Coeliac UK is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Head of Philanthropy to lead the growth of high-value income streams and help secure the charity’s long-term financial sustainability. Reporting to the Chief Engagement Officer, this pivotal role will focus on cultivating and stewarding transformational relationships with major donors, trusts and foundations, legacies, and strategic corporate partners. As we prepare to launch an ambitious £150 million philanthropic campaign, we are seeking a strategic and driven Prospect Development Manager to lead the delivery of insight-driven prospect management across the Philanthropy and Partnerships Directorate.
You will play a critical role in creating a steady pipeline of new potential supporters for the fundraising teams, as well as helping shape the data and analytics strategy that will measure the impact of our campaign.
You will ensure that business-as-usual activity—such as briefing materials, due diligence, fundraiser portfolio reviews, prospect research, and insight—is delivered to a high standard, with the understanding that over the course of the campaign, these activities will be undertaken primarily in service of the campaign itself, rather than in addition to it

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Strategy and Planning
· Develop and implement the prospect development strategy to support the successful delivery of a new High Value campaign and long-term income growth.

Prospect Management and Research
· Lead the identification, qualification, and tracking of new major donor and partner prospects across individual, corporate, and foundation giving.
· Design processes to engage volunteers and donors in identifying their key contacts who might be strong major prospects
· Lead on the design and delivery of regular portfolio reviews for relationship managers, using data and insight to optimise pipelines.
· Produce and manage the delivery of high-quality biographies, briefings, and due diligence for meetings and events.
· Work collaboratively with fundraisers to proactively identify new opportunities and ensure prospects are moved through the pipeline efficiently.
· Work with our Research team on potential and current Research Partners, allowing us to be strategic across all of our high value audiences.
· Maintain and continuously improve prospect tracking systems and data quality.
Campaign Insight and Impact
· Design and oversee reporting mechanisms that track the performance and progress of the campaign.
· Provide regular insight and trend analysis to campaign leadership and fundraising teams.

Team Management

About the role
We are looking for two exceptional Heads of Philanthropy to join our team to significantly increase philanthropic income for faculty fundraising priorities across King’s College London.Within your application, please indicate which position you are applying to, or if you are happy to be considered for both positions.
One role will lead the Health, Science & Technology philanthropy team, and the other will lead the Arts & Social Sciences philanthropy team. The postholder will develop an effective programme of policy and public affairs work across the UK to have maximum impact for people with epilepsy and to raise the public profile of epilepsy.
We seek someone with a degree or relevant experience in political or public affairs, extensive experience of influencing, organising campaigns and major events and negotiating at a senior level. You will be required to have a detailed level of understanding of government politics and the charity sector and an empathy to the cause.

As Finance Director, you will work closely and collaboratively with Amit Sharma (Artistic Director/ CEO) and Iain Goosey (Executive Director), supporting them as they lead Kiln Theatre through a period of transition and growth. As a key member of the Senior Team, the Finance Director will be responsible for Kiln Theatre's financial health and for ensuring that effective controls are in place and that all regulatory requirements are met.
You will lead and manage the Finance department, ensuring that the finance operation at Kiln operates to the highest standards and is effectively embedded within the organisation.
The Finance Director will play a major role in contributing to Kiln Theatre's business planning and strategic development, including identifying opportunities for efficiencies, supporting the resilience of the organisation for the future, ensuring compliance with best practice at all times and helping the company to fulfil its creative and financial ambitions.
The role will work with members of the Board, particularly the Finance & Risk Committee, as well as the external auditors. The Finance Director also oversees the finances for Kiln Theatre Ltd and its two subsidiaries - Tricycle Screen Ltd and Kiln London Productions Limited.

The Role
This is not your average 9-5.

- Use your company van (with fuel and parking covered) to travel to venues in your area.
- Set up an eye-catching, informative fundraising stand.
- Engage members of the public in meaningful conversations about conservation.
- Inspire them to become members through regular direct debit support.

About You
What we need from you:

- A full UK driving licence.
- Availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends.
- Willingness to travel up to an hour from home each way every day.
- Comfortable working outdoors and often alone.
- Fundraising, sales, or customer service experience.
