About the opportunity
This is a temporary, casual opportunity at an upcoming pop-up shop in Bicester Village from 29th July - 25th August 2024. We require a Retail Manager, who will be responsible for the successful day-to-day running of the shop.
This includes opening and closing the store, tracking and reporting units and incoming, as well as managing volunteers and merchandising. Occasional evening and weekend work is required to lead and support the shop.
The Smart Works Shop is a key fundraising initiative, taking place throughout the year at various locations. The Shop brings together donations from brands and individuals, which are then sold in a premium shopping experience, at a discounted price. 100% of the proceeds go directly to Smart Works, supporting unemployed women with the clothing, coaching and confidence needed to get the job and transform their lives.
They must be able to speak confidently about the Smart Works service and the transformative power that customers are contributing to by purchasing items at the pop-up shop.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with demonstrable experience in retail and merchandising and experience of running a shop floor. If you are passionate about motivating a team and the mission of Smart Works, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the shop.
- Tracking daily units and reporting daily numbers to the Charity.
- Co-ordinating volunteers and retail assistants, supporting them to maintain the shop floor and assisting during busy periods.
- Merchandising and maintaining the shop floor, including bringing out fresh products.
- Ensuring personalised customer experience with brand and product knowledge.
- Lead on achieving sales goals and targets.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, ensuring the floor is organised at all times.

We are looking for an experienced institutional funding expert to lead and manage a busy portfolio. This is a role in which the successful candidate will need to juggle multiple and complex projects. Key duties will include:
- Leading the development and implementation of a portfolio of work within the institutional funding team (IFT) currently focused on West Africa (17 Anglophone, Francophone and Lusophone countries), and lead on the development of strategic partnerships with individual institutional donors as prioritised.

This role is involved and multi-faceted with regular meetings across the organisation. If you prefer to work from or are visiting our collaborative, modern office space, you will find it an easy 20-minute train journey from Brighton or 45 minutes from London. We are seeking an experienced interim Direct Marketing Manager to join our membership marketing team to work on the Big Garden Birdwatch and membership acquisition campaigns from August 2024 to Jan 2025. This is a full time role.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate past experience of planning, proofing and fulfilment of multiple printed direct mail packs, response forms and emails. Ideally you will also have worked with inbound telemarketing teams and within a charity fundraising environment.

Job Summary
We expect this role to focus on developing and maintaining relationships with key funders, stakeholders, institutions and individuals. It will undertake work to secure funding, resources and partnerships for both Shared Assets and the wider land justice movement, and to raise the profile and reputation of Shared Assets.

Job Description
The Partnership Officer will be a key member of The Hygiene Bank’s income generation team and wider central team, with a responsibility to help meet the needs of our existing partnerships and support in fulfilling the charity’s income generation plans and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
You will support the management of our brand and corporate partners, working with the Head of Brand and Corporate Partnerships. Your role will be to develop and deliver partnership strategies and stewardship plans for each account, to deliver against our objectives and meet income targets.

Work closely with the Head of Brands and Corporate Partnerships and to ensure the collaborative transition of new partners into account management, liaise with (Brand Coordinator/ Product Donation Manager) and Head of Fundraising, Communications and External Awareness and Head of Operations.

Identify and outreach to target brands and corporate partners, working to engage their support for the charity

Accurately forecast and manage expenditures for our partners, working with the Head of Brand and Corporate partnerships to create mitigation plans when necessary.

Meticulous record keeping, ensuring the pipeline and the opportunity database are current and up to date.

Contribute to the organisation and team's annual plans, strategies, and budgets.

Develop, monitor, and maintain systems and processes including Smartsheets and account management plans.

About The Role
This is an exciting new role within the marketing team. Reporting to the Individual Giving and Supporter Care Manager, you will enable effective communication with our supporters and build a strong connection with them by placing supporter care at the heart of our work, while also engaging potential new supporters.
You will work closely with colleagues to deliver engaging content that is relevant and resonates with the person receiving it. You will be responsible for the build, testing and sending of all supporter journeys and campaigns across different channels. You will combine the ability to manage the technical side of maintaining our CRM system to ensure records are up-to-date and correct, while also building automated supporter email journeys.

The Journey and Cross Sell Manager is responsible for developing rich supporter journeys, primarily across email, that deepen the relationship between RNID and our incredible supporters.
As The Journey and Cross Sell Manager, you will:
- Build, design and deliver supporter journeys that engage audiences and encourage them to take actions, such as donating
- Work closely with colleagues in Marcomms and Fundraising to develop journeys tailored to donor types and audience segments
- Work closely with the Digital team to build journeys in Microsoft Dynamics
- Draft journey content plans and write journey content
- Maintain oversight of journeys and email across the charity, ensuring supporters receive communications that are timely, relevant and effective
- Monitor data briefs
- Track journey data and results, making recommendations to optimise their performance
- Oversee the schedule for refreshing journey content and briefing into the Content team

You are an experienced professional, passionate about developing supporter or customer journeys that build loyalty and engage and inspire people to take action.
