This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week, which you can choose to work over five days or a 9 day fortnight.

The Head of High Value Operations role is central to our bold fundraising ambitions. Establishing and leading a team of operations professionals encompassing research, data and insight, case for support, special events, and supporter care, the Head of High Value Operations will drive income growth by embedding best practice in fundraising operations, developing the processes and systems which support fundraising, and building strong networks across Anthony Nolan in support of fundraising. Reporting to the Chief of Fundraising, and part of the Fundraising SLT, we’re looking for someone who is a natural relationship builder, someone who understands the key components of an operations team in a fundraising context, and someone who is excited to build a team and programme from the ground up, using their skills and experience in this field.

Your key responsibilities include:
• High value donor and corporate fundraising programme support.
• Project manage high-value donor and corporate fundraising and engagement activities, including delivering appeals, submissions, and enquiries.

You’ll be leading the Owned Events & Products team in the development and delivery of bespoke event, campaigns and products including our flagship event RBC Race for the Kids. About You
- You’ll be a strong people manager and competent working with multiple stakeholders.

This role sits within the Development team, a sub-team of Philanthropy, at Alzheimer’s Society and plays a vital role in the success of our Insurance United Against Dementia campaign. Insurance United Against Dementia (IUAD) is a senior volunteer led industry initiative which has raised an incredible £9million to date. We have ambitious plans to reach an initial £10million target within the next 12-months and to take the campaign into a second phase to achieve further impact.
Since the campaign launched in September 2017, we have seen significant success, raising awareness of dementia and the profile of Alzheimer’s Society and IUAD across the industry through corporate partnerships, philanthropy, industry events and owned activities.
We are looking for an individual who matches the ambition of the team and our industry supporter, someone with a personable style that can take ownership of the events fundraising stream and communication plans for the IUAD campaign.
The post holder offers unique opportunities to take responsibility for key initiatives, such as our flagship fundraising event, the Insurance Day for Dementia. The successful candidate will also lead on the securing, development, and delivery of activity within industry events and fundraising events led by industry supporters.

This main purpose of this role is about building and nurturing relationships with existing and perspective donors, specifically to increase unrestricted donations from the community. You will also develop and oversee a programme of community and challenge events to maximise this funding stream for the organisation, taking responsibility for sustaining and developing existing partnerships as well as forging new ones with prospective supporters. Networking and running fundraising events with the purpose of building and nurturing relationships is also an important part of the role.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and experienced fundraiser, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, within the charity sector. They will be a natural relationship builder both internally and externally, someone who people want to engage with and support. Being proactive is also an essential skill, always on the look out for new fundraising opportunities and the drive to take them forward.

About The Mare and Foal Sanctuary
The Mare and Foal Sanctuary is the largest equine welfare charity in the South West peninsula dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of horses and ponies who have suffered neglect, abuse, and trauma. We also deliver a range of Equine Assisted Services with our rescued horses and ponies. The Mare and Foal Sanctuary has five sites across Devon and is providing life-long loving care to over 600 rescued equines.
About the role
Reports into the Fundraising Manager (Philanthropy).
This is a hybrid role with a nominated base at Olympus Business Park in Newton Abbot and core hours of 37.5 per week.

What You Will Be Doing:-
As our Community and Corporate Fundraising Officer, you'll help develop our engagement and income generation from community and corporate sources across the South West of England and help deliver public engagement through events at our sanctuaries and in the community.
Connecting with Communities
You'll be at the forefront of our community fundraising efforts, building relationships with community fundraisers to support and encourage their activities. You’ll constantly seek out opportunities and leads to develop and grow this key fundraising area.
Forging Corporate Partnerships
Step into the corporate world with us to build great relationships with existing supporters and generate leads to develop new partnership opportunities with those who align to our values of kindness, care, and knowledge.

What You Will Bring:-
· A proven track record in community/corporate/event fundraising.
· Demonstrable outstanding organisational skills, ensuring tasks are managed efficiently and effectively.
· You will exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, conveying messages with warmth and clarity.
· You will showcase adept networking abilities, fostering strong and lasting relationships within the community.
· Possess experience in public speaking and confidently representing organisational values.
· While not required, a background in equine care and welfare is desirable, with comprehensive training available.
· Bring an approachable and friendly demeanour to interactions with colleagues and supporters alike.
· Hold a valid driving license, with business mileage covered from your designated base.

About the Role
- We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic team member, who will work closely with the Partnerships Manager.
- You will help provide excellent account management to our valued partners, encouraging them to think of new and innovative ways to support us, also working to build our profile in the local area.
- You will lead on coordinating our corporate volunteers; working closely with the services teams to come up with engaging volunteering opportunities and ensuring our corporate volunteers have a great experience when they give their time to us.
- We are looking for a personable and professional self-starter who is comfortable communicating with people at all levels and sometimes representing the charity at fundraising events.
- This role would suit someone who currently works in a fundraising role and is looking to develop their career within corporate partnerships or, someone with a customer service/account management background who has excellent relationship building skills.

CamSight is a respected charity that supports people living with low vision and blindness in Cambridgeshire to live the lives they choose. The charity offers an holistic service ensuring any person with a vision impairment gets the support they need, when they need it.
We are looking to recruit a Community and Events Fundraiser to raise the profile and awareness of CamSight and increase income through developing and securing a range of funding streams including individual supporters, challenge events, community, and digital fundraising. The post holder will help to develop and ensure the effective delivery of the community fundraising strategy in relation to generating sustainable income from third parties, brand campaigns and challenge events.
The role will help grow our portfolio of events, working collaboratively to explore ideas and launch new initiatives to help us achieve our mission. The role plays an important part in helping us to meet our fundraising targets by increasing participation and community engagement in our events and fundraising activities.
