Job description

We are seeking a competent and successful person with experience in Alumnae Relations or Events to support the development, delivery and growth of our events and alumnae engagement programme. As Alumnae Relations Officer, you will help maintain and grow the events programme to generate increased engagement from alumnae, donors and different members of the College community to support the ambitions of the Development Office.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking all-rounder who is confident in the many aspects of event planning and delivery. You will have a real passion and aptitude for working with creative colleagues to create compelling and effective events to engage our loyal alumnae and donor base and potential new supporters.

This is an exciting time to join our team and be part of a supportive and welcoming College. Based in our Development Office, you will focus on developing the St Anne’s Community via events, developing networks, supporting the St Anne’s Society (the alumnae network) and linking current students with alumnae offering opportunities such as schools talks, mentoring and internships. In fulfilling the role, you will also work closely with members of the Academic Office, the St Anne’s Society and our students and academics.
