The Senior Economic Empowerment Partnerships Manager is responsible for raising awareness of the growing threat of economic abuse. An experienced project manager with experience of managing services for victims of domestic violence and/or other forms of gender-based violence, the post holder will work with the Heads of Service to implement Refuge’s tech strategy to ensure that Refuge continues to learn about and respond to changing economic developments with a particular focus on technology and victims of domestic abuse.

The post-holder will work across all services and will work closely with the Fundraising Team and Head of Services to develop an economic fundraising strategy to ensure that the role generates income through partnerships and consultancy with the financial sector by raising awareness of economic abuse and technology-facilitated abuse. The post holder will work closely with the Policy Team to feed into legislative asks relating to economic abuse, to better improve responses for survivors both in legislation and in the financial sector. We are looking for candidates with extensive practical experience of supporting a diverse range of victims of domestic violence and/or other forms of gender-based violence. In-depth understanding of economic abuse, and how it is used against women and girls and how this form of abuse is a barrier for women leaving a relationship. Current, up to date knowledge and understanding of the legislation that impacts survivors of economic abuse and in-depth understanding of the needs of survivors and their children impacted by economic abuse.

The Belgrade theatre has big growth plans with a vibrant programme; we are proud of our reputation for excellent stewardship and donor care. You will be joining us at an exciting time whilst we build the production of our new co-created show Nanny of the Maroons, and your skills and expertise in fundraising and income-generation activity, will support us to launch this production in a way that can have real impact for the people of Coventry; whilst shaping a sustainable future for the organisation, and achieving an annual revenue funding target of £450K. 
 

This is a hands-on role focused on delivering fundraising activity, supporting income generation through campaigns, events, partnerships and donor stewardship. You will build meaningful relationships with donors, partners, and funders, working on strategies that support artistic ambition, creative learning and community engagement programmes, and long-term organisational growth. 
This role will suit someone who is organised, proactive and confident in delivering fundraising activity, and who can bring practical ideas that connect with Coventry’s diverse communities.
 

Key Working Relationships:

Internal: Director of Audiences and Growth, CEO, Artistic Director and Director of Producing and Co-creation. This role will line manage the Development Officer and oversee freelance bid writers. This role needs to have constructive relationships with all departments within the business including working closely with the audiences, marketing and communications team and colleagues across Box Office, Finance and Front of House. You will deliver a programme of fundraising activity including memberships, small, mid-scale and larger trusts and foundations, community fundraising, sponsorship and local business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership 

• Develop and deliver a multi-year fundraising strategy aligned with organisational priorities 
• Lead on income diversification across individual giving/membership, major gifts, legacies, trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, campaigns and events 
• Set and monitor annual income targets with clear KPIs and reporting structure

Fundraising Campaigns & Income Generation

• Develop and deliver audience-focused fundraising campaigns that support theatre programming, community engagement and audience development.

Events & Community Fundraising

• Plan, promote and deliver fundraising events including donor evenings and follow up donor cultivation, community fundraising activities and donor profile events

Trusts, Memberships & Partnerships

• Research, write and submit applications to small, mid-scale and large trusts and foundations aligned with The Belgrade’s artistic, co-creation, educational and community activity to ensure we meet our target of 10% of turnover against fundraising activity

The Soldiers' and Aviators' Scripture Readers Association (known as SASRA) is one of the longest-established Christian charities supporting the British Armed Forces. Under Royal patronage and working with over 70,000 soldiers, 30,000 RAF personnel and some 10,000 supporters of various types, we look to introduce members of the British Armed Forces to a practical experience of the Christian faith. 

We are now looking for home-based Regional Managers to help us engage with the Christian public across the UK.

The main function of Regional Managers is to bring before the Christian public the work we do taking the gospel of Jesus Christ and bringing a practical experience of the Christian faith to the young people of the British Army and Royal Air Force.

The Regional Manager will present in churches, manage a team of volunteers, establish and maintain strategic partnerships across their region, lead regional projects and events, and produce and curate a wide variety of content.

The aim is to stimulate and encourage prayer, financial support and volunteering in support and furtherance of the work of SASRA, always respecting the interdenominational nature of our ministry. You will shape and grow the fundraising activities in the region and meet with supporters.

You will have excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills. You’ll also have experience of managing and motivating individuals or groups. Critically, you will possess the spiritual endowment to promote prayer and missionary interest for the Lord's work through the Association in HM Forces.

You will be home-based, but expected to travel inside your region on a regular basis, meeting with supporters and supporting organisations that are raising funds for SASRA

You will be responsible for raising our profile among the Christian community and generating significant levels of engagement with potential supporters of SASRA (both individuals and churches)

Some aptitude for, and experience of, pastoral work is desirable.

Job Title: Head of CRM

Reports To: Chief Executive

Location: Remote and hybrid working (occasional travel to SportsAid Head Office)

Salary: £60,000 per annum FTE; pro-rated to £36,000 per annum for 3 days/week

Hours of work: Part-time position, approx. 21 working hours a week (3 days per week), some evening work may be required from time to time, reasonable flexible work options are available.

CONTEXT & PURPOSE OF ROLE

SportsAid is currently implementing Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud as our new organisation-wide CRM platform to strengthen engagement with athletes and their parents/care-givers, supporters and funders, partners, alumni, volunteers and other key stakeholders.  The Head of CRM will provide strategic and operational leadership for the charity’s CRM function.  

Initially the focus of the role will be to realise the value of the implementation, including adoption, embedding ways of working and processes across teams, improving data quality, refining reporting, ensuring good system governance and optimising organisation-wide usage. 

Longer term, the role will develop and lead a CRM roadmap, identifying priorities and enhancements for future development and planning the strategic evolution of our new CRM ecosystem and long-term sustainability of our Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud platform.

You will lead organisational change, embed best practice CRM processes, ensure high-quality data governance and maximise the value of CRM insights to support fundraising, programme delivery, marketing, partnerships and impact reporting.

Founded in 1976, SportsAid is a national charity that provides recognition and financial help to emerging young talented sports people – the next generation of British sporting heroes and heroines – often at a crucial time in their personal and sporting development.
