About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Communications & Engagement Manager as part of a highly functioning and creative team, this vital role will work across all media and channels to raise the profile of USPG and its partners and their work:
• Oversee the day-to-day running of our website and social media channels.

About You

In this role you will:
- Build and manage a fast paced and highly effective new business pipeline for opportunities within a 25-150k threshold
- Prospect, engage, pitch and win new business opportunities with high value corporates at a partnership value between 25-150k
- Manage, steward and relationship build with our current partners to ensure partnership uplift
- Work with project teams to collate accurate reporting and impact data for the partnership accounts you manage and look for impact opportunities for your pipeline prospects
- Collaborate with teams across Carers Trust to build pitch decks, proposal toolkits and engagement tools for the corporate team to deliver to partners and prospects
- Work with the Corporate Manager and Head of Corporate to sell and scale our new employability offer to corporate prospects

How the COO will support our vision
The role of Chief Operating Officer is central to helping us achieve our ambitions, ensuring that Wild in the City has the resources, infrastructure and working environment to achieve its annual plans, long term aims and deliver high-quality programmes.
We are not expecting the COO to implement the key areas of operations alone, we will work together to prioritise and generate the resources to build a team to cover the functionality required for steady growth. We are also motivated to ensure that the role’s salary is reviewed to meet market expectations as the role grows, dependent on funding.

The charity is now seeking its first Development Manager to play a pivotal role within this small but ambitious organisation to support with its celebratory anniversary event and longer-term goals. The event will be ambitious, fun, a spectacle to inspire and create a sense of community. The aim is for the event to act as a springboard to a structured fundraising programme, increased public engagement and reputation-building efforts to keep the Bomb Factory’s doors open for the next ten years.

The Senior Philanthropy Manager role leads the Philanthropy function here, driving the team forward as they embark on the cultivation of a strong new prospect pipeline.
