We offer an immediate, consistent, high-quality and compassionate service to all individuals affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under. We work in partnership with professionals who refer into the charity on behalf of families, so they don’t have to trawl through the internet for an organisation who may, or may not, be able to support. We provide immediate, and ongoing, support and are here for as long as our families need us.
We were founded as a Welsh organisation providing immediate casework support, as well as ongoing aftercare services including counselling, alternative therapies, play therapy, support groups, support events and a respite cottage.
In January 2024, we expanded into ‘phase one’ England, namely Cheshire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Somerset. And in July 2025 we expanded into ‘phase two’ England, namely Merseyside, Devon and Cornwall, Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
Context of role:
The Business Services Officer provides high quality administrative and operational support across governance, IT, facilities, data protection, recruitment and general administration.

Covering the Hywel Dda or the Cwm Taf University Health Board this is an important and meaningful advice role in the cancer community for an experienced Welfare Benefits Caseworker. Managing a fully triaged caseload of welfare benefits clients across your specific area when it comes to cancer you’ll put your existing expert welfare benefits knowledge to good use, so your clients receive their full benefits and entitlements.
Your work is mainly done over the phone but may also be in person or digitally where you’ll be delivering a casework management and advice service for people with a cancer diagnosis and providing all the necessary support.
You’ll receive your referrals through your colleagues delivering the first contact element of the service. These referrals will contain full details of the advice needs ready for you to action the next steps. You’d also be required to independently build professional partner working relationships to support your role across the University Health Board as we grow the service.
What’s key is our service user experience is slick, professional and personable whether that’s with partners or services users. You’ll be supporting and advising your own caseload of clients with a chronic cancer condition or a life-limiting cancer prognosis so knowledge of working with people with disabilities, people too ill to work or in a distressing situation is something you can comfortably manage in a targeted environment.

About Rockinghorse Children’s Charity
Rockinghorse Children’s Charity supports sick and disabled children across Sussex. We support babies, children, and young people, along with their families, at The Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital and The Trevor Mann Baby Unit in Brighton and all the specialist children’s wards and baby units throughout Sussex.
We deliver and fund projects that enable doctors and nurses to do more. All of projects are led by the needs of children and young people and their families – the lifesaving medical equipment, the support for parents and families, the toys for children spending time in hospitals across Sussex, the environments and spaces that help children feel more at home when they are in hospital and additional staff to make sure children get the best possible care when they are unwell.

About the role
Rockinghorse delivers more than 70 impactful projects each year to support sick and disabled babies, children, and young people across Sussex. As our programmes grow, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day delivery of our projects and services.
Reporting to the Senior Projects Manager, this role will play a vital part in ensuring our projects run smoothly on time and on budget. You will work closely with NHS Champions (doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals), internal colleagues and external partners to help coordinate activities, gather information, maintain accurate records, and support the successful delivery of all our projects.

· Support the administration, coordination, and delivery of Rockinghorse projects across Sussex.
· Maintain project schedules, trackers, documentation, and communication logs.
· Organise meetings, site visits, check‑ins, project reviews, and installations.
· Coordinate logistics for small projects, including ordering items, liaising with suppliers, and arranging deliveries.
· Ensure accurate filing and record‑keeping across all project documentation.

Who We Are
The Revitalise Trust exists to serve, resource and revitalise the Church in its mission to reach the unchurched, make disciples and transform society by growing vibrant, Jesus-centred, Spirit-filled churches in every community. To date, the Trust has helped plant 200 churches across the UK and beyond and train up and support hundreds of church leaders. As a charity, the Trust is entirely dependent on the generosity of donors to support its work.
This is a key role within the Revitalise Trust, that works collaboratively with others in the team and across the organisation to help raise the necessary funds to support the work of the Trust, supporting and managing a portfolio of existing donors and sourcing and securing new ones, working particularly closely with the Head of UK Fundraising.

The Communications Manager will be central to this mission, leading high-impact communications across brand and corporate partnerships, media, and talent to amplify Mission 44’s visibility and impact. The role will lead and manage communications across Mission 44’s brand and corporate partnerships, acting as the primary contact and fostering long-term, trusted relationships. The Churches Conservation Trust is a partner in the Nature in Sacred Places (NISP) National Lottery Heritage Fund project. This is a £5.2m project with an 18-month development phase followed by a four-year delivery phase (subject to securing further funding), in partnership with Natural England, the Church of England, Churches Conservation Trust and Caring for God’s Acre. Overall job purpose
As a member of the Nature in Sacred Places project team, the post-holder will be responsible for:
Working with other project partners the post holder will develop a template for Conservation Management Plan of both historic and natural environments that is proportionate and appropriate for volunteers to adopt and deliver.
