Digital Marketing, Head of Website Transformation | £80,000 - £96,473 | 12-month FTC | Hybrid Working | London

For a complex, global organisation (100 million users in 100+ countries), we're recruiting a Digital Marketing, Head of Website Transformation for a 12-month FTC (with potential to extend to 3-years). Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, this is a senior position within the Marketing and Communications team and will be key in transforming the website infrastructure for the organisation, leading the selection and implementation of a new CMS, ensuring the chosen platform aligns with marketing strategies and business goals.

This role will oversee the strategic development of a new website ecosystem for the organisation to simplify the domain structure and CMS in use for over 300 business and country specific websites. The goal is to ensure a successful CMS implementation empowers the marketing and communications team to create, manage and optimise content effectively, driving business growth and audience engagement.

Main Duties:

• Create a roadmap for the website ecosystem development, content, and functionality to align with organisation marketing and communication goals
• Act as SRO for procurement and the implementation of a new CMS
• Oversee the transformation of more than 300 business and country-specific websites into a simplified unified domain and CMS structure
• Act as the main point of contact between the Marketing and Comms function and the Digital and Tech teams, providing business context to inform technical requirements of the project
• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders
• Build in-depth understanding of the operational context, opportunities and threats for marketing, linking issues across the organisation to ensure website design and development are aligned with global marketing strategy

Person Specification:

• Degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business or demonstrable level of equivalent experience
• 10 years + of related experience across Digital Marketing
• Proven experience in managing complex websites and successful website migration projects with multiple stakeholders, regions and languages
• Leadership of teams both directly and indirectly
• Track record of managing SaaS vendors, and digital marketing agencies
• CIM Marketing competencies including the influence of strategy formulation, and influence of digital strategy
• Education, EdTech, Teaching or Exams sector experience would be highly desirable

World Jewish Relief created the Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) for refugees in 2016 and today we are the largest provider of specialist employment support to people who have experienced forced migration in the UK.STEP aims to support and empower people through a tailored employment programme that addresses the complex barriers that they face when preparing for and ultimately finding work in the UK.   

We support all people who have experienced forced migration, regardless of their proximity to the labour market, to develop the skills and access the opportunities they need to secure sustainable and meaningful employment. We run STEP online and in person programmes across the UK.  

We are now expanding our work to deliver (in partnership with the British Council) an English Language and Employment Support Programme for up to 4,000 Ukrainians and Hong Kong BNO status/visa holder (50% of each community) over the next 12 months.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cantonese speaking Programme Assistant to join the STEP team making a real difference in the lives of people rebuilding their futures in the UK. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, including administrative coordination, data management, and frontline communication with participants and referral partners. You will play a vital role in ensuring the programme runs efficiently and that both participants and staff are supported with timely and accurate information.

You will also contribute to reporting, analysis, and quality assurance activities across the programme, working closely with Employment Advisors and Programme Managers to ensure referrals are processed effectively, data is maintained accurately, and enquiries are handled professionally and sensitively.

Job Summary

CAAS provides an Autism and ADHD Support Service across the 8 boroughs of NW London from our base in Eastcote and offices around London. We offer information, advice, and support to ADHD/Autistic people, their families, and professionals, with the aim of improving quality of life and building neurodivergent-aware communities.

In this role, you will join the established CAAS adult team to support, educate, and empower ADHD/Autistic adults (diagnosed or self-identified) across NW London.

You will:

· Provide one-to-one information, advice, and practical task-based support.

· Facilitate online and in-person peer groups, courses and workshops sessions.

· Help develop resources that increase understanding of ADHD/Autism and pathways to support.

· Signpost to local and national services, community groups, and specialist support.

· Work with professionals to share good practice and promote reasonable adjustments so services are more accessible to ADHD/Autistic adults including delivering short training sessions to professionals.

Front of house support and referrals process

The Specialist Adult ADHD/Autism Advisor (SAAA) will be expected to answer both written and telephone enquiries from members of the public about CAAS services, with a warm and welcoming style, so clients feel comfortable to attend our services.

SAAA will be expected to welcome visitors to the centre and provide information about CAAS and The SAAA will provide front-of-house support, welcoming visitors, answering queries, and managing the referrals process, including CRM updates, triage, and liaising with referrers.

