Team Coordinator
Youth Futures Foundation is the national What Works Centre for youth employment, with a specific focus on marginalised young people.
We find and generate high-quality evidence to better understand England’s’ youth unemployment and inactivity challenge, and most importantly to learn what solutions work to address this. We do this through bringing together the best evidence already in existence and build on this by conducting original research and testing and evaluating promising interventions to produce much needed new evidence where there are gaps.
We are looking for a dynamic Team Coordinator to provide administrative and business support to the Programmes and Grants Directorate. The successful candidate will help us to deliver our objectives by providing seamless support and delivery. They will:
Understand the needs of the teams, the context in which they operate, and focus on problem-solving and working with others to meet objectives.
Help the teams to work effectively, co-ordinate team activities, maintain relationships, alongside supporting operational excellence
Work flexibly as needs evolve to support teams, and occasionally, support cross-Directorate colleagues.
Use digital ways of working, technology and platforms to achieve goals.
This role will be based at our Birmingham office.
We currently operate a hybrid model of two-days per week in the office and three-days from home.

Croydon Drop In (CDI) are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic practitioner to work within our award-winning Voluntary Sector services. The post-holder will work within our safeguarding protocols to provide safe interventions for Neurodivergent children, young people and families using evidence-based methodologies. Information about the Job Role
This full-time role will be best suited for applicants who are able to balance a busy work schedule being both office based and community based, working mainly with 16 – 25 year old children, young people and their families, and delivering workshops and one to one support in a range of community based settings, and at CDI sites. Applicants must be willing to travel around Croydon as the service is community based. Occasional travel outside of Croydon may also arise to best meet the needs of those accessing the service. This role will include session, activity and resources design and delivery.

This role is based at RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.
A successful candidate will:
- Coordinate meetings of the Board of Trustees and sub-committees, including scheduling, preparing agendas, collating and circulating papers (via Convene), and minute-taking (using AI, at times).
- Provide proactive administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team as required, including diary management, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements.
- Organise the annual programme of meetings of the main Board and its Sub-Committees, including an annual general meeting, annual Board Away-Day and other key events.
- Work with key stakeholders across the RSA including our Chair of Trustees, Sir Loyd Grossman CBE

About the role
As the HLA Sales Lead, you will lead and manage commercial activity for HLA-Enterprise (HLA-E), driving the growth and diversification of income streams by selling our innovative learning products and services to individuals and organisations in the humanitarian and development sectors.
You will be responsible for acquiring new partners and renewing and expanding existing ones. This involves identifying opportunities, working closely with HLA teams to create awareness of our offer, converting enquiries, upscaling partnerships, and building a strong portfolio of clients for Kaya and other e-learning solutions. You will also play a key role in building partnerships across Save the Children and the wider sector, ensuring the financial sustainability of HLA and supporting its strategic direction.
In this role, you will:

St Giles and The Wise Group came together to form a partnership with the aim of supporting the Probation Resettlement reforms by offering a high-quality service underpinned by staff who have lived experience and cultural competency. As a result, we have been awarded contracts to deliver Women’s Services for North Yorkshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, and Durham. The service will provide holistic support to sentenced women in the community and those sentenced and un-sentenced in custodial settings.
About this key role
Our successful candidate will monitor and manage the receipt of referrals from Probation through the Customer Approved System (CAS) ensuring they are successfully assigned to Personal Wellbeing Coaches using the appropriate guidance and process, ensure all inputting is accurate and within agreed timescales, plus provide regular activity reports to the Personal Wellbeing Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for all enquiries, external and internal to ensure communication channels are clear and effective, while also liaising with external stakeholders (e.g. Prisons), delivery partners, spot purchase providers and other agencies to arrange appointments, referrals, and generally ensure information exchanged is done in a clear, timely and effective manner.
Monitor and manage the Case management systems to ensure all inputting is accurate and within agreed timescales and provide regular activity reports to the Senior Administrator. Providing administration for meetings, including bookings, invitations and minute-taking, are also vital duties.
What we are looking for
- Experience of managing a case management system including inputting data and creating reports.
- ·Experience of working in services providing administrative support in a busy, pressurised environment.
- Experience of working in services which provide support to people who have faced adversity and disadvantage.
- Ability to develop and maintain means by which compliance with policy and procedure can be effectively monitored and reported on including financial expenditure.
- Ability to manage their workload including prioritising tasks and communicating with colleagues where delegation or allocation is required.
- Ability to create and communicate performance reports in a variety of formats.
- Ability to input data onto Customer Relationship Management Systems accurately and within agreed deadlines.
