About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring proven experience in managing high-value relationships across corporate partnerships, major donors, trusts & foundations, and statutory bodies. You'll have a strong track record of securing and growing long-term partnerships, including successfully negotiating six or seven-figure sums with corporate partners and/or major donors. You'll bring outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to engage high-value supporters and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the corporate, trust & foundation, major donor and other high value supporter strategies.
• Manage and develop the Rapid Response Network, retaining existing partnerships whilst also identifying and securing new partnerships.
• Deliver excellent stewardship that retains and develops support.
• Take to completion and implement recommendations from strategic projects, to include the major donor review and the RRN / corporate support review.
• Continually hone “next appeal” plans that lead to successful appeal launches and maximise funds raised throughout the appeal life cycle.
• Achieve annual core cost income targets and put in place robust forecasting for future years.

Abianda is a London-based charity that works with young women and girls affected by criminal exploitation and violence, and the professionals who support them. We exist to ensure young women are no longer hidden in our communities and can live free from harm and abuse. We aim to bring about a culture shift in how services are delivered to young women and girls, so that they can access support that works for them when they need it. 

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Partnerships and Development to lead and drive our growth, ensuring the long-term sustainability and expansion of our work.  

The role will involve combining strategic leadership and operational delivery, with a particular focus on expanding Abianda’s training programmes across the UK, increasing unrestricted income, strengthening partnerships and overseeing impact measurement.  

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will work collaboratively with SLT colleagues to drive Abianda’s strategic objectives, ensuring that all our programmes are delivered effectively across our remit. This role requires dynamic strategic and operational leadership, as well as a commitment to driving the development of best practices within the sector.

This is an exciting time to join the Abianda team. With an ambitious strategy in place, and after securing social investment to support the growth of our training programmes, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's future. You will ensure that our training, consultancy, and income-generating activities are aligned with our mission to support young women affected by criminal exploitation and violence. You will develop and implement strategies to scale our programmes to a national audience, drive income generation through training and fundraising, and enhance our external partnerships to increase Abianda’s reach and influence.​

Job details:

• Salary: £45,000 per annum, plus pension (reviewed annually)

About Screen Share

Screen Share is the UK’s leading refugee digital inclusion charity. We invest in the digital capability of refugees and people seeking asylum by providing the tools, training and opportunities they need to thrive in education, work and community life. Our vision is a future where every refugee in the UK has the digital tools and support to flourish in a connected world.

Over the past four years, we have supported more than 3,000 refugees with devices, connectivity, and training. Personal Profile

This is a leadership role at a pivotal moment in Screen Share’s journey. The role is funded to deliver our current Digital Skills programme, with a strong focus on quality, impact and evaluation. At the same time, we are awaiting the outcome of several significant funding applications. If successful, these will enable us to expand the programme quickly, positioning the postholder as the Head of a national digital skills programme with a larger team and greater leadership remit.

You will be a dynamic and strategic leader, passionate about digital inclusion and refugees. You bring structured programme management (clear processes, monitoring & evaluation, budget oversight) combined with empathy, cultural sensitivity and the ability to motivate others. You will be excited 

You will thrive in a fast-moving and growing charity where flexibility and initiative are vital. You will embed refugee leadership at the heart of our work, co-designing with lived experience. Key Responsibilities

Programme Leadership & Delivery

• Lead the design and strategic direction of our Digital Skills programme, Ensure the service we are providing is high-quality, impactful, trauma-informed and aligned with Screen Share’s 2026–2030 strategy.

• Oversee the onboarding and support of hundreds of refugees looking to develop digitally, including supporting with the development of their Independent Learning Plan’s and journeys through Digital Champions 

• Recruite, coordinate and support our digital champions and staff to provide high-quality online and in-person classes, 1:1 support and effective sign-posting

• Maintain oversight of multiple Screen Share digital skills projects delivered over multiple locations. 

• Trial innovative digital inclusion tools and approaches.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact

• Design and oversee comprehensive impact measurement and monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure the programme is most effective 

• Produce clear, data-centered programme and impact reports (quantitative and qualitative) for existing and prospective funders and partners

• Recruit, train and support Digital Champions and volunteers in a trauma-informed way

The Royal Commonwealth Society is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and experienced events manager to lead the planning and execution of its diverse portfolio of high-profile and fundraising events. The postholder will manage the full lifecycle of events - from concept through delivery - ensuring every event reflects the Society’s values and enhances its reputation and reach.

Flagship events include the Commonwealth Day Service at Westminster Abbey, an Award Ceremony for The Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition at Buckingham Palace, the High Commissioners’ Banquet at Mansion House, and other ceremonial, stakeholder, youth, and fundraising engagements.

Key responsibilities: 

• Lead the end-to-end management of all RCS events, ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile, ceremonial, and fundraising events.

What is Shared Lives?

Shared Lives is a little bit like fostering, but it’s for adults who need some support to live as independently as possible. Someone who needs support goes to live with one of our ace Shared Lives carers and they support them to live their best lives, do all the things they love and be part of their communities. PSS invented Shared Lives back in 1978 and it’s now become a national model of care that lots of other social care providers run. We’re really proud of that. It’s the most brilliant, safe and cost-effective form of care there is (and we’re not just biased – in October 2023, CQC rated 97% of Shared Lives schemes in England as good or outstanding, in comparison to just 78% for the wider social care sector!).

We have Shared Lives schemes in seven different places across England and North Wales – and we’ve got big plans to add to that.

What do we need out deputy head of Shared Lives to do?

