We are seeking a Head of IT to lead the technical delivery in support of our IT strategy. This is a new role and will be our first standalone IT member of staff. You will shape the IT support and infrastructure for the charity, deliver an excellent day to day service, manage the relationship with our Managed Service Provider (MSP), take responsibility for cyber security and training and, alongside project teams, support the implementation of new technology to the service.
You will have strong people skills and be able to form effective working relationships with colleagues across the charity in order to deliver an excellent IT service. You will have a hands-on approach and enjoy working in partnership with a range of people. You will also have good knowledge and experience of IT infrastructure including Azure.

SENIOR YOUTH AND COMMUNITY WORKER
LOCATION: ENACT, 52 ISLAND CENTRE WAY, ENFIELD, EN3 6GS
HOURS: FULL TIME (40HRS PER WEEK)
RESPONSIBLE TO: YOUTH AND COMMUNITY TEAM LEAD
SALARY: £28,000 - £32,000 PER ANNUM

Enact have a vacancy for a Senior Youth and Community Worker to lead our open-access community youth provision. We are looking for an experienced youth practitioner to manage our youth team and work within the enact team to develop a range of engaging activities and training opportunities for young people with particular focus on those aged 10 to 19 in the Enfield community.
The Senior Youth and Community Worker needs to be a passionate, enthusiastic and professional. They will lead the youth team to create community-based opportunities for the whole family, in accordance with the ethos and values of Oasis. The Senior Youth worker will also support the enact team to develop and be involved in community cohesion projects involving children, families and youth.
Enact actively encourages continued professional development and opportunities for further education for all its staff.

- Located at a 24-hour supported housing service in Clapham, we provide high quality self-contained accommodation for 15 women who have experienced homelessness and multiple disadvantage.
- The aim of the service is to provide a therapeutic environment in which women feel safe and can flourish, enabling them to move on into independent, permanent accommodation. The accommodation also includes overnight safe spaces.
- In this role, you will provide support to all the women, including running co-designed activities and accompanying women to appointments. You will work closely with Specialist Support Workers who manage individual resident support and safety plans.
- You will model person-led, psychological, gender, and culturally informed support, will be skilled at building trust and you will be a great team player.
- The post holder will undertake 8-hour shifts on a 7-day rota, covering the hours 8am to 8pm. Please be aware that the building has several floors and no lifts.
Salary: £28,377

- The successful applicant must be able to model person-led, psychological, gender, and culturally informed support, be skilled at building trust and be a great team player. You must be confident working as the sole support worker on site and have good judgement in managing incidents.
- This is a waking night support role, undertaking 12 hour shifts alongside concierge, 8pm to 8am every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. Please be aware that the building has several floors and no lifts.

Salary: £26,755 pro-rated (FTE £28,377)
