Another key part of the role involves developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of funding opportunities and prospective donors. Additionally, you will lead on the preparation of strategic and tactical plans aimed at increasing annual income from trusts, foundations, and high net worth individuals. You will research, plan, and write compelling funding applications and proposals, incorporating evidence of need, detailed project plans, budgets, and supporting information. To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Track record of success in securing funding from trusts, foundations and high net worth individuals

- Assist with administrative duties, including record keeping and office supply management.
To be successful, you must have experience:
- Ideally work experience in philanthropy or the nonprofit sector.
- Experience in event coordination is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new technologies (Salesforce experience a bonus).

You will craft compelling, authentic copy to create fundraising appeals for both warm and cold audiences, aiming to inspire engagement and support.
Working collaboratively across the charity, you will drive and enhance marketing efforts across all fundraising products. You will proactively seek opportunities to grow and promote the charity's membership offering, developing clear and effective campaigns in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
In addition, you will work alongside the Senior Marketing Officer and Supporter Services team to analyse the donor journey at every touchpoint. By using best-practice benchmarking, you will identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate across teams to deliver an even stronger supporter experience.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Proven track record in not-for-profit fundraising marketing and a passion for leveraging stories to drive fundraising success.
- Experience of developing and implementing on and offline fundraising marketing campaigns, delivering them on time and on budget.
- A proven ability to write persuasive copy.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.
Salary: £35,000
Permanent, Full-time
Location: Remote (minimum of 6 times per year in head office in Norfolk and this will be at your own expense for travel and accommodation)
