The Role:

The Data Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end processing of all supporter and organisational data. This includes the set-up and management of systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources, and preparing information to support financial reporting. The role holder will also ensure the effective use of Salesforce CRM and other connected systems, while enabling teams across the organisation to use data to drive insight and impact.

This role will report into the Head of Operations and Strategy, providing guidance on data management, systems improvements and organisational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Data Management & Processing:

• Manage the end-to-end flow of supporter and organisational data across all systems.
• Collate data from multiple sources and prepare/upload into Salesforce CRM.
• Ensure data is reconciled with bank statements to guarantee completeness and accuracy.
• Carry out manual processing and preparation steps required for accountants and financial reporting.
• Maintain data quality and integrity across all systems and databases.

Systems & Integration:

• Oversee the access, security, and effective use of Salesforce CRM, payment platforms and third-party systems.
• Map and align data across platforms to ensure correct integration and reporting.
• Identify, resolve and prevent system or data flow errors.
• Support the Head of Operations and Strategy in implementing new systems or improvements.

Data Analysis & Insight:

• Provide accurate data analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Build dashboards and reports in Salesforce and other tools to support fundraising, research and operational teams.
• Identify trends, patterns and opportunities to increase organisational effectiveness.
• Act as the central point of expertise for data queries across the charity.

Team Support & Development:

• Support colleagues across teams to understand, use and manage their data effectively.
• Provide training and guidance on dashboards, reports, and data best practices.
• Share knowledge and recommend improvements in processes, data capture and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and GDPR in all areas of work (working alongside the Data Protection Officer).

Skill Set Requirements:

• Proven experience in data management, CRM administration or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM (or similar CRM systems), data processing and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing complex datasets.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in financial data reconciliation and reporting preparation is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), SharePoint and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of data protection and GDPR best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple systems, integrations and workflows simultaneously.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About You
We are looking for a passionate and creative individual giving fundraiser or marketeer to develop and drive forward the programme. You will have a track record of delivering against income targets and KPIs and be experienced in delivering campaigns and activities on time and within budget.

With excellent writing and communication skills, you will be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Manage Individual Giving Campaigns:

Help design and implement engaging individual giving campaigns across multiple channels (direct mail, digital, email, telemarketing, etc.).
Plan, manage, and execute regular giving programs, aiming to grow a sustainable donor base.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to optimise and drive continuous improvement.

Recruitment of New Donors:

In conjunction with your line manager drive the recruitment of new individual donors through online and offline channels, focusing on building long-term relationships.
In conjunction with your line manager develop strategies for donor acquisition via social media, digital marketing, and fundraising events.
Create and manage lead generation initiatives to convert prospects into committed supporters.

Develop and Run Legacy Campaigns:

Design and deliver targeted legacy giving campaigns to raise awareness and increase donations through bequests and regular giving.
Ensure legacy messages are communicated effectively across different touchpoints, including online, print, and events.
Cultivate and steward legacy supporters, ensuring they feel valued and part of SANE’s vision.

Direct Marketing and Social Media:

Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team to create content for direct marketing and social media to encourage donations and engage with potential donors.
Collaborate with the Media and Communications Team to ensure that fundraising messages are compelling, on-brand, and reach the right audience.
Measure and analyse the impact of digital fundraising and social media efforts, making data-driven decisions to improve engagement.

Website and Digital Fundraising:

Work with the Digital Marketing Team to ensure the charity’s online donation platforms are optimised to drive conversions and facilitate a smooth giving experience.
Work with the Digital Marketing Team, Deputy Head of Fundraising and COO to develop strategies to integrate online donation opportunities within the website, social media, and email communications.

Donor Stewardship:

Develop and implement strategies for donor stewardship, ensuring individuals are thanked, informed, and engaged post-donation.
Maintain a regular and consistent program of communications with donors, keeping them updated on the impact of their gifts.
Identify opportunities to upgrade donors to higher giving levels and inspire loyalty.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with the Services and Media and Communications Teams to gain SANE Services statistics, case studies and up to date on general mental health information, to align individual giving efforts with broader fundraising strategies.
Provide regular reports on campaign progress, income generation, and donor acquisition metrics to the line manager.
Assist with donor relations and events as needed to nurture relationships and engagement.

The Content Creator will play a vital role in helping Urban Saints communicate with clarity, creativity, and consistency across all platforms. From video editing and creating social media graphics, to designing resources, brochures, or branded assets, this role is responsible for creating visually engaging content that amplifies our message and inspires action.

You'll be responsible for:

• Designing and producing compelling visual content across digital and print formats.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Strong design and video editing skills across digital and print formats.

• Confident in video production – from filming to postproduction.

Role purpose

To provide efficient, high-quality administrative and communications support to the Foundation and its Head of Foundation. The Administrative Officer will act as a central point of contact for internal and external enquiries, oversee day-to-day office administration, manage correspondence, and support the Foundation’s communications, events, and compliance activities.

The Fundraising team is a dynamic group of fundraisers who are passionately committed to raising money for our life-changing work in the mental health and mental illness space. We have a diverse portfolio of income streams spanning Events, Community, Individual Giving, Legacies, In-Memoriam, Philanthropy, Trusts & Grants, and Partnerships.

