Reporting to the Head of Programmes, Gender and Humanitarian the post holder will identify, prospect and approach new institutional donors, converting them form prospects to secured funds. Ensure the effective delivery of a portfolio of institutional and corporate grants, making sure projects are achieving key milestones and that day-to-day activities are on track. The Programme Development Manager will provide high quality project information to both internal and external stakeholders, extracting and quality assuring project data relevant for reporting, and making sure all projects are compliant with donor requirements. You will proactively manage relationships with existing donors, developing engagement strategies, sharing key information, and laying groundwork for follow-on funding. Finally, you will lead proposals for new and existing donors, coordinating inputs from Hand in Hand International and network colleagues, drafting technical inputs, and engaging with funders where required.
We are looking for an innovative thinker and self-starter with a clear track record of raising funds from and engaging directly with large institutional donors (governments, corporate foundations, etc). Strong experience working directly with FCDO and/or USAID is desirable.You will have exceptional experience managing complex international development projects within an NGO, government, or the private sector. You will be confident working with project management tools such as logframes, workplans, and risk matrices and will have excellent relationship management skills, strong attention to details and an ability to effectively prioritise between competing deadlines and objectives. A working knowledge of Afghanistan, or a background in Humanitarian contexts would be desirable.

As a Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in generating financial support for CAN’s mission and programs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, cultivating relationships with donors and philanthropic organisations, and managing fundraising campaigns.
You will work with the Fundraising Consultant to develop and deliver a fundraising strategy which will ensure CAN’s financial sustainability over the next 3 years.

1. Develop Fundraising Strategies:
- Work closely with CAN Founders and the Fundraising Consultant to develop comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with organisational goals and the 3 year organisational strategy.

2. Donor & Funder Organisation Cultivation and Relationship Management:

3. Fundraising Campaigns:

4. Grant Writing and Reporting:

We are a small, highly experienced team who share a passion to support the wellbeing and mental health of children and young people across Surrey. 2. Event organisation/co-ordination

Organise/coordinate internal and externally run events such as dinners, drinks receptions, sporting events.

The Digital Transformation Manager leads THET’s efforts to transform our own programmes of work and the way THET operates, and also that of the Health Partnership community to better incorporate and enable best practice in digital solutions. The Digital Transformation Manager will work with teams across the organisation to consider how in every aspect of THET’s work we can transform our use of technology to achieve greater efficiencies and effectiveness, improve inclusivity and equity, and whilst reducing our carbon footprint. Digital Transformation is a key enabler for the organisation to help advance access to health services in low-and-middle-income countries, via activities such as building online communities, online learning for health workforces in complex and humanitarian settings, e-health, amongst others. • Lead the review and delivery of THET’s digital transformation strategy.

• Develop and enhance the user experience of both external and internal stakeholders across key digital products including the THET website, Pulse platform, learning platforms and bespoke applications.

The Role
We are seeking a driven, talented, energetic and creative individual for the role of Director of Development. This is a one-year maternity cover post.
In this role, you will work closely with and report to the Principal and Chief Executive and will be responsible for implementing and delivering a comprehensive and coherent fundraising strategy for LAMDA.
You will lead and deliver major gift campaigns, including the biennial Gala, to ensure the sustainability and success of LAMDA as the world’s leading centre for drama training.
