Key Responsibilities:

The Role
JLGB are recruiting a Finance & Fundraising Coordinator who will play a vital role in helping the charity achieve its financial, fundraising and organisational objectives. Supporting the Director of Operations & Finance, the role is essential for the smooth running of the charity’s finances, collaborating with teams across JLGB, as well as volunteers and external suppliers. With some support from JLGB’s administration team, you will be undertaking all financial transactions including payment runs, bank and income reconciliations. Managing our donor database, ensuring that Gift Aid is collected regularly. Responsibilities will include:

Location – This is a hybrid role with a requirement to flex the days available to attend face to face team meetings, partner meetings, pitches and events. We have recently refreshed our brand, launched a new website and are building our digital service delivery in order to reach at least 120,000 disabled children and young people by 2027. At Kids our partnerships with external companies provide vital funding, awareness and pro bono support to enable us to achieve our mission to ensure that every child has the opportunity to play, learn, thrive and grow.
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships and Events, this is a key role with a responsibly to deliver on our plan to secure more strategic and transformational partners. A particular priority is multi-year partnerships where there is potential for growth.
In practice, this means proactively identifying and qualifying opportunities, cultivating and stewarding relationships and thinking creatively and strategically to develop compelling proposals. The successful candidate will be leading on proposal writing, pitches and representing Kids at new business meetings, pitches and events.
This role will focus on our new business pipeline ensuring we are effectively developing partnerships in support of our wider organisational strategy. The role will be responsible for securing national partnerships and the successful candidate will have experience of securing new partnerships and managing a diverse portfolio of accounts. They will have outstanding relationship building skills and excellent stakeholder management experience, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:
- Building a healthy, robust pipeline of new business opportunities, to actively on-board new strategic partners.
- In collaboration with the Head of Partnerships and Events, refine and develop Kids’ proactive corporate prospecting approach, including improved ways of working with Kids’ service teams, with a view to increasing the sustainability of partnerships secured.
- On boarding new partners and leading on partnerships agreements and due diligence plus developing stewardship plans to ensure lasting mutually beneficial relationships.
- Delivering partnership activations and communications plans, collaborating with partners and internal Kids’ teams to identify key moments that will drive further engagement.
- Representing Kids at external partner and prospect events.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement charity distributions aligned with ShareGift’s grant-making policy and ethos for approval by the Executive Grant-making Committee.

The Head of Grant-making will have wide-ranging and detailed knowledge of the charity sector as a whole and grant-making specifically. The successful candidate will also have wider knowledge of fundraising and trends within the sector. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing and via presentations as promoting ShareGift’s work within the charitable sector is a key element of the role. You will be able to work effectively as part of a small team and be able and willing to get involved in a wide variety of tasks as required by the charity. The ideal candidate would have experience in marketing and social media in a professional setting, but this is not essential.
The successful candidate will be based in London or within commutable distance to the office. The role is 2 or 3 days a week (15 – 22.5 hours) and this can be worked flexibly, such as spread across the week or within 2 or 3 days. Ideally you will come into the office near Green Park once a week, but this is flexible.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fundraiser, working full-time on-site. The Fundraiser who will play an integral role within our team, working with the CEO, and senior management team, responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, organising events and campaigns, maintaining donor relationships, and researching and identifying new funding opportunities, building a strong pipeline of core and restricted funding, as well as donations and gifts.

Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our Relationship Fundraising Department for a 3 year fixed term contract. The role sits within an 11 person Corporate Fundraising team, which has an overall target of £3.5m.
It is a truly exciting time to be joining Centrepoint, as we work towards our vision to end youth homelessness by 2037. Partnerships and support from our corporate partners are a key part of making this vision a reality.
The Partnerships Manager will primarily be responsible for managing a new and exciting multi-year strategic partnership. This new partnership will be the largest multi-year partnership in Centrepoint’s corporate portfolio and will be transformational for Centrepoint and the young people we work with.
Working between our offices as well as our corporate partner’s office (an hour from London by train), to fully integrate yourself with the organisation, you will be the account manager and main point of contact leading on the successful delivery of all aspects of the partnership. This will include building upon existing plans and relationships and implementing new strategies to achieve targets and objectives for the partnership.
You will be an ambitious and driven account manager with extensive experience at a 6 figure plus level high profile strategic partnerships. Experience managing complex partnerships, ideally with a marketing or consumer-facing element, is beneficial. You will be comfortable developing and delivering partnership strategies and objectives, and working in a target driven environment. You will be an excellent communicator and networker, with the ability to form strong relationships externally and internally, including engaging with a range of stakeholders at senior management level.
In particular, the post holder will:
· Lead on the successful delivery of this partnership in line with the agreed objectives by providing first class account management and strategic planning;
· Produce annual plans, budgets and KPIs to effectively manage the partnership;
· Track, analyse and report on income and expenditure, and measure, manage and report on partnership performance against set KPIs;

· Oversee the Partnership Group, made up of senior internal stakeholders who oversee the governance of the partnership, as well as the Performance and Monitoring Group who support the programme, finance and reporting delivery for the partnership.
· Represent Centrepoint and the partnership at our own and third party events.
· Actively participate in all team meetings and support other team members.
· Potentially manage other corporate partnership accounts as required.
· Work from partner office (an hour by train from London) at least twice a month.
