core of this role is to co-ordinate, connect, and communicate - ensuring that everything runs smoothly, projects are delivered on time, and the many moving parts of the marketing department stay aligned.

CAFOD’s work in the Catholic community of England and Wales is to inspire and resource Catholics to participate in the Church’s mission to overcome poverty and injustice in partnership with CAFOD.
The main purpose of this role is to inspire and increase the participation in CAFOD’s work of Catholic parishes, schools and the broader Catholic community within the Portsmouth Diocese. The Community Participation Coordinator (CPC) is part of a regional team working across a group of dioceses and whilst having a primary focus on one diocese, is responsible for the results of the regional team plans in relation parishioner and school participation and volunteer recruitment and retention.
The role will be home based, although the post holder will be mobile and flexible to meet volunteers, clergy and other stakeholders and contribute at events as required.
The role requires a willingness to be adaptable to support the work of the regional team, deploying skills, knowledge and at times activity in other parts of the regional team area. Key Responsibilities
Delivering participation plans
- Share accountability for delivery of annual participation plans for the region (a group of dioceses) with a primary focus on one diocese, and for fundraising, education, campaigns, and other targets, as delineated by the participation plan for the region. It is usually anticipated that the role will have an 80% focus on parish communities and a 20% focus on school communities
- Contribute to the development and delivery of a regional plan across a number of dioceses in support of the annual participation plans and appropriate for local contexts
- Achieve targets for increasing parishioner and children & young people participation primarily through recruitment and retention of volunteers and working with clergy, religious, diocesan and parish advisers and administrators etc.

Managing volunteers
- Be the local volunteer manager in a specific diocese or dioceses

The Finance and Grant Controller role is part of the central finance team and sits within the Management Accounting function which provides our country programmes and the region offices with professional and technical finance leadership for WaterAid UK’s international work. About the role:
The Finance and Grant Controller will manage all financial aspects of WaterAid’s Multi-country Urban Water Project, ensuring rigorous financial oversight, compliance with donor requirements, and alignment with organisational financial policies. This is a bold initiative aiming to raise $40 million and reach two million people with clean water in urban areas across six anchor countries: Colombia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Mozambique, Bangladesh, and Cambodia.
In this role, you will:
1. Financial Monitoring and Reporting
- Prepare and review all financial reports in line with specific contract requirements and deadlines
- Monitor project budgets, tracking actual expenditures against budget allocations and flagging variances to the project team
- Monitor movement in exchange rates and local currency budget variations
2. Budget and Forecasting Development & Grant Support
- Assist program staff in preparing detailed budgets in each country project
- Deliver regular reforecasts, ensuring realistic timing of spend
- Conduct cost allocations and ensure appropriate coding of expenses
3. Compliance and Controls
- Review contracts and grant agreements to identify financial requirements, restrictions, and deliverables

Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
Technical Qualifications and Skills
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA)
- Experience in the use of SUN, or a similar multi-dimensional accounting system.
- Experience in managing programme or project finance funded by institutional donors ( e.g. USAID, FCDO or other reputable organisation)
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skill
- Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI
- Knowledge and experience of donor fund management in an international context
- Experience of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting of projects
- Ability to analyse financial data and provide insightful narrative for range of audiences
- Finance Business Partnering experience with senior stakeholders
Desirable skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with staff at different levels and from different cultural backgrounds including experience of coaching or training

We are looking for Contact Centre Agents to work 24/7 shifts. The role will involve ensuring that information received from the public is passed to the relevant agency accurately and securely, without any reference to the caller’s identity.
We welcome those with experience from a variety of backgrounds for this role, whether it be retail, office roles or otherwise.
Ideally, you will live in the London Boroughs of Sutton, Croydon, or neighbouring areas.
It is also essential that you have:
·good computer skills
·experience of working in an environment dealing with sensitive information
·experience of communicating well with others
·experience of working as part of a team
Contact Centre Agents must display honesty, integrity and reliability.