Trusts & Grants have a strong track record at Rethink Mental Illness and a growing portfolio of supporters at Mental Health UK. The team is well-positioned to develop innovative funding propositions that support the future ambitions of both charities, working to achieve both in-year cornerstone grants and long-term, transformational funding. As a newly established programme, Philanthropy demonstrates exciting potential for both Rethink and MHUK, with initiatives spanning major donor and mid-value engagement. Corporate Partnerships have launched several exciting partnerships across both charities and that portfolio and team continues to grow.

How you will make a difference

Reporting to the Prospect Research Manager, you will identify and qualify new prospects across Philanthropy, Trusts & Grants, and Corporate Partnerships. You will carry out in-depth research using a wide range of sources, manage due diligence processes and ensure accurate data is maintained on our CRM systems. You will also work closely with the Interim Head of Trusts and Philanthropy to steward donors and deliver exceptional supporter experiences.

To be successful in this role, you will be an inquisitive, proactive and data-driven fundraiser who enjoys uncovering insights through research and crafting compelling communications that make a meaningful difference to donors.

About Woman's Trust

The charity, established almost thirty years ago to meet the gap in specialist mental health services, is led by and for women and aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a life free from further harm and abuse. Our approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, empowering survivors on their journey to recovery from the trauma. We supported 833 women and children last year, with a current income target of £1.25m (growing to £1.4m in 2026-2027) and 36 staff. We are committed to a positive, inclusive and equitable environment for our staff, service users and volunteers.

You will be joining the Woman’s Trust Fundraising team as we work towards our strategy 2022-2027, to double our income and the number of women we support each year. Alongside delivering our existing 1-1 counselling, self-development workshops and therapeutic support groups for women who have experienced domestic abuse, we are focused on developing our innovative mental health services for young women and girls, delivering new peer-led support groups and providing therapeutic groups to children and their mothers. We are also committed to developing further awareness-raising workshops and training for professionals, building on our research and policy to improve systems nationally.

About you and how to apply

As a creative and tenacious fundraising manager, aligned to our feminist ethos and our service users', you will have experience in securing six-figure, multiple-year grants, with the proven ability to effectively communicate services, and to develop funder and wider sector relationships aligned to our strategic priorities. You will be able to manage and deliver the whole cycle of income generation, including regular prospecting, grant management and impactful funder reporting.

Purpose of the role:

• To provide innovative, exciting and accessible youth work and youth projects to disabled young people aged 11-25 years old.
• To support the running of Girls Group aged 11 – 25 years, including accompanying minibus runs.
• To provide additional support to programme leads where your contribution can make the most meaningful difference. Our programmes are: Independence, Social and Emotional Wellbeing, Employment Support, Creating Communities and Opportunities (cultural experiences), Changemakers (social action), Health and Getting Active (health and fitness) and Greener Futures (environment).
• To support the delivery of our holiday programmes and residentials, providing overnight disturbance cover where you will be responsible for our female members.

Required skills, knowledge and qualifications

• A minimum of 1 years experience in the youth work sector.
• A minimum in Level 2 Youth Work or working towards a qualification.
• A highly motivated, passionate and creative youth worker.
• Strong empathy and a person centred approach.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• A strong understanding of the principles of youth work as a distinctive practice of informal education and voluntary participation.
• An informed understanding of inclusive practice, with an enthusiasm to learn more and share your knowledge.
• Confident use of Microsoft packages.
• A good understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality.
• Able to work as part of a team and to use own initiative.
• Willing to work regular evening youth clubs, stay on overnight on residentials and work the (very) occassional weekend.

Desirable

• Experience of supporting learning disabled and autistic young people.
• Knowledge of Makaton or other communication aids.
• To have a driving licence
• Ability to drive a minibus (including a D1 licence and MIDAS qualification).
• First aid and/or mental health first aid training.

Essential Safer Recruitment Criteria

1. A cleared Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level. This check is necessary as the work involves dealing with or having access to children and vulnerable adults whilst undertaking normal duties.

Responsibilities

Executive Assistant to the CEO

• Manage the CEO’s diary, travel arrangements, and general administration (supporting the wider team where needed).

• Manage the CEO’s inbox and LinkedIn messages: triage, prioritise, and draft responses on their behalf where appropriate.

• Support the CEO in engaging with key stakeholders, including funders, trustees, and partners.

• Prepare communications on behalf of the CEO, including blog posts, social media content, and internal updates.

• Identify speaking events and provide briefings for events

• Represent the CEO in meetings, where agreed, and ensure follow-up actions are captured and completed.

• Manage and support cross-organisational projects with multiple stakeholders.
  Provide occasional administrative support to the wider team during peak periods.

Board & Governance Support

• Manage Board of Trustees engagement and communications.
  Coordinate Board meetings, including preparing agendas, collating and distributing Board papers, and taking minutes.

• Support governance procedures and ensure records are maintained in line with compliance requirements.

Office Management & Team Support

• Oversee smooth running of the London office, including supplies, facilities, mail,  and liaising with suppliers.

• Support the Head of People and Culture with HR administration, recruitment coordination, and onboarding.
