* Experience of complex stakeholder management, in particular working with and influencing senior executives, board members and external stakeholders
* Previous experience dealing with and influencing regulatory bodies
* Proven ability to deal with a diverse workload under pressure to short deadlines
* Strong leadership and influencing skills and a high degree of integrity, confidence, confidentiality, discretion and personal credibility

We're looking for someone to have an interest in working in-house in a large charity, who takes a service orientated approach. You'll be an excellent communicator in all medias.

You'll be able to pick up and run with work with limited information but to know what to do next and will welcome job stretch; not afraid of taking on work outside of own academic ability or experience. You'll deliver solutions that make a difference wherever possible in a timely manner and will be a thoughtful planner who is rarely caught out.
