About the role
Are you an experienced corporate fundraiser with an interest in working in the international development sector? Are you creative, strategic, highly organised, a confident and effective communicator and strong team player?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager to work closely with the Head of Programme Funding to drive new donor engagement and secure sustainable, multi-year funding. If you are seeking a dynamic and engaging fundraising role which offers you the chance to play a pivotal role within a small but ambitious organisation, then this could be the job for you.
You will be an exemplary relationship builder and have experience in developing multi-faceted corporate partnerships (ideally with experience and success in employee engagement, corporate sponsorship, and/or operational partnerships).
The role also line manages the Senior Fundraising Officer post, a position that provides administrative and fundraising support across the whole fundraising team. Please note that we are a small team and so you’ll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to help out team members and to support new business across other restricted income streams.
If you think you have the skills, qualities and drive to fulfil this role, but don’t meet all of the specifications, or perhaps you’ve gained your experience in (for example) commercial sales or within relationships management and are looking to move into development work, we would still welcome hearing from you. Provide reception and general office support for our busy team
- Be the first point of contact for members of the public contacting Glass Door, answering the phones and logging all calls; dealing with incoming enquiries by telephone, email, website feedback or voicemail; passing on queries to colleagues as appropriate.

About the Role:
As our diligent and tenacious Internal Auditor, you will deliver an agreed programme of audits across WaterAid and its partner organisations and other ad hoc work and investigations as necessary. As the social media officer, you’ll help manage an audience of more than 200,000 people across X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube. Our Helpline runs from 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, warm and experienced individual to support our dedicated Helpline Volunteers and Befriending Volunteers within the Helpline team.
This role requires working flexible hours, including 9am–5pm, 10am–6pm or 11am–7pm between Monday to Friday to meet services and volunteer needs (3 days a week).
If you’re passionate about offering high quality information and emotional support and have relevant Helpline experience, we’d love to hear from you.
You will be providing continuous support to all our volunteers at the Helpline team, directly contributing in providing information and support to our Helpline enquirers, with both proactive and reactive content and information on prevalent topics or trends affecting the MS community.

About the role
This role will contribute to the achievement of the “Forest for the Future” and CAR programmes objectives by monitoring project implementation against objectives, providing comprehensive support to the L&L team, and directly supporting partner NGOs involved in the projects.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of and/or interest in forest governance and human rights, particularly in Central Africa. They should have experience and/or interest in providing project management support within a charitable organisation or in an international development context, as well as collaborating with local NGOs in developing countries. Additionally, they should have experience and/or interest in managing development project budgets, monitoring expenditure and processing payments.
Basic understanding of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), project work plans, and logical frameworks is necessary, along with proficiency in producing high-quality financial and narrative reports.
The candidate must demonstrate the capability to manage projects in accordance with the requirements of institutional donors and contribute to strategic project development, including project design and the creation of funding proposals.
Furthermore, the successful applicant must be fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
They should also be willing to undertake travel for up to 16 weeks per year, including visits to remote forest areas.
