About the Role

Who We Are
MINDSET Charity is a new, volunteer-run organisation dedicated to transforming men’s lives across England. We support men on their journeys of mental wellbeing and self-improvement through workshops, creative programmes, and community-based activities, as well as online resources and groups. From role play and storytelling to arts, crafts, and woodwork, we create spaces where men can open up, connect, and grow without judgment.
We are building a movement of resilience, dignity, and brotherhood. To bring this vision to life, we need a talented Graphic Designer to shape our visual identity and inspire communities nationwide.
The Role of Graphic Designer
We have our amazing logo and we have our amazing brand, now we need an amazing Volunteer Graphic Designer, who can help us put this into practice and create one or more designs to help get us recognised and on the map, you will:

Create impactful positive and engaging social media assets that amplify our message, tell our story and get us recognised.

Design event banners, brochures, and business stationery that embody our values and puts us on the map.

Develop info and motion graphics that make complex ideas accessible and engaging.

Are you a creative visionary with a passion for design? We are looking for a Volunteer Graphic Designer to help us raise our profile and create exciting, high-impact promotional assets.
As our "Creative Lead," you will be responsible for ensuring that the Ranger Cadets look as professional and dynamic as the activities we deliver. Your work will be the first thing a potential cadet or volunteer sees, making you a vital part of our national growth.
Your Creative Mission:
You will work closely with the Chief Ranger and the HR Team to design a variety of digital and print assets, including:
