Skills and Competencies
Our ideal candidate would have the following:

Proven experience in digital acquisition for charity or social cause, or in paid digital marketing or advertising in commercial roles. With demonstrable campaign management experience and expertise setting up and managing campaigns in Meta business suite, Google paid advertising and email marketing.

Evidence of leading successful digital / integrated digital campaigns leading to significant sales/income/lead generation.

The ability to motivate and inspire audiences through content and creative writing and storytelling for digital channels.

The ability to monitor and manage income and expenditure against targets as well as forecast and report on digital campaigns across all channels.

Knowledge and experience of trends and dynamics in digital fundraising (ideally), including audience identification and optimisation strategies including with new technologies like AI tools.

The FA is looking for a Women's and Girls' Game Communications Executive to join our team on a 2-year fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting role with responsibilities across various areas of the women's and girls' game, including the Adobe Women's FA Cup, grassroots football, coaching, refereeing, the England talent pathway and The FA's Made for this Game campaign. Working closely with and reporting directly to the Women's and Girls' Game Communications Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering a communications strategy which promotes The FA's strategic objectives within women's and girls' football.
The role requires a smart media operator and a creative thinker who can recognise opportunities to grow the women's and girls' game across the priority areas. You will help deliver the season-long communications plan and press office function for the Adobe Women's FA Cup, helping elevate the competition to new heights. With direction from the Head of England Communications, the role will also cross into the England pathway with the requirement to scope opportunities to elevate the profile of the England women's development squads.
As a member of The FA's Communications team, you will work as part of a high-performing integrated marcomms team across the priority areas. The role will be responsible for proactive and reactive media relations; effective engagement on social media; developing engaging content for our website; drafting copy for and producing marketing materials, including our e-newsletter. A highly autonomous role, you will work closely with our Chief Executive, fundraising, counselling, and research teams. You will also be engaging regularly with the Board of trustees, supporting our Chief Executive in our work and mission.

We are recruiting a Standards Policy Officer to join our small and friendly Standards and Regulation team.
About the role
The role of the Standards and Regulation function is to monitor newspaper, magazine and digital publishers’ compliance with the Editors’ Code of Practice and to take action to address concerns about editorial standards, including by undertaking investigations into serious standards failures as necessary. It’s a busy team that coordinates closely with others at IPSO and outside the organisation, engaging with members of the public, journalists, and experts on a wide variety of subjects. Some recent issues that the standards team has worked on are reporting of sexual offences, suicide, major incidents, and domestic abuse.
As the Standards Policy Officer, you will carry out a range of tasks, including analysing information drawn from complaints received by IPSO, supporting the annual statements process and engaging with a range of representative groups who have concerns about press reporting. You will work closely with the Head of Standards and other colleagues across IPSO.
This is a role for someone who is interested in news and journalism, has excellent communication and analytical skills, and enjoys working with others to achieve a shared purpose. Candidates who demonstrate relevant experience will be given an opportunity to demonstrate their skills through a written exercise prior to short-listing for interview. This means that we can measure candidates’ relevant skills directly and make a fairer decision on which applications to take forward.

- Skilled in moderating virtual and in-person communities of practice and facilitating knowledge-sharing environments.
Formal education/qualification
- Advanced degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related fields is essential.
- Additional qualification or formal training in research design or impact evaluation desirable
- Proficiency in French is highly desirable (please state level in application)
- Additional qualification or formal training in research design, epidemiology or impact evaluation, data visualisation such as PowerBI; advanced excel skills - desirable

Location: London, UK (minimum of 2 days per week in the office).
Full-time: 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Contract type: Permanent.
Salary: £46,000 - £59,600 per annum for UK based candidates. Discretionary bonus + benefits.
Salary band: BG 10

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join our Communications and Sales Team.
The Marketing Manager will plan, manage and deliver the Lyric’s marketing and audience development campaigns to achieve financial targets and maximise attendance across all activity, with a focus on Theatre productions. The Marketing Manager will support the wider Communications and Sales team to ensure activity reaches the broadest possible audience, highlighting our impact and positively developing our reach and reputation.
Working closely with the Director of Communications & Sales, Senior Marketing Manager, Sales & Box Office Manager and Press & Marketing Assistant, they will support the delivery of the wider strategy of positioning the Lyric as an important part of London’s vibrant theatre scene.
