We are seeking a highly experienced Trusts and Foundations fundraising consultant to spearhead the Trusts programme at Dreams Come True. As an excellent communicator, influencer, and relationship builder, you will have a proven track record of successful fundraising in this area: ideally securing between 6 and 7-figure gifts.

he Fundraising Officer will work as part of the Fundraising team and focus on delivering income targets from trusts and foundations. The role is responsible for growing LDCT’s trust and foundation income by increasing the amount and longevity of funding from current supporters, as well as building a portfolio of new trusts and foundations through research, maintaining a pipeline of prospects, updating the Funding Matrix and making successful applications. Building good relationships with new funders including regular reporting, as well as good stewardship of existing funders, is an important part of the role.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Delivering on fundraising priorities and targets for trusts and foundations income, including our current and future major appeals.
- Researching, identifying, and prioritising appropriate trusts and foundations to maintain and convert a pipeline of new, prospective trusts and foundations.

The purpose of the role is to drive and deliver our ambitious fundraising strategy in order to support the work of Life. The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering the end-to-end experience of existing supporters as well as attaining new supporters.
Reporting to the Director of Income Generation and leading the Individual Giving Team, the post holder will work closely with colleagues across the fundraising and marketing teams to; create, test, monitor and evaluate appeals and campaigns, lead on Legacy (and in-memoriam giving) lottery and raffle and other income streams associated with individual giving. The post holder will be working to and reporting on ambitious income and expenditure targets and ensuring that supporters have a positive experience of the charity.
The postholder will lead a Donor Administration Manager to deliver on a positive donor/supporter experience with the aim of retention of current supporters for the long term as well as acquisition of new donors, maximising the potential of all of our supporters. It forms a central part of the overall fundraising strategy, with the ultimate aim of growing our individual giving income to increase the impact of the charity and benefit those needing support in pregnancy, pregnancy loss or in the early years of a baby.
Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced individual to lead our volunteer development activity. Working closely with
the Fundraising, Delivery and Marketing teams, this is a varied role working with alumni and employee
volunteers to support activities in our member schools.
You will lead on the development of our volunteer community which is managed online through the Future
First Hub, and be responsible for developing and delivering a programme of activities that nurture
relationships with Future First’s diverse audience of volunteers, and increases support for the charity’s
fundraising and development goals.
You will have excellent customer service skills, be proactive and detail oriented and have the ability to
manage multiple projects at any one time. You will be confident in the use of standard office technology, as
well as experienced in the use of databases and IT applications.
Key Duties and responsibilities
- To be responsible for developing Future First’s volunteer relations strategy, and associated budget with a particular focus on the development of an engaged community, and a focus on the needs of employee volunteer schemes.
- To seek opportunities to raise the profile of the volunteer network, and grow its capacity and reach.
- To develop our work mapping and implementing recommendations against the Investing in Volunteers standard.
- To be responsible for running volunteer events and producing relevant communication materials.
- To participate in the strategic development of the Future First online Hub powering our school and volunteer community.
- To recruit volunteers and provide appropriate training and development opportunities, to include consideration of a volunteer board, and engagement activities targeted at the growing near peer volunteer community.
- To work closely with other departments to develop and implement their strategies for engagement.
- To work collaboratively with the fundraising team to explore and support volunteer philanthropy.
- To ensure that a robust monitoring and evaluation framework is in place for volunteer relations.
- To work with senior colleagues to ensure safeguarding policies are robust.

Salary and Holiday
This is a permanent position. The salary is between £34,000 and £36,000. Future First staff receive pro rata
28 days of leave (in addition to 8 UK public holidays) increasing one day per year of service up to 33.

What you'll be doing -
You'll be a key part of the Statutory and Lottery Partnerships team who have a diverse portfolio of funders and an annual target of £5 million. The achievements of this team have helped RNIB develop innovative projects and support more blind and partially sighted people by securing large value grants from Statutory, Lottery and EU funders.
You will provide support to the team, and other stakeholders, to ensure effective grant management through accurate record keeping, database maintenance, income monitoring and reporting.
Here's what you'll need -
To be effective in this role you should be able to work under pressure, be highly organised, managing various priorities and have great analytical, writing and reporting skills.
You'll have experience of administrating large value Statutory, Lottery and EU funding within the voluntary, community or public sector.
To be successful in this role you'll possess excellent communication skills in terms of working with wide ranging stakeholders and can communicate effectively through face-to-face meetings, email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams.
The post is home-based, but also hybrid working can be considered, and the role will involve some occasional travel across the UK which may require overnight stays.

The Trussell Trust are seeking a Philanthropy Executive to join our high-performing Major Donor team. The Philanthropy Executive supports the work of the team with executive tasks and in managing the stewardship communications for a specific caseload tier of supporters. You will help to develop our plans for working with this tier, liaising with the Individual Giving team to manage the donor journey between mid-value and the major donor caseload. You will co-ordinate a tailored programme of stewardship communications and engagement helping to build and deepen long-term relationships and secure income.
Role responsibilities

The Peer Support Coordinator will play a critical role in the delivery of Day One's Peer Support Service. The primary objectives are to ensure a high-quality service is delivered to our beneficiaries; to develop our regional peer support model; and to facilitate a positive volunteering experience for our lived experience volunteer team.
