As the newly appointed Trusts & Foundations Manager your remit will be to put in place and deliver on a strategy to secure income from a range of trusts and statutory bodies and achieve set budgetary targets which will integrate with the fundraising team’s overall strategy.

As a Trusts & Foundations Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include :
- Advise, develop and implement a strategy to secure income, and build a sustainable income stream, from charitable trusts, National Lottery and statutory bodies as part of the overall fundraising strategy for the UK.
- Develop and implement a work plan to achieve set budgetary targets.
- Provide leadership and people management of one direct report.
As the new Trusts & Foundations Manager at our client, your skillsets and experience will include :
- Over 3 years experience of generating income through trusts and foundations and statutory bodies, and writing proposals and applications with the aim of securing multi year funding.
- Experience of developing bids and reports.
- Ability to undertake high quality research to identify potential trust and foundation prospects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive supporter engagement strategy to bolster our supporter base and enhance engagement levels.
- Curate a tailored stewardship journey for major donors and legacy pledges, providing personalised communications and resources to foster continued support.
- Oversee the management of our supporter database/CRM, ensuring compliance with GDPR and all relevant legislation.
- Utilise data analytics to design targeted campaigns and initiatives aimed at expanding our supporter network across various channels and touchpoints.
- Lead church engagement efforts, forging and nurturing connections with local and national churches and networks.
- Collaborate with our Activities and Community Engagement (ACE) Facilitators to enhance engagement within our care homes and housing schemes.
- Drive regular prayer communications, fostering a culture of prayer support through various platforms including our online Prayer Wall.
- Organise and lead supporter-facing events such as exhibitions and conferences to facilitate meaningful interactions with existing and prospective supporters.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and share insights with internal teams to inform strategic decision-making.
About You
- Minimum of three years of experience in the charity or third sector.
- Proven track record in supporter engagement and database management.
- Good understanding of UK GDPR regulations.
- Familiarity with fundraising functions and project management.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Individual Giving Manager to join the Fundraising team at SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, for 12 months. This role is critical for the success of our income generation activities and acquisition of new supporters.
We are looking for a target driven team player who will skilfully and tactfully manage a variety of stakeholder relationships, including our face-to-face agency partners and volunteers. About the team
This role sits within the Fundraising, Marketing & Communications team. About you
To carry out this role successfully you will have a track record of:

The purpose of the role
The Corporate Partnerships Manager is responsible for delivering, renewing and evolving new and existing high-value, long-term corporate partnerships. They will work with the Senior Corporate Account Manager to support the team in delivering best-in-class account management. The Corporate Partnerships Manager will also support with new business and revenue generation through securing additional income.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a variety of corporate accounts and have a good understanding of the partnerships landscape and stakeholder management. The candidate will be a creative problem solver, with exemplary relationship building and customer service skills. The role will be focussed on both account management and new business. The candidate will have an ambitious approach to generating revenue through income growth opportunities and new business both with existing accounts and new prospects for the National Theatre.
The successful candidate will have the following:

Proven track record of securing income and managing partnerships/sponsorships, possibly gained within a target driven environment.

Experience of negotiating bespoke partnership deals and benefit packages and composing commercial participator agreements or similar legal contracts.

We are working in partnership with The Honeypot Children’s Charity, a UK charity who are looking for an experienced Head of Lottery and Statutory Grants to research, identify and deliver six figure level income through National Lottery and Statutory funders.
With headquarters in London, and three respite houses situated in the South of England, Wales and Scotland, the Honeypot continuously supports young carers aged 5 to 12 years old, who perform a surrogate adult role as a carer for a loved one, often single-handedly, and whose wellbeing is at significant risk, leading to anxiety, isolation, poor confidence, and low self-esteem.
This newly created role the Head of Lottery and Statutory Grants will lead and develop a new income stream for the Charity, researching and developing a sustainable and key pipeline of six figure income through National Lottery and Statutory funders.

- Demonstrate a proven track record of succeeding six figure level gifts, with direct experience of researching the National Lotteries and statutory landscapes to explore opportunities to develop six figure plus proposals for Statutory funders, or equivalent,
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to inspire through compelling storytelling and deliver exceptional bid evaluation and proposal writing abilities to produce thorough and compelling grant proposals and reports that communicate aims and impact.

The Philanthropy Manager will play a key role in embedding a relationship fundraising culture across the wider Trust and driving income growth from major donors, trusts/foundations and potential corporate income. The ideal candidate will possess a solid track record of growing income from charitable trusts and major donors and of building long-term relationships with funders. You will have worked strategically at manager level to develop and deliver philanthropic giving plans with successful financial outcomes. A sound understanding of current charity law, compliance, and fundraising best practices as they apply to major funders is crucial along with a passion for the work of Camphill Village Trust.

The role of Community Stewardship Manager (Sooty Volunteers) will help to improve the lives of blind and partially sighted people by managing relationships with our amazing team of volunteer fundraisers who deliver RNIB's Sooty box programme across the UK.
Sooty has been the face of RNIB's charity collection boxes for over 50 years, collecting more than £13 million in public donations.
You will be responsible for ensuring our volunteer's contribution is a positive and supported experience, creating opportunities for volunteers to engage with other teams across the organisation and maximise fundraising income.
If you have a passion for volunteer engagement, community fundraising, relationship building, and communication, this is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your skills, creativity, and enthusiasm.
What you will need -
The successful person will have experience of volunteer management, ideally working in a fast-paced fundraising team or similar environment, and an interest in learning about creative marketing campaigns and supporter journeys.
You will be a great communicator with the ability to speak to a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure our supporters receive the best stewardship possible. You will also be experienced in motivating people to get involved, quickly building rapport and establishing long lasting relationships.
