About the Role
We are seeking a confident, experienced and mission-driven Communications & Content Senior Manager to join Bite Back on a fixed-term parental leave cover contract. This role will take on the leadership of Bite Back's content and communications function during a critical and exciting time. You'll be stepping into an award winning, insight-led, youth-centred organisation that is transforming the way food system campaigning is done in the UK.
This role requires a bold and dynamic communicator who can lead storytelling, oversee content strategy, and guide a high-performing team to deliver integrated campaigns across our owned and earned channels. We’re looking for someone with a strong editorial eye, people management skills, and the confidence to lead in cross-organisational settings. You’ll work closely with our campaigners, young spokespeople, and senior team to ensure we continue delivering creative, culturally relevant and impactful communications.
The Comms & Content Senior Manager will be responsible for leading our creative storytelling. They will oversee the production of high quality content for all of Bite Back’s channels and communications moments. They will be a strong leader, serving as a guardian for our brand narrative and upskilling the team to deliver high quality content tailored to the channels and audiences that will advance Bite Back’s impact. They will support the Head of Communications with the execution of Bite Back’s overarching communications strategy, ensuring our content and media coverage consistently contribute to our brand and campaigns objectives.

The Jewish Museum London has undergone substantial positive change over the past two years, moving out of our Camden site and moving to a ‘Museum without Walls’ model. The museum is building a new strategy that will lead its transformation over the next 10 years as it tests out innovative new models for exhibitions, displays, learning and engagement, building towards a new permanent site and dynamic operational model. Learning and engagement are central to the museum’s future. This new role will support the learning and engagement team by coordinating bookings, marketing and communications for the team.

Reporting to the Head of Learning the appointed candidate will have the organisational and administrative skills to ensure the team can effectively deliver programmes for schools, families and communities as well as taking a lead on communicating the museum’s activity through social media, newsletters and the website.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The main role of the Learning and Communications Coordinator will be to administrate the activities of the learning department, in particular our flagship programme of schools workshops both in person and digitally. Excellent communication skills are required as this role will involve being the first point of contact for the department, responding to queries, liaising with teachers, taking bookings and sending out pre- and post- activity information. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of this busy and creative team by providing, general administration, organisational and hands-on practical support—invoicing, ordering materials and supplies, auditing resources, collating and recording evaluation data and transporting materials and equipment for our outreach, offsite events and workshops. · To be the first point of contact for all enquiries about learning programme activities and the main contact for liaising with teachers and taking bookings

· Organise bookings, delivery and return of museum loan boxes
· Audit and prepare the handling collection for workshops

Team Administration
· Managing the team’s calendar of activity

· Order any resources, materials, equipment and travel (such as oyster cards, train tickets and taxis) for the team

Key responsibilities:
Funding
· Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end funding process from development of applications to decisions and monitoring of funded programmes.
· Overseeing ongoing delivery of the funding strategy by working with Funding Managers to effectively deliver and manage funding portfolios.
· Co-chairing of funding committees as required, supporting delivery in line with our governance structures.

We are looking for someone to lead our home energy retrofit services, instilling a culture of high performance and outstanding results. You will have retrofit experience which will help to build our paid-for whole-house retrofit services, secure funding through publicly funded programmes and identify wider funding opportunities. Working with the Director of Household Energy Services (HES) and as a member of the HES Leadership Team, you will deliver a clear vision and strategic direction for the retrofit team. You will also participate as a member of the wider Senior Management Team (SMT).
Pay and conditions
- The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) however, we are prepared to be flexible and will accept offers from those who would prefer part time work of 30 hours.
- The salary will be £48,726 to £58,365.

- Ensure that organisational planning systems are up to date and provide an accurate report to the Director of HES and the SMT.
- To work with retrofit project managers to help maintain effective financial controls of our retrofit projects, and provide the Directors of HES and Development with up-to-date projections of spend and expenditure.
- To take responsibility for the quality of outputs of the HES team’s retrofit work, including timely reporting to project partners and funders.
- To oversee line management and professional development of all retrofit staff.
- To work with the Director of HES to identify and create new opportunities for CSE to deliver our strategic objectives in relation to retrofit.

About the role
We are seeking a Head of Fundraising to develop and drive Iswe’s income generation strategy and grow a high-performing fundraising team.
This role is ideal for someone experienced and confident enough to lead the function with minimal oversight, but still eager to be hands-on. The role

We’re looking for a strategic, creative Head of Fundraising to lead our next phase of growth.
Your first focus will be stewarding our 3,000 fundraisers - overseeing segmented email journeys, managing a £40k prizing fund, and improving supporter care through deeper, more personal touchpoints. That might mean calls, events, or just finding ways to help people feel more connected to their impact.
Beyond that, you'll help us develop and test new income streams - from matched giving and regular giving, to sponsorships, repeat fundraising, and post-event conversion. You'll also play a key role in evolving our Challenge Events portfolio across in-person, virtual, and blended formats.

Women at the Well is a support service for women based in the King’s Cross area of central London. We provide practical support and advocacy to women facing a wide range of disadvantages, and we have a specialism in working with women whose lives have been affected by prostitution and/or sexual exploitation.
