About Evolve
Evolve is a Business Charity Awards nominated collaboration between three longstanding corporate partners, a corporate foundation and ELBA. With a focus on Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Haringey, we address the barriers and challenges faced by community organisations. We do this by developing organisational capacity, especially with leadership, for those who are tackling the complex needs presented by the cost-of-living crisis.
The project is currently in its fifth year with funding secured for the following year until December 2026 with the prospect of continued work thereafter.
About the role
The purpose of the role is to lead the successful delivery of ELBA’s Evolve Project, delivering employer-supported volunteering projects that meet the needs of the communities of Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Haringey, and expectations of the corporate partners.
The role requires an ability to build close and collaborative relationships across the community sector, particularly with infrastructure organisations of the three boroughs, likewise the corporate partners. The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of innovative workshops and long term employee volunteering activities (including ELBA’s flagship coaching programmes) to build resilience in communities. The Project Manager will also lead monthly and quarterly steering group meetings, reporting on impact to the corporate partners.
The post is managed by the Head of Community Programmes, with strategic programme support from the Partnership Director.

Job Description
Key duties
· Lead day-to-day development, planning and delivery of Evolve workshops and programmes
· Identify and build relationships with a range of community stakeholders, including charities, community groups, Councils, funders, social enterprises and grassroots organisations to understand community needs
· Design and deliver impactful employee volunteering activities to address these needs, aligned with the skills, knowledge and expertise of the corporate volunteers
· Achieve delivery targets of employee volunteers engaged and beneficiaries supported
· Build and maintain strong relationships with Evolve partners’ Corporate Social Responsibility teams. Manage cohorts of corporate volunteers in line with project targets
· Organise and lead monthly delivery meetings and quarterly project steering group meetings with the Evolve corporate partners
· Maintain strong impact reporting for the project, providing annual reports and mid-year reports to track volunteer and beneficiary engagement
· Proactively generate comms articles, case studies, and awards nominations to highlight the successes of Evolve

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Head of Partnerships & Events to join our highly successful Philanthropy team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Fundraising & Communications to develop and enhance our Corporate and Special Events Programme. This is very much a hands-on role of team leadership and direct account management. This includes six figure partners and our key relationships with Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, The Dorchester Hotel and international insurer Fidelis. Special Events include our Winter Ball which raises over £500k annual and our Golf Day at around £100k. The post-holder has a key role in the management of our Philanthropy & Corporate Board, which bring together industry leader to help move both these programmes forward. There is great freedom to innovate and a healthy pool of local business with an affinity to our cause. The post-holder takes a key leadership role across fundraising and marketing, working with their peers (Heads) and Director to take strategic decisions for wider benefit of the department. Having invested in the team’s capacity, we aim to grow income from c. £1.5m to £2m over the next few years. This in the broader context of a total voluntary income target for the charity of £5m-£6m.
The Head of Partnerships & Events leads a team of two currently, although this may increase. We have a Corporate Manager and Events Manger with support from the Philanthropy Officer. You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective partners of Noah’s Ark. The Director of Income Development & Partnerships will be driving force for income diversification for the organisation, and will expand private sector partnerships, donations, grants and other fundraising streams to achieve income generation growth. Setting income generation and strategic partnership strategies to drive growth and achieve the foundation’s objectives, this role will be a strategic leader on the Leadership Team and oversee a fundraising team to deliver success. This role will also lead key income generation and strategic partnership relationships to increase income, as well as build impactful partnerships for the foundation.
The successful candidate will be able to evidence extensive high value fundraising experience in complex organisations, with notable examples of successfully securing multi-year five and six-figure relationships from corporates, HNWIs, events, trusts and foundations. This person will have proven experience of leading successful teams to achieve income and engagement growth of a multimillion-pound level. They will also be an experienced senior leader and ideally have knowledge of the social mobility, youth, or employability sectors. They will champion an inclusive culture and align with the foundation’s mission and values.

The Senior Grants Manager will take a leading role in delivering The Childhood Trust’s new grant-making strategy. The Role

Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Our programmes are safe, enjoyable, age-appropriate spaces where young people can engage with sensitive topics and “rehearse” for real-life scenarios. This role sits within our Social Impact Group and you will work closely with Senior Philanthropy Leaders and Major Appeal Programme Director to identify and access new and existing networks of wealth, opportunity and influence.
Our step-change in impact with children will be achieved by a step-change in our philanthropy & partnerships: as our new Senior Prospect Research Manager you'll take a crucial role in this transformation through strategic development and delivery of the full Philanthropy Programme prospect identification and pipeline management framework to enable high quality research, cultivation, stewardship of high value philanthropists and partners in support of TCS
In order to be successful in this role, you must have:
-Extensive knowledge and understanding of Philanthropy audiences (particularly high net worth individuals and corporates) including motivations for giving and the principles of major gift fundraising to include identification, research, solicitation and stewardship
-Strong track record of successful performance as a prospect/fundraising researcher, including experience conducting due diligence within the not-for-profit sector
-Excellent written and presentation skills and confident ability to deliver verbal and written proposals up to CEO / Board level
-Excellent knowledge of legal, regulatory and ethical environment of philanthropy fundraising, including General Data Protection Regulation

The Deputy Director main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and risk management aligned with organisational values and Arts Council Investment Principles.
- Co-lead the business plan and long-term strategy with the Director, translating goals into operational delivery.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, audits, payroll, procurement, cash flow, statutory reporting, and fundraising and income generation strategies, ensuring compliance and value for money.
- Prepare and submit quarterly and annual reports to public funders, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure legal and governance compliance across charity, company, employment, safeguarding, health & safety, and data protection; support the Board of Trustees with reports and governance documentation.
- Manage operations, including admin systems, IT, building maintenance, insurance, accessibility, sustainability, and lease compliance.
- Lead HR processes: recruitment, contracts, onboarding, appraisals, staff development, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace with HR consultant support.

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Nations Trusts and Foundations Officer to help us grow and strengthen our funding from charitable trusts and foundations - specifically those supporting our work in Carers Scotland, Carers Wales, and Carers Northern Ireland.
This is a key role that directly supports policy influence and service delivery across the nations by securing flexible, budget-relieving grants. You’ll be responsible for researching funders, developing compelling applications, and building strong relationships with a range of national and regional trusts. You’ll also work closely with our teams in each nation to stay connected to their priorities and help translate their vital work into fundable and fund-winning cases for support.

About you
You’ll have experience of writing successful trust funding applications and will feel confident asking for grants of five figures or more. You enjoy writing clearly and persuasively, and you’re good at building positive relationships with funders over time.
You’re organised and reliable, able to manage a busy workload and keep on top of deadlines. You pay close attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate work, especially when reporting back to funders.
You’re someone who works well with others. You’ll enjoy talking to our teams in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland to understand what they need and how funding can help. You’re curious, committed, and care about making a difference to people’s lives.
It’s helpful if you already understand the charity landscape in the nations or the challenges unpaid carers face, but it’s not essential. Most important is that you bring a positive, thoughtful approach and are ready to learn.
