The team this role is part of facilitates peer-to-peer learning and involves ISEAL Community Members in digital innovation projects that strengthen a range of processes and unlock new value in sustainability systems.
The coordinator will be part of this journey of peer-to-peer learning, pilot testing, and discovery. The role will collaborate with different ISEAL teams and be in contact with ISEAL Community Members and their partners, making this an excellent opportunity to learn about a wide range of initiatives.
To be considered, you will enjoy working on a varied and changing set of coordination tasks working with data practitioners, and will thrive on engaging with complex systems and learning more about topics related to sustainability standards. Some of the knowledge areas you may have come across could include: data management, data collection, geographic information systems (GIS), assurance & auditing, supply chain traceability or environmental and social reporting.
The key responsibilities we entrust you with
Member engagement and Community of Practice
- The Community of Practice is a group of data practitioners from ISEAL community member organisations, who come together to share learning, discuss issues and trends and look at potential innovation based on data and technology.
- Act as the main point of contact for the Data Community of Practice (CoP), scheduling meetings and managing communications on the ISEAL online platform
- Establish and build relationships with Community Members’ data practitioners to understand their current capacities and identify priority topics for cross-learning related to data
- Support in planning outreach to Community Members, using tools such as Salesforce to track participation and identify opportunities to increase engagement in the Data CoP
- Facilitate Community Members’ understanding and self-assessment of relevant data maturity themes and topics
- Support in the design, content development and facilitation of engagement opportunities that feature Member exchange and learning about data
- Support the planning, delivery, and follow-up of Data CoP events
Project support
- Coordinate project processes, including implementing procurement procedures, drafting contracts with consultants (based on ISEAL templates) and maintaining project-related systems
- Support drafting and production of relevant newsletters, website articles, and report sections
- Proof-read, edit, design, and format documents in Word and Powerpoint, using ISEAL templates
- Contribute to outreach to project stakeholders, Community Members, partners & event attendees, answering and directing queries and scheduling appointments and virtual/ in-person meetings
- Organise meeting logistics and delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in person meetings, agenda preparation, notetaking, audio recording and tracking / implementation of follow up actions
- Provide technical support during Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings, operate other engagement tools (e.g. EasyRetro, Miro, Jamboard, etc), and facilitate break-out rooms
- Carry out background research, review documents, and gather and analyse information on digital innovations, using templates and tools such as Excel
- Attend conferences and learning events and share relevant learnings internally
- Build understanding of Community Members' and external stakeholders’ data needs and capabilities.
Information management
- Maintain resources and web pages related to data governance and information management on the ISEAL online platform
- Facilitate peer exchange and knowledge sharing on priority topics through online platform
- Manage a GitHub repository

- Assist and participate in discussions related to the data and information management programme

Essential attributes, skills & knowledge
- Experience working in a project support role or data-related role focused on project administration, data and information management, data analysis, and/or stakeholder engagement
- Experience and comfort working with data and digital related subject matter, possibly gained through research, project communications and/or analysis and review of data sets
- Strong organisational skills, and experience with administration, meeting coordination, logistics contracts, budget tracking, etc.
- Good communication skills for partner and external communication and comfortable providing facilitation support (e.g. webinars, workshops etc)
- Good time management and ability to organise multiple simultaneous tasks efficiently with precision and strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fully remote, international environment, including regular international time-zone calls
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment with changing projects and working with multiple project leads

Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and support across a wide range of areas, including charity, contract, compliance, IP, and data protection law.
- Draft, negotiate, and manage various commercial contracts (e.g., services, supplier, license, grant, partnership, sponsorship, lease agreements).
- Manage aspects of IP and trademark protection and enforcement.
- Act as Company Secretary for group entities, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, statutory requirements, and regulations.

INTRODUCTION TO THE ROLE
Girls Not Brides is looking for a Head of Research, Evidence and Learning to lead the secretariat’s work on research, evidence, data and learning to inform impactful action on ending child, early and forced marriage and unions (CEFMU). The successful candidate leads the Evidence and Learning Team and works closely with all teams to ensure Girls Not Brides is a go-to and trusted source for evidence and shared learning on what works to address CEFMU and support married girls, globally and in priority regions where we work. The role holder ensures the Girls Not Brides secretariat is a highly effective learning and knowledge hub on CEFMU, co-creating and sharing collective insights and evidence to strengthen our programme, advocacy and policy work driving impact across the movement.
Working closely with Teams in Africa, Asia and Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), they provide strategic leadership to increase uptake of research, evidence and collective knowledge by member organisations to enable more effective evidence-based action to end child marriage at all levels. Moreover, the role ensures we continue to play a leading role in coordinating global, regional and national evidence generation through convening diverse stakeholders, identifying evidence gaps and catalyzing collective efforts to strengthen the evidence base on what works to end child marriage.
In close collaboration with the Director of Learning, Evidence and Impact, the Head of Research, Evidence and Learning plays a leadership role in ensuring the timely and quality implementation and delivery of two key areas of the Strategic Objective on Learning of Girls Not Brides’ Secretariat Strategy 2022-2025. The role holder will work closely with the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) and Impact team withing the same directorate but will not lead on the organisation’s MEAL work.
About You
We are looking for a passionate and inclusive leader with demonstrable experience in research, evidence and learning and supporting the uptake of evidence for programming, advocacy and policy influencing gender justice and social change issues. The ideal candidate will be an empowering and collaborative team leader, who is able to provide strategic leadership as well as be a good people manager. We are not looking for a MEAL specialist, but rather an individual who has experience and knowledge of translating research, data and evidence into impactful advocacy and programming.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads Girls Not Brides work to leverage knowledge, learning and evidence for impactful action to address child early and forced marriage and unions (CEFMU) across the movement.
- In close collaboration with the Director for Learning, Evidence and Impact, plays a leadership role in ensuring the timely and quality implementation and delivery of two key areas of the Strategic Objective on Learning of Girls Not Brides’ Secretariat Strategy 2022-2025, namely: 1) “Highly effective learning and knowledge hub co-creating and sharing collective insights and evidence to drive impact”, 2) “Stronger coordination of global, regional, and national evidence generation which supports the movement’s efforts to accelerate change to end child marriage”.
- Using a collaborative approach, manages a effective Evidence and Learning Team, consisting of up to five individuals, including performance management, professional development and providing ongoing support to individuals.
- As a member of the Advisory Management Team, contributes to key internal strategic and decision-making spaces.
- Works closely with the Teams in Africa, Asia and LAC, as well as the Impact and Global Advocacy teams to deliver the organisation’s learning priorities and ambition.
- Leads the Learning Team’s strategy and work planning, budgeting, and tracking of progress against the organisation’s key performance indicators.

- Oversee the development and implementation of Girls Not Brides’ Knowledge and Learning Hub, that ensures the secretariat is a go-to place for learning and evidence on CEFMU.
- Working with the Learning Team, oversees knowledge management activities for Girls Not Brides ensuring the organisation has the latest learning, evidence and data on CEFMU and has up-to-date evidence-based key messages on CEFMU and relevant topics.
- Oversees the development of learning resources and opportunities on ending child marriage, including the development of thematic briefs, learning or research webinars, capacity enhancement sessions, peer learning sessions, etc.
- Works closely with Learning Team and teams in Africa, Asia and LAC to identify and respond to learning priorities of members organisations in the Global Partnership.
- In close collaboration with Heads of Africa, Asia and LAC Teams, oversees the development and implementation of Girls Not Brides learning offer with National/State Partnerships, coalitions and members.
- In close collaboration with Teams in Africa, Asia and LAC, ensures the Secretariat works effectively with member organisations to document, collate and share information and evidence on what works to end CEFMU, and supports effective action and results within the global Partnership and broader movement.
- Oversees the timely and effective dissemination of key evidence and learning to all audiences through different channels e.g. newsletter, webinar, etc.
Leads on the uptake of knowledge, learning and evidence by member organisations to increase the quality and impact of programming and evidence-based influencing.
Working closely with the Learning Team and colleagues in Africa, Asia and LAC teams:
- Supports the facilitation of knowledge exchange with and between member organisations, National and State Partnerships and coalitions and the broader movement.
- Ensures Girls Not Brides provides technical assistance on learning, data and evidence to selected National/State Partnerships and coalitions to inform and strengthen their collective advocacy and programming.
- Contributes to translate learning and knowledge into impactful advocacy and policy influencing initiatives and programmes.
Oversees Girls Not Brides’ role to promote a stronger coordination of evidence generation at all levels.
- Working closely with the Research Manager, oversees the work of the Child Marriage Research to Action Network (CRANK) to support stronger coordination of global, regional, and national evidence generation which supports the movement’s efforts to accelerate change to end child marriage.
- Contributes to reinforce strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and to position Girls Not Brides with key research actors in the field such as the UN, academics, think tanks, etc. for better coordination in the field and stronger strategic collaborations.

- Post graduate degree in a relevant area, such as social science, development studies, international relations, human rights or gender, or relevant proven professional experience.
- Significant experience in learning, evidence and research and supporting the uptake of evidence to strengthen programming, advocacy and policy outcomes and influencing on gender justice and social change issues.
- Proven experience in developing and managing effective and impactful teams, including strong and inclusive people management, line management of individuals, performance management, fostering ongoing professional development, team planning and budgeting.

Summary of role
The Policy Manager is a key role in supporting the development and implementation of WeProtect Global Alliance’s strategy and vision for a digital world designed to protect children from sexual exploitation and abuse.
We require a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong track record of carrying out policy research and analysis, who can build relationships with external stakeholders, provide technical support to governments, and is able to work in dynamic, global policy environments.
You will be responsible for monitoring policy and political developments, promoting evidence-based policies, and building and maintaining relationships with government, civil society and private sectors to foster change. You will have a sound understanding of how policy decisions are influenced and made. You will also lead on the development of policy outputs including briefings, papers and reports, working with colleagues to build evidence and articulate the Alliance’s work across our membership and with other stakeholders.
The successful candidate will demonstrate considerable professional experience in a comparable policy-focused role and will have a diverse skill set, encompassing critical policy analysis, effective communication of complex policy concepts to diverse audiences and strong project management skills. Policy Manager role and responsibilities
Overall purpose of role
WeProtect Global Alliance supports our members to achieve more together than they could alone, through pooling and sharing knowledge and data, solving problems and making a powerful case for change.
The Policy Manager role is pivotal to making a compelling case for action and bringing together experts to generate political commitment, develop policies and practical solutions to make the digital world safe and positive for children, preventing sexual exploitation and abuse and long-term harm. The role will support the vital work of our Global Taskforce, comprised of government members from across the globe. It will require close collaboration with the Communications and Engagement team and other members of the Alliance Secretariat.

The team is responsible for bringing in over £1million in unrestricted income. Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to lead the events team.
The role will involve leading a motivated and talented team of fundraisers in delivering the 2024-25 strategy for events fundraising. This includes (but is not limited to):-
- Overseeing the National Autistic Society’s involvement and investment in a number of high-profile third-party events, including the London Marathon
- Supporting with the delivery of owned trekking events
- Leading the team in planning and delivery of our Christmas carol concert
- Acting as a representative for events fundraising across the Fundraising and Supporter Relations department and the wider directorate/organisation
- Managing the events fundraising budget and a team of fundraisers
The successful candidate will be experienced in events fundraising principles and ways of working, and passionate about new developments and trends. We are also looking for a confident people manager and an enthusiastic team player

About the role
As Senior Consultant – Organisational Development you will play a central role in the design and delivery of INTRAC’s Organisational Development (OD) offer as a core member of INTRAC’s OD Team. About the Role:
We are offering a unique opportunity for motivated and analytical individual to join WaterAid as a Finance Apprentice, joining a cohort of other apprentices across WaterAid. Our rotational 3-year scheme will offer applicant training and development across various finance aspects across both management and financial accounting within the UK and Internationally. You will rotate between a role in the UK Management Accounting Team and International Financial Accounting Team. With mentoring and coaching from your line manager and WaterAid, you will pursue a chartered accountancy qualification (ACCA or CIMA) and begin a financial career in the Not-for-Profit sector.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career or looking for a career change. You will also have an opportunity to shadow other teams within WaterAid to complement your studies and interests.

The role will work with the WaterAid UK finance team, providing development opportunities through exposure to more senior stakeholders, participation in strategic project work and by gaining experience of WaterAid's work. In line with the learning and training programme, additional responsibilities include:
- Performing activities, as detailed in the scope and dimensions below, to the highest standard of accuracy and within agreed timescales to ensure the efficient and effective processing of finance information.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of processes and procedures, as tasks are undertaken and suggesting effective solutions to issues as they arise.
- Handling journal entries in the accounting system, developing your knowledge of basic double-entry accounting and different types of transactions.
- You will be expected to undertake and successfully progress through the chartered accountancy qualification (ACCA or CIMA) course and exams. 20% off the job study time will be allocated accordingly to enable the study element to take place
- With training, completing assurance reviews of the financial controls in Country Programmes, identifying key risks, and taking actions to support their resolution.
- Participating in grant audits including the US Government Grants audit, as well as ensuring any significant findings are addressed.
- Following up on internal audit findings to support Country Programme finance teams with their actions to address these.
- Assisting in the technical preparation of budgets and providing guidance to budget holders, facilitating efficient budget management and analysis.
About You:
- Degree level education. Please ensure your CV clearly lists your degree.
- Grade B or above in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent

The role
As Events Fundraiser you will manage and develop myaware’s events portfolio and support in aid of fundraisers. You will also be responsible for managing fundraising volunteers and volunteer fundraising groups. The purpose of the role is to build long-lasting partnerships with supporters and volunteers to achieve maximum events fundraising income for myaware. There will be a requirement to manage records and relationships through the CRM system in line with GDPR.
The Events Fundraiser will be home based within the UK and will work in co-operation with all myaware colleagues to deliver agreed fundraising and awareness campaigns. There may be the need to occasionally work during weekends and evenings and therefore there is a need to work flexibly when required. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use is desirable but not essential.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year experience gained in a fundraising role within a charity, with demonstrable experience of income growth and the ability to meet and exceed income targets via delivery of successful fundraising events. Who are we?
Myaware is the only charity in the UK dedicated solely to the care and support of people affected by myasthenia. We are working hard to raise awareness of myasthenia, as it is a little-known condition. We provide support for people with myasthenia and their families, whilst offering advice and tips for living with the condition.
We also fund the research that brings us closer to finding a cure as well as funding specialists nurses and advisors.