Alongside the head of Shared Lives, your job will be to make sure each one of the services in Shared Lives is absolutely top-notch in every way:

• They provide excellent support to the people who use our Shared Lives service
• They support people to reach their goals
• Any issues that crop up are dealt with effectively and in line with our policies and procedures
• They run effectively and like clockwork (but are flexible enough to change things up when it’s needed – even if it’s how things have always been done);
• They’re performing well financially, they’re sustainable and they’re cost-effective
• Carers, PSS Shared Lives teammates and people we support all feel really well informed, motivated and part of a big family
• Our service is getting better all the time

You’ll be supported by a cracking team of service managers who will lead each of the seven individual regional services within Shared Lives. They’ll be looking to you to help them review and develop their services, looking at best practice and national/local strategic priorities together.

On a day-to-day basis, your work would involve things like:

• Getting behind our Shared Lives teams and offering them your support with Care Quality Commission (CQC) compliance, safeguarding reports and complaints
• Leading the way when we win new contacts in new areas of the UK (the plan is to grow our schemes)
• Deputising for our head of Shared Lives: maintaining the risk register for services, identifying, managing, monitoring and escalating risks appropriately when our head of Shared Lives isn’t around
• Helping keep our Shared Lives carers and supported people feeling happy, connected, motivated and part of our big Shared Lives family
• Finding out what our carers and supported people need and how they feel things are going by heading out on the road to meet them
• Supporting our Shared Lives communications and engagement manager with nailing any info and insights they need for their role by sharing what you know, and supporting them with maintaining and introducing communications and engagement initiatives

About the role:

This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of our organisation’s mission to provide safe, dignified and compassionate housing for asylum seekers across South Yorkshire, the Humber, Derby and Nottingham.

As Head of Operations (Asylum Services), you will lead the strategic delivery and performance of our Asylum Accommodation and Support Contract (AASC), one of our most significant and impactful services. You’ll oversee multiple service delivery sites and ensure that our work consistently meets high standards for compliance, safeguarding, quality and value.

You will be the senior point of contact for key external stakeholders, including national providers, Home Office representatives, commissioners and regulatory bodies. Internally, you’ll line-manage a team of Service Managers, supporting them to lead high-performing, resilient teams across multiple locations.

The role gives you the space to focus on strategic impact rather than daily logistics. With operational delivery managed by your Service Manager colleagues, your focus will be on driving quality, stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement, and shaping the future of asylum support services in the region.

You’ll also play an active role in the Senior Leadership Team, working closely with the CEO to inform organisational strategy and develop new services that align with our values and respond to emerging needs in the communities we serve.

About the Role
As Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Tommy’s financial sustainability and long-term success. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead and develop a high-performing finance team, oversee strategic financial planning and reporting, and drive forward a programme of finance transformation.
This is a hands-on yet strategic role, offering the chance to shape financial systems and processes, strengthen financial literacy across the organisation, and ensure robust compliance and control. You’ll be a trusted partner to the leadership team, providing insight and challenge to help Tommy’s deliver its ambitious goals.

We are recruiting to the role of Head of Finance, following the retirement of a long-standing member of staff. The role will be part of the Leadership Team at CPAS and report to the Director of Operations and Finance. The successful candidate will lead a small finance team and work collaboratively with Ministry and Support Teams to ensure our systems our efficient and well run.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and have experience of managing a small team across the various finance functions. As part of an organisational wide programme to renew our digital systems, we are planning to start the process of selecting and implementing a new finance system in 2026 and the successful applicant will work with our IT and digital team to deliver the project. 

This is an exciting time at CPAS, as we move forward with our new strategy, covering 2025-2030. We are looking for someone who shares our vision and sees a strong Finance function as core to achieving our objectives. CPAS has strong reserves, and we want to ensure our current financial model enables us to invest in new areas of work and expand our influence and reach. You will be a team player and have experience of working at a senior finance level, able to ensure the detailed financial functions serve the complexities of our holiday operation, alongside our other income generating areas of work. We are looking for someone to lead our home energy retrofit services, instilling a culture of high performance and outstanding results. You will have retrofit experience which will help to build our paid-for whole-house retrofit services, secure funding through publicly funded programmes and identify wider funding opportunities. Working with the Director of Household Energy Services (HES) and as a member of the HES Leadership Team, you will deliver a clear vision and strategic direction for the retrofit team. You will also participate as a member of the wider Senior Management Team (SMT).

Pay and conditions

• The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) however, we are prepared to be flexible and will accept offers from those who would prefer part time work of 30 hours.
• The salary will be £48,726 to £58,365.
• You will be entitled to 25 days paid holiday (plus statutory holidays).

Specific responsibilities

An applicant appointed to the role will be expected to:

• Oversee key aspects of retrofit delivery in the HES portfolio, including resource utilisation and workload planning, project monitoring and evaluation.
• Ensure retrofit staff in the HES team remain utilised by other departments and are sufficiently supported to deliver their work and reach their potential.
• Ensure that organisational planning systems are up to date and provide an accurate report to the Director of HES and the SMT.
• To work with retrofit project managers to help maintain effective financial controls of our retrofit projects, and provide the Directors of HES and Development with up-to-date projections of spend and expenditure.
• To take responsibility for the quality of outputs of the HES team’s retrofit work, including timely reporting to project partners and funders.
• To oversee line management and professional development of all retrofit staff.
• To work with the Director of HES to identify and create new opportunities for CSE to deliver our strategic objectives in relation to retrofit.
• To provide strategic direction to all large retrofit projects and contribute to the delivery of specific projects as relevant, and to enable the provision of retrofit expertise to other projects across CSE..
• To provide input to the organisation’s business plan with respect to retrofit opportunities and services for the year ahead, forecasting staffing needs and helping to establish the 3-year budget for the team.
• To share with other Heads of Team collective responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the organisation, representing the HES team’s retrofit work as a member of the SMT.

Essential attributes for this role include:
