Radley College is seeking to appoint a dedicated and forward-thinking Radleian Society Manager to lead and develop the College’s alumni relations programme. This is a key strategic role, focused on fostering strong, lasting relationships with Old Radleians (“OR”s), current and former parents, and former staff.
Reporting to the Development Director, the post holder will be responsible for delivering an ambitious and wide-ranging engagement programme that reflects the values and vision of Radley College. This includes oversight of events, communications, digital engagement, and the facilitation of mentoring and networking initiatives through the College’s Futures Programme.
The successful applicant will
Lead a dynamic calendar of alumni and parent engagement events, including reunions, networking forums, and social gatherings
Oversee communications, both digital and print, to ensure high-quality, consistent outreach and storytelling
Act as liaison to the Radleian Society Committee and other affiliated groups, managing volunteer engagement and project delivery
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Development Office and Futures Team to connect alumni with current pupils and recent leavers
Utilise data insights to inform strategy, track engagement, and report on key outcomes

As the Director of Governance and Assurance, you will provide sector-leading company secretariat, governance, and assurance, ensuring the governance structure efficiently manages regulated activities and commercial group entities. The post-holder will also advise and support the Chief Executive, Chair, and SLT on all aspects of regulation, corporate governance, and effective business conduct for the organisation, ensuring the highest standards of probity and according to statutory and legislative requirements.
The Director of Governance and Assurance will oversee risk management and assurance functions, ensuring effective systems for internal controls and regulatory compliance, including internal audit management. They will provide administrative support for Board and Committee meetings, including agenda planning, minute taking, and record keeping.
This role is a key contact with the Regulator of Social Housing and other external government or regulatory organisations including CQC and Ofsted.

About the Role
Sense is recruiting a Senior Community Fundraiser, this is a full time permanent position based in our offices in Kings Cross, London. This is a hybrid role, working in the office 2 days per week.
We’re looking for an experience fundraiser to join our Community Fundraising Team, responsible for generating income and engagement, working closely with services, volunteers and engagement staff. The successful candidate will support and deliver the community fundraising strategy, growing our portfolio and building new long-term relationships for Sense. You will be responsible for generating income for Sense, supporting the delivery of our Community Team income target of £569,000, enabling community fundraising to become a dependable source of income for the charity.
The main duties and responsibilities include:
- To ensure all community supporters are given the highest level of customer care and that all enquiries and requests for support are responded to quickly and effectively.
- To focus on growing income for Community Team across two key areas - groups and associations and schools and universities.
- The Senior Community Fundraiser will lead on the Community Team’s national projects and communicate updates and plans effectively with the team.
- To achieve agreed income targets, monitoring and forecasting on a regular basis and taking remedial action when necessary.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Digital Acquisition Executive to join our growing Individual Giving Team within Public Fundraising at Prostate Cancer Research. This is a pivotal new role, offering huge potential to shape the future of IG at PCR and capitalise fully on our exciting growth trajectory.
The last 12 months have seen significant transformation within our IG fundraising, with our regular giving base more than trebling. Building on this momentum, and campaigns such as last year's successful prostate cancer screening petition and our increased campaigning and public relations footprint. We are committed to strong investment in supporter experience and a genuine relationship-based approach to fundraising, ensuring all our supporters feel valued and exceptionally well-cared for. Recent positive media opportunities have further underscored our potential for growth.
This role will be instrumental in driving continued expansion through digital channels, including paid social and email, with significant scope to identify and implement new, innovative, or novel acquisition strategies. You will be key to growing our supporter base and maximising their lifetime value through engaging digital stewardship and carefully crafted supporter journeys. Lead generation and conversion, cross-selling, and the development and management of these journeys will all be significant aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities
Digital Acquisition and Fundraising

Develop and implement acquisition campaigns and activity to attract new supporters through social platforms, both paid and unpaid, search engine advertising, and email marketing. As well as novel and innovative platforms and opportunities as identified.

Skills and Competencies
Our ideal candidate would have the following:

Proven experience in digital acquisition for charity or social cause, or in paid digital marketing or advertising in commercial roles. With demonstrable campaign management experience and expertise setting up and managing campaigns in Meta business suite, Google paid advertising and email marketing.

Evidence of leading successful digital / integrated digital campaigns leading to significant sales/income/lead generation.

The ability to monitor and manage income and expenditure against targets as well as forecast and report on digital campaigns across all channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Corporate Partnerships Lead to join Look Ahead, a charitable housing association supporting around 4,000 people across London and the South East with various needs, including homelessness, mental health, learning disabilities, domestic abuse, and care leavers.

* Develop and implement partnership strategies that drive financial, in-kind and employee support (e.g. through challenge/community fundraising events) in support of Look Ahead's work

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A full driving licence or the ability to travel to events and meetings within London and the South East is essential.

Skills
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information effectively.
- Project management with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data management.
- Excellent IT skills – proficient in the use of MS Office, Adobe and WordPress is essential.
- Knowledge of GDPR and fundraising guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience of working with and managing volunteers.
Experience
- Experience of successfully delivering fundraising events.
- Experience providing excellent supporter or customer care, using effective communication to build positive relationships with supporters and stakeholders to maximise impact.
- Demonstrable experience of promoting events to secure support and encourage participation.
- Familiarity with digital fundraising platforms, CRM systems and handling of personal data.
