Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to become the LDF’s champion for modern, hybrid ways of working. You will take ownership of our Microsoft 365 environment (including Teams, SharePoint, and the wider Power Platform) to drive collaboration, productivity, and efficiency across the Diocese.

As subject matter expert and design authority for M365, you will manage administration, training, and support, helping staff to leverage the full potential of our digital tools. You’ll lead on developing our intranet, supporting hybrid working, and driving digital innovation - ensuring that technology works seamlessly to support our mission.

Job responsibilities

· Act as primary administrator of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform).

· Lead development and management of the SharePoint intranet.

· Champion hybrid working, including support for desk booking and conferencing tools.

· Deliver training, inductions, and campaigns to improve digital literacy.

· Provide expert support and advice on M365 to staff across the organisation.

· Manage relationships with outsourced IT providers and oversee M365-related project work.

To support the PA to the CEO and Office Administrator, by running efficient and effective systems for front office and office operations. Office administration (50%)

• Answer the AKF UK main phone line and pass on messages to AKF (UK) employees as appropriate

Fundraising and income generation

• Work with Impetus CEO and SMT to support the delivery of the Impetus strategy and business plan and deliver the public affairs milestones to time and within budget.

Overall Job Purpose

This role is pivotal in making sure the HR & Culture team is a credible, approachable and proactive department and supports staff and volunteers to achieve DENS’ organisational aims. As the first point of contact for advice and support on all aspects of the employee life cycle, from recruitment to exit, you’ll keep on top of tasks and take ownership of supporting staff and managers with their HR queries. Supported by the Head of HR & Culture, you will deliver a service that is timely, accurate, consistent and compliant.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to all HR and training queries, support staff with their HR needs such as recruitment, induction, absence, pay and benefits, escalating to the Head of HR & Culture where needed.

• Support the Head of HR & Culture to review, develop and maintain standard frameworks and documents for all HR processes, to ensure consistency of approach and best practice across all teams at DENS.

• Take ownership for managing compliance within the employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, ensuring letters are produced, spreadsheets/databases are updated and associated paperwork collected.

• Lead on recruitment of all posts, including preparing and posting job advertisements. Liaise with hiring managers to offer guidance on screening applications and interview questions, ensuring timely communication with candidates. Draft and issue offer letters, contracts of employment and other onboarding documentation

• Carry out pre-employment checks including references, Right to Work and Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks

• Deliver the HR Induction for new starters and regularly review the induction process to ensure it is kept up to date and is accessible.

• Ensure payroll administration is accurately completed for the monthly cut-off date, in liaison with the Finance team and payroll provider.

• Maintain and monitor staff records, including training, appraisals, annual leave, sickness absence, ensuring that pay is adjusted accordingly in line with DENS’ policies.

• Run reports and review data on the HR system (Breathe), highlighting issues or concerns and working collaboratively to come up with ideas and solutions.

• Pension administration, ensure all our legal obligations are met and all eligible staff are signed up to the scheme, in liaison with the pension provider.

• Chair and coordinate the Mental Health Working Group

As a Project Coordinator at Mind of the Student, you support the smooth planning and delivery of our mental health programmes in schools and the community. You’ll liaise with schools and our community partners to schedule workshops, manage logistics, and ensure everything runs to time.

We are looking for a Programmes & Hubs Manager to lead the launch and development of our new regional hubs and our programmes designed to reduce the gap in employability within LGBTQIA+ young adults. This is a pivotal role in bringing to life our operational strategy for 2026–2030.

You will design and deliver a year-round curriculum, grow our digital and in-person communities, and ensure programmes are impactful, inclusive, and sustainable. You’ll also manage volunteers, build partnerships, and act as an ambassador for Blossom in the wider community.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Deliver Strategy: Bring to life Blossom’s new programmes and broader operational strategy for 2026 to 2030 by taking overarching responsibility for programmes across the charity including:
  • Hub Launch & Development: Lead the creation of new local hubs in counties outside of Surrey and maintain delivery of existing hub’s.
  • Annual Curriculum Design: Use public, service user and secondary research projects and other evidence based processes to develop and implement a full annual curriculum.
  • Short-Term “Accelerator” Campaigns: Plan and execute thematic campaigns with the purpose of accelerating access to work.
  • Digital Content & Community: Develop and launch online resources on our digital members portal.
• On Site Monitoring: attend hubs and accelerator programme delivery to monitor, seek areas of improvement, and connect with service users & leaders.
