We are looking for someone with a passion for our mission who can provide high level service to customers and supporters as part of the Supporter Services team based at the BRF offices in Abingdon. This full time role involves processing orders from online, phone and post and answering queries.
As part of the Supporter Services team:
- Respond to customer queries received by telephone, letter, and email, always providing a high standard of customer service.
- Process books, subscriptions and events orders received by post, telephone and online.
- Pack and post orders that require sending from the office.
- Process donations received by all forms, including web donations.
- Allocate payments received by BACS, cheque, or credit card.
- Conduct sales ledger reconciliations.
- Open and distribute the post.
- Assist in credit control.
- Manage office stock levels.
- Assist in processing of renewals and subscription releases.
- Order office and event stock.
- Circulate advance copies.
- Assist finance team with statements to account.
- Administrative support to the Operations team as required.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience delivering high levels of customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high degree of confident on the phone.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, order processing and accounts packages.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to multi-task.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reliable and consistent.
- Ability to work in a team with a flexible and positive attitude towards sharing tasks and workloads.
- Strong commitment to the aims of the organisation.

Transforming Lives for Good (TLG) is a national Christian charity working in partnership with local churches to give struggling children hope and a future.
Building on the huge success of TLG Early Intervention Coaching, TLG Therapeutic Support will be a new way for TLG, with partner churches, to provide support in school for the increasing number of pupils struggling to cope due to their emotional, relational, and mental health experiences.
In this role we are looking for an individual that thrives working with children and young people in a school context and is passionate about supporting pupils and their families struggling with emotional, relational, and mental health challenges. This role requires a formal counselling qualification or at least evidence of notable progress on the journey to attaining a counselling qualification. The TLG Therapeutic Counsellor will be present each week in the school, providing specialist trauma aware care for these children, whilst supporting staff and parents too.
TLG is a Christian charity and, as a team, we want to bring our faith to the work we do; as such, we are recruiting an individual with a strong and active Christian faith. TLG is also committed to safeguarding children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share in this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced disclosure via the DBS.

We are seeking a committed, flexible and enthusiastic Supporter Relationship Officer to join our busy Fundraising and Communications Team.
The ideal candidate will enjoy cultivating new and existing relationships with our financial supporters and will thrive in a collaborative team environment and target-driven culture. You will be responsible for leading on individual giving appeals, standing order acquisition and Gift Aid maximisation, resulting in increased overall financial giving, as well as working with others on a number of communications, campaigns and events. You will be joining us at a great time, as we look to strengthen and grow our team.

Graphic Designer (Mid-Weight)
We’re looking for a skilled, experienced and organised graphic designer who can contribute to the organisations goals by bringing their accuracy, attention to detail and creative flair to all of their work.
This is an exciting and challenging role, which will involve working collaboratively with different teams across the organisation on a wide range of projects.
Position: Graphic Designer (Mid-Weight)
Location: Swindon/hybrid
Hours: Part time, 3 days per week
Salary: £30,450 pro rata (£18,270 actual)

The Role
You will work within the wider Marketing and Communications department on design projects from concept through to delivery across the corporate brand, sub-brands and engagement resources, as well as the culture-facing and fundraising activity, delivering across a range of print and digital media.

You will have experience in print production, delivering high-quality results and producing design assets for digital outputs across web, film and social media
