As the Senior Legacy Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping shape and deliver the legacy and in-memory giving fundraising programme that will maximise the lifetime value of supporters. Charity People are seeking a practical and collaborative Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of a CRM and project management tool migration into a new cloud based platform. This role will coordinate the co-design and build process with the charity's external partner, and support organisation to adopt using new system widely.
Reporting to the Head of Digital and Data, the Digital Project Manager will lead the co-design and phased implementation of the new cloud based platform across the charity. The initial focus will be on project delivery, CRM functionality, and the development/fundraising pipeline. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful configuration, rollout, and adoption of the platform. The role is suited to someone who is adaptable, solutions focused and comfortable working within an evolving digital environment.
This can be a remote role, with one or two visits to the London office within the six months required. It is likely that the role of Digital Project Manager will be needed past March 2026, so there is certainly scope for this role to continue.
