- You will process gifts to maintain accurate records and financial reconciliation. Your attention to detail will directly support our fundraising success.
About You
- Proven experience in Supporter Care and income processing, ideally within a charity environment, with confidence in handling sensitive or escalated supporter interactions.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Raiser’s Edge), with a solid understanding of data accuracy, Gift Aid, and Data Protection legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks while working collaboratively across teams.
- Team-oriented and values-driven, with a passion for delivering great supporter experiences, a positive attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

The Role
Our donors are vital to delivering our mission and we are looking for a motivated, empathetic, and creative individual to help ensure every person who chooses to support our life-saving service feels valued and knows the impact of their support. This is a new and strategically important role, created to help us build stronger, longer lasting relationships with donors. Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager the successful candidate will support in the delivery of the Individual Giving strategy, programme and associated campaigns. They will play a key role in shaping and delivering personalised supporter journeys that foster loyalty, increase lifetime value, and strengthen the emotional connection between our supporters and our mission. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to use their creativity and drive to make a real difference to the people of Scotland.
This role will work alongside the fundraising and marketing and communications teams, and engage with the wider organisation — including pilots and paramedics — to share the story of SCAA and ensure our supporters feel connected to our mission.
This is a full-time role based either in Perth, at Scone Airport, where SCAA headquarters are located, or at our Aberdeen base at Aberdeen Airport (if based in Aberdeen there will be the requirement for the successful candidate to attend our Perth base on an occasional basis). The usual hours and days of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am—5pm. SCAA supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements—our current arrangements consist of a minimum of two office days per week.

JUSTICE is looking to recruit an interim Trust and Foundation Fundraiser to join our friendly, values-led team. This is a fixed term post for 15 months (maternity cover) and provides an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience of raising income from trusts and foundations.

Around one-third of JUSTICE’s £1.5 million income currently comes from grants, with active partnerships including major funders. The role works closely with the Director of Development and Policy Team, who are committed to leveraging their time and networks to support fundraising success, to put together engaging applications and grant reports. The post-holder will also collaborate with other fundraising colleagues, while enjoying a high level of autonomy in contributing to the long-term direction of JUSTICE’s Strategy.
JUSTICE is a law reform and human rights organisation, working to improve processes and policies to support everyone, particularly marginalised groups, be able to seek justice or a remedy when their rights have been breached or the law has been broken. We are a founding member of The Justice Hub, which is situated next to St Paul’s Cathedral. in London. We also have staff based in other locations including in Manchester, Sheffield and Edinburgh. Our London base has a number of hot desks dedicated to JUSTICE and access to meeting rooms and other spaces and we work alongside other like-minded charities in the justice sector as part of the Hub.
All team members are expected to join the ‘in-person’ days in the office (roughly 5 days a year) but otherwise we encourage and support flexible working. Alongside flexible working conditions, every member of staff is entitled to 27 days annual leave plus an additional two days of leave to look after your wellbeing and to celebrate your birthday. We also close the office between 25 December and 1 January (inclusive), which is addition to the annual leave mentioned above. We review salaries according to inflationary changes on an annual basis, contribute 8% to your pension for the first 2yrs, rising to a 10.5% contribution thereafter and offer generous parental and dependency-related leave. As part of looking after your wellbeing, we also provide access to an Employee Assistance Programme.

Purpose of the Role
The Business Development Lead will play a critical role in driving the financial sustainability of Child’s i Foundation. This person will lead efforts to secure new income, grow existing partnerships, and strengthen supporter engagement. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Income Generation
- Develop and execute the fundraising and income generation strategy across diverse streams including:

- Coordinate with UK and Uganda teams to align messaging, campaigns, and compliance.
- Provide strategic oversight of volunteer-led and community fundraising initiatives.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Line manage junior fundraising support if applicable.
- Work collaboratively with programme, comms, finance, and impact teams to ensure donor requirements are met and learning is shared.

Person Specification
Essential
- Proven experience in business development and fundraising (minimum 3 years), ideally in the social impact or NGO sector.
- Track record of securing income from trusts, foundations, or major donors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strong relationship-building skills, from individual supporters to institutional donors.
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable, able to juggle multiple priorities in a small, fast-moving team.
- Commitment to Child’s i’s values and vision, and to ethical fundraising grounded in dignity and equity.

- Experience working in East Africa or with Global South-led organisations.
- Familiarity and confidence with use of CRM systems. We use Beacon.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and confident Supporter Care Administrator to provide an excellent supporter care service for the Fundraising Campaigns and Individual Giving team.
You will be the primary contact point for our supporters, prospective supporters and the public, taking responsibility and ownership for each enquiry, providing answers to questions relating primarily to donations and fundraising activities.
