About the role
Our Fundraising team raises over £4million a year and are heavily supported by members of the community. As Fundraising Support Manager, you will manage a team of 5 to support the wider fundraising team.

This post is being advertised as a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave with scope for the post to potentially be made permanent in teh future. The post will be for 30 hours per week.
You will have outstanding communication and organising skills as well as great attention to detail. You will be able to lead by example, have excellent judgment and decision-making skills and be able to think on your feet. You will have experience in improving customer services to maintain and improve our supporter database and supporter journeys.
During the current COVID 19 pandemic, the role will be partially working from home but will require some hours to be done at the Hospice. Under normal circumstances the role would be predominantly at the Hospice.
