The digital team is growing and embarking on exciting new projects to transform our digital operations. We are looking for a creative and technically confident digital professional to join our growing team. - Managing and updating our website (Currently Wagtail CMS moving to WordPress)
- Creating and sending email campaigns (Campaign Monitor)
- Scheduling and supporting creation of social media posts (Sprout Social)
- Reporting on digital campaign performance and suggesting improvements
- Collaborating with colleagues to create seamless digital journeys
Who we’re looking for
You will have a curious and proactive mindset, confident digital skills and a heart for mission. You’ll be highly organised with an eye for detail and ready to take ownership of website content, email marketing and social media scheduling to help tell powerful stories and grow supporter engagement.
You will have at least 12 months experience working in digital marketing, fundraising, email campaigns or website management, and be comfortable using tools like WordPress (or similar CMS), Campaign Monitor (or equivalent email tools), Sprout Social, Canva and ClickUp. Experience with analytics and a willingness to learn and innovate are also key.
We are an explicitly Christian charity, and this role will represent the Mission’s purpose and ethos to external audiences. As the successful candidate will be required to understand the way the Christian faith and the Bible intersect with and inform The Leprosy Mission’s work, including understanding appropriate use of scripture and the UK church fundraising context, there is an occupational requirement for the Digital Campaigns & Web Executive to be a committed Christian.

United Kingdom for UNHCR is the United Nations Refugee Agency’s national charity partner for the United Kingdom. We generate public awareness of the plight of refugees and raise funds to help protect them through UNHCR’s humanitarian operations across the world.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the Senior Advisor to steward donor relationship including Members of UK for UNHCR’s Advisory Board and principal gift prospects and donors. This will include:
- Supporting cultivation and stewardship. Involves working on account plans, preparing meeting briefings, writing of high-quality concept notes, proposals, reports, and other fundraising products.
- Supporting external Advisory Board members to develop and execute opportunities to raise the profile of UNHCR’s work. This may include researching, identifying and initiating new initiatives.
- Support with reporting back to the Advisory Board and regular stewardship ensuring the Board remains close to the charity and UNHCR – includes preparation of papers for quarterly Advisory Board meetings, monthly communications.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to identify key networks and individuals capable of supporting UNHCR financially.
- Join portfolio meetings providing updates on the advisory board and relationships with key members.
- Supporting the coordination of the Intermediary Strategy to grow relationships with connectors in the private client sector and in collaboration with others.
- Support the Senior Advisor to maintain a focused new business pipeline.
- Support with management reporting, including keeping salesforce up to date for the portfolio and related KPI tracking.

DRC has been operating in the Middle East (ME) region for over a decade, running a combination of emergency, livelihood, protection and advocacy programmes through Country Offices (COs) in Yemen, Syria, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon and Turkey with a Regional Office (RO) in Amman.
About the job
The Area Manager (AM) is responsible for the coordination, management, development, and representation of DRC programming in the North or South of Yemen. S/he will oversee program implementation according to DRC strategies in Yemen and ensure that operations are implemented within DRC’s regulations, procedures, guidelines, and strategy; enable a productive and accountable relationship with beneficiaries, communities’ leaders/representatives, relevant governmental authorities, regional coordination teams (RCTs), sub-national clusters, donors, national and International NGOs and UN Agencies. The AM is DRC’s primary representative with relevant actors in the area of responsibility; s/he is the line manager for all staff with area responsibilities and s/he is responsible for ensuring a result-oriented team. The incumbent will also ensure a safe environment for DRC staff, beneficiaries and assets through a proactive-acceptance approach using DRC’s security framework.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Representation and Coordination
- Participate in SMT representing Area of Responsibility (AOR)
- Represents all aspects of programs and operations and has overall accountability for their AOR
- Act as the primary DRC representative at the area level and actively participate in all relevant fora/meetings
- Foster relationships with Government authorities and other relevant stakeholders in the area of operation
- Develop, implement, and regularly revise a DRC engagement strategy aligned to the National Strategy
- In coordination with the CD, Head of Program, and Advocacy advisor ensure that the DRC program in the area contributes to DRC´s advocacy efforts, nationally, regionally, and internationally.
- Maintain close working relationships with donors, national and international organizations, and local counterparts.
Management
- Line manages area support and program staff ensuring inter-department co-ordination;
- Enable an effective team through result-oriented management systems, providing leadership, on-job capacity building and designing staff development strategies.
- Ensure detailed capacity building plan for staff is in place and regularly followed up on;
- Closely coordinate with the senior management team and sector coordinators ensuring regular information flows, adherence to sector strategies, proposal development processes and safety regulations.
- Encourage a positive, innovative, and mutually supportive team spirit amongst the area team.
Programme development
- Lead the process of adapting DRC national strategy to the local context and circumstances in coordination with the Head of Programme and Technical Coordinators
- Support in developing DRC’s program in the area of operation and provide technical and context-specific input for fundraising efforts;
- Provide regular analysis on the context and humanitarian situation in the area for the development of project proposals and safety assessments.
Local Partnerships
- Lead the identification of local partners within AOR for sector-specific interventions
- In coordination with the Partnerships & Localization unit, support the capacity assessment of partners and the development of tailored capacity building plans
- Manage local partnerships at field level (within AOR) and ensure follow-up with partners on quality implementation, in line with DRC policies and procedures.
Safety and Security
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for DRC staff, beneficiaries, and assets by ensuring the local security procedures are up to date and SOPs are being followed in line with the SMP and DRC policy, promoting regular staff training, providing safety and security analysis, recommendations, and follows-ups.
Accountability
- Ensure overall provision of and adherence to DRC policies, procedures, guidelines, donor regulations, systems and standard practices.
- Promote compliance with DRC policies and practice with respect to safeguarding, code of conduct, safety and security, anti-harassment, and other relevant policies and procedures.
Operational
- Provide leadership in overseeing of all logistical/procurement, HR/administration and office services activities and ensure their timely/efficient delivering, including office scale-up/scale-down based on funding and contextual changes.
- Lead on recruitment of senior staff in coordination with SMT, as appropriate.
- Maintain oversight of narrative and budget development of proposals and concept notes.
- Ensure quality implementation of Core Competency programs ensuring optimal use of financial resources, regular project follow up, reporting, among other tasks.
- Responsible to ensure Area Office compliance with internal procedures and donor regulations.
- Support the roll-out of new modules and continuous functioning of DRC Dynamics (Enterprise Resource Planning System)
Reporting
- Comply with internal reporting requirements, contribute to, and provide quality assurance and timeliness of external reports from area of operation;
- Participate in DRC internal coordination mechanisms (e.g. SMT, Programme meetings, etc.) as required.
- Strengthen efforts to document the impact of DRC activities in the area.
About you
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing a large team
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project implementation
- Experience working in fragile context and insecure environments
- Experience developing and implementing organizational strategy
- Previous experience in Yemen or within the Middle East is considered an asset

About the role
The Passage’s philanthropy portfolio has grown significantly over the last three years through dedicated relationship management and compelling applications that have brought to life the fantastic work and outcomes achieved by The Passage’s services. The Passage’s new three-year strategy, The Art of the Possible, is based around the themes of prevention, convening and sustaining, and highlights the importance of collaboration. The Fundraising, Communications and Trading team are seeking a passionate, articulate, and experienced individual to further enhance and sustain our trusts and foundations income stream so that The Passage can support more people to find a place to call home.
Main duties
- Lead relationships with a portfolio of trusts, foundations, and other grant-making bodies to establish a robust pipeline of sustainable income.
- Provide effective stewardship of existing trust donors and prospects to ensure repeat gifts and to increase support where relevant.
- Create innovative opportunities and develop funding proposals that match funding opportunities to The Passage’s range of services.
- Develop an annual prospect pipeline with the aim of securing sustainable, multi-year income.
- Support the Senior Philanthropy Manager to prepare accurate annual budgets, forecasts, and income phasing.
- Maintain accurate records on the Salesforce database and ensure donor records are compliant.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

You will deliver a variety of activities across the partnership, from working closely with the team at Breast Cancer Now to brainstorm and develop exciting new colleague engagement opportunities, to reviewing and signing off creative assets and communications that will be seen across Asda stores and channels nationwide.
As the day to day lead on the partnership, you will be responsible for achieving the ambitious annual target. The role will involve lots of hands-on account management to ensure that the partnership continues to be successful and works towards achieving both its ambitious awareness and fundraising objectives. There is opportunity to identify areas for growth within the partnership which would work towards achieving key objectives both for Asda Tickled Pink, and also for CoppaFeel!.
As part of the Partnerships team, you may also be required to support on the day to day delivery of other team activities, events and account management, including responding to enquiries, participating in meetings with internal stakeholders and supporting the delivery of the wider partnerships team strategy.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering the day to day management of the Asda Tickled Pink partnership , giving excellent customer service and stewardship to maximise income and strategic opportunities for CoppaFeel!

- Write and review copy, content and artwork for different partnership activities
- Motivate and inspire Asda customers and colleagues to fundraise for Tickled Pink
- Work with key Asda suppliers to support and enhance their Tickled Pink campaigns
- Manage incoming emails and queries from the Asda Community team as well as other colleagues and customers

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Legacy Marketing Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of our legacy marketing programme.
Legacy gifts are our single largest source of voluntary income, with significant potential for growth. To recognise this, we have secured additional investment to help us engage, inspire and acquire new legacy supporters through multi-channel marketing activities.
Working closely with the Heads of Fundraising Campaigns and Individual Giving, you will develop strategies to raise awareness of gifts in Wills, reach new audiences and develop new supporter journeys to engage new and existing legacy pledgers and prospects with our research.
As a creative, innovative and data-led marketeer, you will develop and deliver our legacy fundraising programme with the support of your direct reports – the Legacy Marketing and Legacy Stewardship Officers – and the Digital Marketing and Fundraising Communications teams.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will plan, manage and execute multi-channel campaigns across the marketing mix and work with your team to deliver exceptional campaigns and stewardship, to recruit, retain and engage our committed supporters.

- Work with your Manager to devise and implement marketing and stewardship strategies to maximise legacy giving and engage with existing legacy pledgers.

About the job
The Grants Management Manager (GMM) is responsible for leading the Programme Support Unit (PSU). As a key member of the Programme Department, the GMM oversees programme development and the ongoing management of the country grant portfolio, proposals and implementation are high-quality, evidence based and conducted in accordance with donor and DRC regulations. This includes overseeing timely reporting, overall accountability to donors and supporting the implementation of DRC’s localisation strategy. Responsibilities:
Programme Development and Fundraising
- Develop a Country Programme Funding strategy and updated donor mapping, keeping abreast of funding trends and donor strategies, paying special attention to diversifying the funding portfolio.
- Develop donor engagement strategies, working closely with the HoP, Programme team and with input from the area offices.
- Support the HoP in maintaining active and regular communication with donors, ensuring timely response to communications and coordinating with relevant country team members on high-quality feedback.

About this role
As a Director of Income and Engagement your responsibilities would include: -

Lead, inspire and manage an integrated Income, Data and Communications Team to diversify and increase income to reach and engage more carers.

Drive a substantial increase in voluntary income and the charity’s supporter base.

Lead on communications and campaigns to support delivery of the charity’s strategy.

Take an active role as a member of Carers First Leadership Team to shape and implement the charity’s strategy and unlock the whole organisation’s potential.
About you
To be successful in this role you will need -
-
Experience in strategic planning with an ability to produce and deliver creative and impactful income generation and communications plans with targets and measures.

Demonstrable achievements in planning and delivering significant income growth within a charity, from a diverse range of sources, including trusts and foundations, community fundraising, individual giving, major donors, legacies and corporate partnerships.

