This role offers a warm and well-developed patch, a supportive team culture, and space to be creative in how you grow and uplift corporate partnerships. You’ll be the lead relationship manager for a portfolio of established partners across Birmingham and the Black Country, focusing on stewardship, renewals, and smart uplifts.
While the focus is primarily account management (around 75%), you’ll also contribute to new business through activities like COTY pitches. You’ll work closely with the Business Development Manager and be line-managed by a detail-oriented and flexible leader who fosters autonomy, progression, and innovation. As Corporate Fundraising Manager, you will:
- Lead the stewardship and growth of existing corporate partnerships, using creative and strategic methods to increase value and longevity

- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on new business opportunities

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong corporate fundraising or account management background, ideally with experience managing partnerships in the £30K–£50K+ range
- Confident steward and communicator, able to build rapport and deliver excellent supporter journeys
- Strategic thinker with a flair for finding growth opportunities within existing partnerships
- Comfortable pitching and presenting to corporate audiences at all levels
- Excellent organiser who can juggle competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
- Willingness to work out-of-hours at events and maintain regular hospice presence

About this role
This is an exciting role that will lead the relationship management of our most important, high value retail brands, without which our service could not be delivered. Supported by the Head of Events & Community Fundraising, you will work closely with the Partnerships Team and the Wardrobe Team to deliver essential client and events stock. In addition to delivering client and events stock, you will also focus on raising money from retail partners, particularly with activations linked to International Women’s Day and Giving Tuesday.

In this role, you will lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of a diverse range of individual giving fundraising activities, you will manage campaigns end-to-end—from shaping the proposition and signing off creative, to overseeing budgets and analysing performance to drive continual improvement.
Working closely with other Fundraising Managers, you will contribute to delivering the departmental strategy, meeting income targets, and managing budgets effectively.
You will also take the lead on key fundraising projects, promoting a collaborative culture both within the team and across departments.
A key aspect of the role involves partnering with the Marketing and Engagement teams to strengthen digital fundraising and donor acquisition strategies, ensuring a joined-up and impactful supporter journey.

The Role
This role is part of the Global Fundraising Team of over 50 staff. You will be responsible for planning and managing a digital fundraising portfolio including paid and organic advertising, Shop and eCommerce products, and Community and Events fundraising.
You will manage the delivery of digital campaigns from start to finish, from budgeting and scheduling through to audience selection, agency and supplier briefing, copy and creative development, digital production, and reporting.
Working in conjunction with the Head of UK Fundraising, you will identify innovative opportunities for the development of the UK digital fundraising strategy.
Data and measurement to optimise results working with fundraising, digital, CRM teams and external suppliers to evaluate and report on digital product and campaign income, identifying KPls to optimise for regular and single growth income.
Process management to drive efficiencies you will champion best practice digital production systems, processes, and platforms to improve ways of working.
The Candidate
Track record of working on successful digital marketing, campaigns and communications ideally in a charity setting.
Experience of delivering digital marketing strategy and campaign management for lead generation, acquisition and retention that is audience-centric, rooted in insight and target driven.
Experience of working across a range of digital channels including paid and organic social media, Google Ads , web and email.
Hands-on experience of working with digital production, service providers and platforms to identify and deliver best-in-class digital solutions.
Experience of digital and data reporting and analysis, with track-record of acting on insights to achieve KPls and income targets.
Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders to support their digital marketing planning and communication delivery.

About you

Confident in copywriting and editing, you’ll be able to tailor messaging to different audiences and inspire supporters through engaging communications.
Organised and proactive, you will thrive when managing multiple projects and deadlines, balancing attention to detail with the bigger picture. You’ll also be confident in analysing data to extract insights, identify trends, and make informed recommendations to improve campaign performance.
You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and able to adapt your approach to ensure both excellent supporter experiences and the achievement of campaign KPIs. Experience with CRM systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics), international charities or humanitarian aid, managing print campaigns, or delivering stewardship events would be an advantage.
Personally, you will bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong relationships. Job Purpose
To oversee successful fundraising, with a focus on grants and individual giving, and to ensure effective communication that supports YMCA Doncaster in sustaining current work and launching new projects.
Main Responsibilities
- To create compelling long form content including website articles, information for print material, case studies, media releases and similar.
- To create and update cases for support for YMCA Doncaster’s fundable projects and general running costs.

Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, and collaborating closely with the Head of IT, CRM Project Manager and Data Analyst, the CRM Manager shall be a vital and visible role, fundamental to the charity’s fundraising success, to further its vision of a world where every horse is treated with respect, compassion and understanding.
Through your proven Dynamics 365 CRM skills and experience, you will also lead on the charity’s CRM business processes and data quality, collaborating with fundraising, communications, IT and finance stakeholders, colleagues and third-party suppliers.
