You’ll be responsible for managing the legacy and in memoriam (in mem) marketing programme, including annual budget proposals and analysis. You’ll promote legacy and in mem giving to both internal and external audiences, using a variety of techniques and media, including direct mail, telemarketing, digital, national events and internal cross-team working
Reporting into the Legacy Manager, you will either be able to work in a hybrid way working between home and 2 days per week at our London office or remotely working from home with a requirement to attend our London office for a team anchor day once a month.

About You:
Having previously worked within a direct marketing team within the charity sector, you’ll have experience project managing campaigns with external agencies and internal stakeholders utilising a variety of fundraising channels such as digital, email, social media, direct mail, and telemarketing.
You’ll also have gained experience using Dynamics 365, Raisers Edge or a similar database.
About The Role
- Lead on the planning and implementation of legacy and in mem fundraising portfolio, managing marketing campaigns from initial brief through to post campaign analysis.
- Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with in mem supporters and legacy prospects in local communities, with the support of community fundraising managers and local volunteers – keeping these supporters at the heart of your work to to maintain and increase their support through excellent stewardship.
- Prepare and administer correspondence and relevant paperwork and ensure maintenance for full and accurate database (D365/First Class) records, analysing financial and non-financial data to monitor and improve engagement and customer service performance.
- Proactively keep abreast of competitor activities, new initiatives and sector trends.
- Effectively plan and execute legacy events around the country, with the aim of motivating supporters to consider leaving a gift in their Will.

The Volunteer Administration Executive will sit within the CoppaFeel! Education Team and will work closely with the Volunteer Community Executive and the Volunteer Community Manager. They will provide administrative support volunteer recruitment and onboarding; induction and training; support and supervision; and reward and recognition.
This is a remote-first role, which means you aren’t expected to come into the office. The only days you would be required to attend the office would be for our quarterly team meetings, quarterly department meetings and in person training. We will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in the office. Although the role is remote-first we have an office space where you are also welcome to work from.

We have over 250 volunteers involved in our core education volunteer programmes as well as opportunities across fundraising and events. Our volunteers include university students, former fundraisers and supporters.

CoppaFeel! exists to educate and remind every young person in the UK that checking their chest isn’t only fun, it could save their life. We are the first breast cancer charity in the UK to create awareness amongst young people, with the aim of instilling a new healthy habit that could one day save their life. We are a small team which, collectively, has one almighty big voice. We were founded out of a need to right wrongs, and when we hear of more people diagnosed late, or young people dying from this disease, we know there isn’t a more powerful reminder to get up and get out of bed every morning.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Play a key role in overseeing the day to day administration of volunteer programmes
- Be the key contact and link between volunteers and external organisations who wish to book an awareness talk, stall or other volunteer-involving activity
- Communicate with volunteers, assisting with questions and requests through the management of shared email inboxes
- Coordinate bookings and scheduling for awareness talks, stalls or other volunteer-involving activity using our volunteer management platform and related digital tools
- Support the Volunteer Community Executive with the administration of recruitment, induction, onboarding, training and supervision of volunteers, including support for community events.
- Oversee the administration for thanking volunteers across the teams, taking an active role in CoppaFeel! thanking events, gifting and post
- Maintain volunteer records using our database and report against volunteer activity
- Manage volunteer kit including monitoring stock, ordering and reviewing resources

- Assist with the administration for the set up and delivery of new projects and volunteer opportunities

The Director of Operations will work as part of the management team to develop and implement the organisation’s strategy and operational plans and to build the longer term sustainability of the organisation. They will be required to deputise for the Chief Officer in their absence and assist in the overall management of the organisation. As part of the management team the role demands a high level of flexibility, initiative and commitment. The role also involves working with the Chief Officer to design and improve our monitoring, evaluation and learning across the organisation in line with our new strategy.
The Director of Operations will have lead responsibility for overseeing the day to day operations and coordinating external partnerships and relationships. Operational oversight includes the two core pillars of work:-
- Streams of Sanctuary programmes and awards (by streams we mean mainstream sector e.g. schools)
- Coordination and development of network of refugee supporting groups

Transition Together is seeking to continue the work of deepening connection and growing the voice of the Transition Movement in England and Wales through the freelance engagement of three Network Weavers. This exciting project will see this team, supported by Transition Together staff, co-design an in person Transition Assembly early next year to guide the future of our Movement in the UK as well as build relationships with Transitioners across Wales and England and connect to emerging and established networks across the UK. These roles will be around two days a week for 10 months and the deadline to apply is 13 May.