Demonstrable experience in writing compelling, robust and evidence-based proposals and cases for support for funders.
-
Extensive experience of planning and delivering national and local communications/marketing tailored to key audiences, across multiple channels, to increase reach and engagement with key audiences.

Interview process
The closing date for applications is 5pm on 8 August 2025. There will be a two-stage process.
Candidates who have fully evidenced they meet the requirements of the Personal Specification to a satisfactory standard will be long-listed and invited to Stage 1.
Stage 1: Informal online meeting with the Chief Executive to discuss their application. Please note that applications will be assessed on an ongoing basis and therefore it would be helpful to make an early application.
Following the informal meeting, candidates will be short-listed and successful candidates will be invited to Stage 2:

Purpose of the job
Why the job exists and overall responsibility
- Income generation through a diverse range of sources including but not limited to corporate and community fundraising and grants and trust applications
- Delivery of marketing and communications across the charity
- Line management of an officer with responsibility for fundraising and communication activities
- Budget management for projects and campaigns
- Internal and external event delivery
- Management and project delivery of discrete projects and fundraising campaigns
- Involvement in volunteering activities
- Contribute to delivery and development of the Fundraising and Engagement Strategy
Main Activities
Income Generation:
- Build multi-year corporate relationships that generate income and gifts in-kind by creating and maintaining an active pipeline
- Identify and cultivate opportunities for new partnerships and funding streams
- Manage a portfolio of partners and fundraisers, ensuring effective communication and stewardship
- Prepare and submit funding applications and reports in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery and reporting
- Ensure the CRM system is updated regularly to reflect activities and report to KPIs set by the Head of Income and Engagement
Marketing and Communications:
- Contribute to the creation and delivery of key marketing materials across multiple channels and audiences
- Maintain accurate records of activity and performance, generating regular performance reports
- Work collaboratively cross team to ensure delivery of all elements relating to projects and campaigns across the charity
- Develop audience approach content for social media and disseminate in a timely manner, supporting all teams marketing needs
- Responsibility for development and updates to websites across Fresh Futures
- Explore new marketing channels and build external marketing partnerships offering in-kind support
- Write press releases and deliver media interviews representing the charity, as directed by the Head of Income and Engagement
Line Management:
- Manage an officer working within the income and engagement team to effectively deliver all aspects of their role
- Work closely with Managers to ensure they are receiving the support they need from the Income and Engagement team
- Plan team delivery alongside the other Income and Engagement Manager to manage work allocation and delivery effectively within the team
Budgets:
- Assist the Head of Income and Engagement with the preparation of budgets
- Responsible for the management of specific project or campaign budgets,
- ensuring costs are always monitored and income targets are met (where appropriate)
Internal and external event delivery:
- Support delivery of internal events, to budget and in a timely manner, including
- liaison with suppliers, and attendees
- Build partnerships and attend external events to represent Fresh Futures and raise awareness of the charity

Volunteer delivery:
- Design and deliver presentations to third-sector organisations, businesses, and universities to showcase and promote Fresh Futures
- Work with the leadership team in supporting Fresh Futures’ vision for the future and create appropriate volunteering opportunities to support the vision and strategy moving forward
Discrete project and campaign delivery:
- Manage key fundraising projects or campaigns in a timely manner
- Oversee budgets and meet income targets, where appropriate
- Manage junior staff members or temp workers to deliver projects or campaigns effectively and within the designated timescale
- Develop and deliver fundraising campaigns or projects using appropriate project management tools, including but not limited to the CRM system
Strategy:
- Support the Head of Income and Engagement and the SLT in developing the
- strategic direction for the Income and Engagement team
- Work within the team to delivery the Income and Engagement Strategy
- Manage junior members of the team to deliver key aspects of the strategy as identified to sit within their remit
Knowledge, training and experience required
- Experience working within the voluntary sector generating income and running fundraising campaigns
- Experience of Canva, CRM systems, social media scheduling platforms useful
- Knowledge of a range of fundraising approaches and marketing techniques
- Experience working with a range of external partners including from the commercial sector
