Responsibilities of our Digital Learning Specialist:

• Take overall responsibility for the design, development and delivery of Digital Learning in Cats Protection
• Working with colleagues across the charity, you will lead the development of bespoke Digital Learning programmes to meet the needs of volunteers and employees
• Support the Head of Organisational Learning and People Development in meeting the Learning and Development (L&D) management information needs of the charity and in demonstrating return on investment of L&D activity

About the Digital Learning team:

The Digital Learning team is one of three internal learning teams that work together to deliver organisational capability. Led by the Digital Learning Specialist this team works with stakeholders across the organisation to meet their needs. Core aspects of their work include:

• Manage the development and maintenance of our Learner Management System (LMS) ensuring it is fit for purpose and providing support for the wider L&D team and learners.
• Develop data analysis to help L&D to understand leaners’ needs and experiences.
• Create high-quality e-learning using established development processes and working with subject matter experts from across the organisation.

• Significant experience of managing and implementing digital learning programmes for a large organisation with volunteers and employees, supporting strategic aims and cultural change
• Proven experience of researching, designing, delivering and evaluating high quality digital learning products and solutions that meet organisational and individual needs
• Significant project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects across an organisation
• Experience of managing a team
• Ability to work collaboratively and in partnership, taking all stakeholder perspectives into consideration

Purpose of the job

To work with Thames21’s Head of Finance and The Roding Rises delivery team to oversee the administration of The Roding Rises, a three-year project supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund that aims to kick-start the revitalisation of the River Roding. Main Duties and Responsibilities

Track project costs against projected budget to ensure budget vs actual expenditure is effectively managed, raising concerns early with Thames21’s head of finance and The Roding Rises project manager.

• Complete The National Lottery Heritage Fund claims process at agreed intervals to ensure an appropriate cash flow.
• Assist with relevant reporting tasks back to project funders. 

• Work with the Thames21 Head of Finance and Thames21 Finance Officer to ensure all payments are completed in a timely manner in line with internal financial processes and any outstanding payments are managed in line with the approved funding agreement/ project proposal documentation. 

• Support The Roding Rises project manager with the administration of the Roding Rises grants scheme.

• Support the development and integration of improved financial tracking and reporting processes across wider Thames21 Teams.

This is an exciting time to join London’s Air Ambulance Charity. This role will be crucial in securing funding for groundbreaking initiatives so that we can save a patient tomorrow that we might not be able to save today. 

As our Philanthropy (Trusts) Officer, you will manage and develop a specific portfolio of trust, foundations and city livery companies, securing donations up to £20,000. You will be responsible for growing a robust pipeline, building relationships and preparing compelling communications for a range of impactful projects.

You will also support the Philanthropy Manager and Deputy Head of Philanthropy by taking ownership of team-specific administration processes and providing ‘secondary canvasser’ support for the team which includes creating templates, updates and proposals, refreshing research and setting up supporter visits and meetings.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, pro-active and highly organised Governance Administrator to support the efficient running of our governance arrangements. In this role, you will coordinate and provide high quality support to our committee programme and other key processes such as our grant funding and abstract competitions at Association conferences.

The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting the Association’s governance and operational activities. Collaborating closely with the senior management team, committee Chairs and senior stakeholders, you will contribute directly to the success and impact to the charity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the committee meeting programme; arranging meetings, preparing detailed agendas, circulating papers promptly and producing accurate, high-quality minutes
• Organising the Association’s grants, awards and prize programmes, ensuring smooth application, review and selection processes
• Administering the abstract competitions across all Association conferences, including communications with participants and on-site coordination when required
• Supporting the administration of committee appointment processes and Board and committee elections
• Providing pro-active executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, Officers and the Senior Management Team
• Working with all staff and Board members to ensure good communications are maintained throughout the Association
• Liaising with partner organisations and stakeholders to develop and maintain effective relationships and maximise networking opportunities

Hybrid working

This role is based at our head office in 21 Portland Place, London. We offer a hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of two days in the office per week.

Summary of the role:

The Content & Copywriting Officer will involve developing engaging content for our social media channels, website blogs, and news section, as well as collaborating with the Search Engine Optimisation Officer to optimise copy for improved visibility and reach. You will play an important part in telling Muslim Aid’s story, inspiring our supporters, and helping to drive donations through impactful and well-crafted messaging.

About the Role:

1. Develop compelling, engaging, and audience-focused content for social media platforms, blogs, news updates, and campaigns.
2. Collaborate with the SEO Officer on the production of keyword-optimised copy for landing pages, appeals and campaign content.
3. Develop storytelling pieces that highlight Muslim Aid’s projects, beneficiaries, and impact.
4. Review written content for accuracy, consistency and alignment with Muslim Aid’s tone of voice and brand guidelines.
5. Collaborate with the programmes, fundraising and communications teams to deliver content that supports appeals and organisational goals.

About You:

You must currently hold the right to work in the UK. Muslim Aid is not offering sponsorship for this role

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital communications.
2. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
3. Experience writing for social media, websites, and blogs.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders and employees at all levels.
5. Strong research skills and ability to generate creative, compelling content ideas.