CAAS offers a wide range of adult services, so SAAA will be expected to proactively support clients in accessing the appropriate services and provide consistent follow-up and communication.

Programme Delivery Officer role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our Programmes Team as a Programme Delivery Officer. PDOs will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the delivery of the First Give programme in up to 50 schools, ensuring smooth running of the programme, plus providing guidance and troubleshooting for the lead teachers at First Give partner schools.

The role will be hybrid, with 3 days a week in our main offices in West Hampstead, London. Regular travel to schools across London and the South East will be required.

SOS Rape Crisis (SOSRC) is an independent specialist sexual violence charity providing support for adults (regardless of gender), young people and children who have experienced sexual violence and/or child sexual abuse, in Southend, Castle Point and Rochford.

We are part of Synergy Essex, a partnership of three Rape Crisis Centres (SOSRC, SERICC and CARA), funded by the Office for the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Essex to provide a countywide ISVA service.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a dedicated team providing vital support to survivors of sexual violence and abuse. As a Navigator Project Worker, you will be the first point of contact for individuals accessing Southend-on-Sea Rape Crisis services. You will offer compassionate, trauma-informed, and needs led support, helping survivors feel heard and understood from the outset. Through careful assessment and informed referrals, you’ll play a key role in connecting survivors with the most appropriate services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and empathic first point of contact for survivors of sexual violence and/or abuse.

• Offer one-off emotional and practical support, and provide information, signposting and onward referrals.

• Complete initial assessments to identify their needs and most appropriate next steps.

Healthwatch City of London are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced communications and engagement officer to ensure that the patient and service users voice is at the heart of Health and Social Care decision making.  The successful candidate will drive engagement with the local community, creating visibility of our work to residents and partners. In this key role, you will deliver exceptional service, strengthen relationships, and share data-informed insights that drive change.

Your role will include:

• Managing membership processes (applications, renewals, enquiries)
• Strengthening how we use our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) to support insight and engagement
• Leading monthly and annual reporting to identify trends and improve experience
• Overseeing grant schemes from application to post-award
• Contributing to engagement projects aiming to support membership growth and retention

About you:

• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Experience using CRMs for reporting and record management
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• A proactive mindset and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in a membership organisation or managing small grants (desirable)

Nelson’s Journey, Norfolk’s leading child bereavement charity, is seeking an inspiring and focussed individual to join its fundraising and marketing team, responsible for raising funds required for the support of bereaved children and young people.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team developing and delivering fundraising and marketing projects, campaigns, and tasks to achieve income targets; and within the team will lead on supporting and growing individual and community based fundraising initiatives.

Duties include:

• Building relationships with local community groups, schools, and individuals to encourage fundraising
• Communicating with and supporting individual fundraisers and donors
• Representing the charity at events, giving talks, attending cheque presentations and strengthening engagement
• Delivering fundraising campaigns and activities for individuals and community groups, such as ‘Purple Picnics’, regular giving
• Managing online fundraising platforms such as JustGiving and maintaining accurate records on the charity’s CRM (Beacon)
• Ensuring promotional opportunities for individual and community fundraising initiatives, including through the charity’s social media content, website, emails, and digital platforms

The post-holder will work as part of a team to drive an increase in fundraising income so that the charity can continue to set ambitious spending plans and look to its future growth. The post-holder will contribute to the overall objectives and workplans of the team.

Key aspects of the job will be: 

• To safeguard young people through sound management strategies, collaborative working with external agencies and emergency services and compliance with local authority safeguarding procedures.
• To provide regular supervision for staff and assess training needs to required performance and development standards. To source and/or deliver training and coaching where appropriate.

• At least three years’ experience of providing leaving care and/or housing support to single homeless or other vulnerable client groups, including young people.
• At least one year’s experience of effectively managing professional staff.
• A good understanding of Safeguarding and the legal framework relevant to the provision of residential services for young people aged 16+.
• Thorough knowledge of the issues that lead to young people becoming homeless, including those relating to alcohol/drug dependency and mental health and complex needs.
• Familiarity with the welfare benefits system and with the range of resources, statutory and non-statutory agencies and services relevant to supporting young people.
