We're seeking a dedicated Head of Reinvestment and Sustainability to join the St Mungo’s Assets team. This role is crucial in driving forward our investment and sustainability initiatives, ensuring our properties are safe, well-maintained, and ensuring compliance with PAS 2035 and relevant standards.

Reporting to the Director of Property Services, you will lead multiple improvement projects across our diverse housing stock. Your strategic and operational leadership will be key in delivering high-quality properties and improving the lives of our residents. You will work closely with internal teams, residents, and external partners to drive innovation and collaboration within the Reinvestment and Sustainability function.

Additional responsibilities in the role of Head of Reinvestment and Sustainability:

• Lead reinvestment, disposal, energy efficiency, building safety, sustainability, and planned maintenance programmes.
• Prepare capital budgets, revenue forecasts, and programme schedules.
• Oversee the design, procurement, and delivery of construction proposals for planned maintenance programmes.
• Develop effective relationships with partner organisations, including the GLA, Homes England, and Local Authorities.
• Manage projects and contracts for reinvestment and retrofit initiatives.
• Drive design excellence and contribute to policy development related to property design and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory expectations in building and fire safety, landlord health and safety, and energy efficiency.

In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Tower Hill, London or on site. This allows for training, in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations. 

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Proven success in managing reinvestment and retrofit programmes with significant budgets, preferably in social housing or local authorities.
• Advanced knowledge of construction, JCT contracts, Building Regulations, and key legislation.
• Expertise in PAS 2035, ECO funding, SHDF, and energy efficiency schemes.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with Retrofit Coordinators, Assessors, and Designers to ensure best practices.
• Exceptional team leadership and staff management skills.
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Sharp project management, negotiation, and influencing talents.
• Strong financial appraisal and risk management capabilities with a focus on efficiency.

The Head of Finance will primarily have responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities. You will have direct responsibility for the finance function. 

The role will also be responsible for partner relationships with external accountants and auditors.

The successful candidate will be joining Eikon at an exciting time as the organisation builds innovative ways to deliver services to young people, including strengthening the evidence to influence increased strategic investment in preventative and early support for children, young people and the adults around them. Responsibilities

Day to day financial management of the organisation, including:

· Ensuring the delivery of monthly management accounts

· Building and maintaining the systems for setting and managing annual financial organisational plans, budgets and quarterly forecasts

· Proactively manage the income and expenditure of the charity advising the management team on income shortfalls and overspends on expenditure relating to unrestricted and restricted funding

Our Head of Data and Business Intelligence is a cross-organisational leadership role responsible for improving our use of data and insight. This role involves overseeing impact measurement, data governance, and the effective use of BI tools to support evidence-based decision-making. By driving data maturity and fostering a culture of data and insight driven decision-making, this role will help ensure that the MS Society maximises organisational impact and operational effectiveness through robust data management and analysis.

Our Head of Data and Business Intelligence is responsible for: 

• Provide strategic leadership and implement initiatives to improve data maturity and the overall data and insights culture across the organisation
• Develop and implement a comprehensive and organisational-wide data management and BI framework(s) aligned with the MS Society’s mission and organisational strategy
• Act as MS Society’s Data Protection Officer, overseeing compliance with data protection laws and regulations, and acting as the key point of contact for regulatory bodies and data subjects
• Drive adoption and effective use of data management and BI reporting and analysis tools across the organisation
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key data, insights, and reporting needs
• Improve and implement an organisational-wide logical data model and taxonomy

For this role we’re looking for:

Job details

Hours: 37.5 per week.

Work pattern: Usually Monday to Friday working during office hours with occasional weekends and out of hours work, however we do operate very flexibly.

Salary: Between £60,000-£70,000 per annum depending on experience (full-time)

• Lead, manage, and inspire the Charity Support Services team, ensuring a high level of collaboration and providing the resources needed for effective performance.

Stakeholder management and reporting

• Engage with the Board of Trustees and external stakeholders on matters relating to financial performance and risk management.

Person Specification:

Education:

• Essential: A recognised accountancy qualification (preferably ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Desirable: Management/leadership qualification or significant professional experience at a senior level in the charity sector.

Experience and knowledge:

o A minimum of three years' experience in a senior management or leadership role.

o Proven track record of managing finance for a medium to large charity.

o Experience as a member of a Senior Management Team, contributing to strategic decision-making and organisational leadership.

o Expertise in financial management, including producing management accounts and monitoring cash flow for organisations with an annual turnover exceeding £2 million.

About the role:

Respect is looking to expand our Operations team with this new Operations Officer role. We’re looking for someone with demonstrable experience in scheduling meetings, HR administration, and coordinating internal and external correspondence with a variety of stakeholders. You must have a strong understanding of GDPR and Microsoft packages and be able to prioritise a busy workload in a fast-changing working environment. Ideally you will have some previous experience of minute-taking as well as inventory and supply management.

The role:

This is a key role within the Executive Leadership team, with accountability for Finance, Procurement and IT at the Globe. You will work collaboratively with the CEO and Executive leadership team to drive strong business as usual delivery, and provide provide balanced insight to Executive Leadership Team and the Senior Leadership Group so that they can take responsibility for questioning routines and rituals, and for streamlining processes that improve efficiency.

The Finance Director is the lead on the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) and is a key part of other relevant committees. Head of Retail

The Role

The Head of Retail will lead a team of 60+ staff and several hundred volunteers to grow and develop our retail presence on the high street and online. With 23 shops already open and plans to reach 30 in the next few years, this crucial role will be responsible for identifying new opportunities for growth, as well as maximising income from our existing shops. The money raised from our shops directly supports our life-saving work in the county, and the Head of Retail will also play a role in contributing to the wider success of the charity.

The Candidate

We're seeking an experienced and passionate retailer to join us. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a background in charity retail. They'll have an entrepreneurial spirit and a creative eye, but also able to motivate a large and diverse team, as well as working collaboratively with key internal support functions. They'll have demonstrable experience in budget management and sales analysis, with an ability to draw actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge and understanding of retail best practice, including health and safety and wider regulatory compliance issues. A good geographical knowledge of Devon is essential.

A full UK driving licence is required for this role.

The Services Lead will lead on the operational delivery of a portfolio of mental health and wellbeing services, and to oversee the recruitment, line management and support of service staff and volunteers. They will ensure that services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard, co-produced with service users and people with lived experience.

The Services Lead will oversee the day-to-day delivery of Derbyshire Mind's mental health and wellbeing services, ensuring efficient systems and processes are in place to meet KPIs and service objectives. They will manage staff and volunteers, allocate caseloads, oversee triage and audits, and monitor waiting lists. Responsibilities include managing service risks, maintaining databases, monitoring data accuracy, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a CEO with a passion for animal welfare, who will contribute to our mission of rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing animals in need. People

Have overall responsibility for all branch employees, including recruitment, employee development and performance assessment.

Income Generation, Fundraising and Publicity

Lead income generation, actively championing and contributing to fundraising events, whilst introducing new ideas and new activity.

Have overall responsibility for the Branch retail operation, working closely with the managers to ensure that individual shops meet annual sales targets.

Work with the trustees in developing the retail strategy and the growth opportunities of new outlets. 

Digital Media and Marketing

Be responsible for developing the use of digital media to deliver the charity's vision, mission and strategy.

Work with the trustees to develop a marketing strategy, helping our Branch reach more people and generate additional income.

Financial Performance, Governance and Administration

Together with the trustees, develop and implement robust policies, procedures and controls in line with RSPCA guidelines and law, and produce annual budgets and reports for the Branch.
