Core Purpose
The Gaming & Creator Partnerships Manager plays a central role in expanding Make-A-Wish UK’s impact across the gaming and creator ecosystem. Working closely with, and in support of, the Head of Gaming, the role helps shape, inform, and deliver the overall strategy and outreach to creators, gaming companies, publishers, platforms, and community partners.

Essential Criteria

• Strong understanding of the gaming industry, including publishers, studios, esports, and community culture.
• Knowledge of streaming platforms, gaming influencers, and the wider video games community.

Gaming & Industry Partnerships (50%) 
Partnership Development & Management

• Manage and nurture relationships with gaming studios, publishers, esports organisations, platforms, and community partners.
• Support the Head of Gaming by converting warm introductions and early-stage outreach into structured, mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Build compelling partnership proposals, activation plans, and fundraising concepts tailored to each partner’s brand and audience.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for partners, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and inspired to continue working with Make-A-Wish UK.

 Campaign & Project Delivery

• Co‑ordinate and manage gaming projects, creating schedules and project plans to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to agreed KPIs.
• Support the Head of Gaming in delivering activities, campaigns, and events that contribute to team targets and wider strategic goals.
• Collaborate with other Income & Engagement teams on cross department projects.
• Coordinate and deliver a calendar of gaming campaigns and products that drive income and engagement, supporting the Head of Gaming’s strategic roadmap.
• Ensure campaigns and products are delivered in time and to budget.

 Platforms & Infrastructure

• Build out and maintain gaming-focused fundraising platforms such as Tiltify and StreamLabs Charity.
• Support internal teams by helping educate the wider organisation on gaming culture, opportunities, and best practice, reinforcing the Head of Gaming’s strategic direction.

Influencer & Creator Engagement (50%)
Creator Relationship Development

• Recruit, develop, and nurture creator and influencer relationships to raise funds and increase engagement.
• Act as a day-to-day contact for key creator stakeholders, providing high quality relationship management.
• Undertake research and develop ideas to establish new creator relationships, working closely with the Head of Gaming to establish outreach priorities.
• Build and nurture a Make-A-Wish UK community of gaming influencers via Discord, email, and social channels.
• Create innovative opportunities to engage new creators and gaming contacts.

 
Creator Campaigns & Activations

• Co‑ordinate and deliver creator-led fundraising campaigns and projects, including Wish 200 Week.
• Organise and participate in creator events, charity streams, and collaborative activations.
• Support creators with assets, guidance, and technical help to ensure smooth, impactful fundraising activity.
• Utilise technical knowledge of Tiltify and JustGiving and manage the Make-A-Wish UK presence through the associated branded account.
• Track creator performance, engagement, and impact to inform future strategy and support the Head of Gaming’s planning.

Content & Channel Management

• Develop and produce streams and creator-led content alongside the Communications team.
• Assist with gaming-focused content delivery, including clipping, editing, and technical support for internal and external teams.

Supporting Wish Granting

• Support the Wish Granting team to help deliver more influencer and entertainment-related wishes.
• Attend wishes where relevant and identify opportunities for creator or partner collaboration, feeding insights back to the Head of Gaming.

 
Other Responsibilities
Supporter Experience

• Help create and deliver engagement plans that strengthen key relationships and networks, including events, cultivation activities, and educational touchpoints.
• Maintain accurate records for gaming campaigns and creator fundraisers in Salesforce.
• Produce documents such as proposals, briefs, and partner packs to ensure a  positive experience for creators and entertainment contacts.

Monitoring, Recording & Reporting

• Develop, maintain, and deliver reports on key performance indicators for campaigns  and activities.
• Benchmark and monitor external activity to identify trends and opportunities, sharing insights with the Head of Gaming.
• Ensure systems, databases, project management documents, and planning tools remain accurate and up to date.

The Work Rights Centre is looking for a motivated employment law expert to  lead  our growing training programme, and support the wider development of the charity.

The Active Recovery Project gives adult survivors of abuse the opportunity to take part in community-based activities. Members of Active Recovery can participate in a variety of group activities with others who share or understand their experience and develop peer relationships, resulting in increasing confidence and reduced isolation. The activities are based on ideas from our members and include water-based activities (such as rowing, canoeing, sailing and kayaking), surfing, trips to community spaces and creative sessions (such as arts and crafts). Activities take place every week. Each activity will last approximately 2.5 hours each. Members can attend the group sessions for up to 18 months. 

Job Purpose: 

We are looking for a warm and passionate leader to come and join the Active Recovery Service.

As an Active Recovery Lead, their job will be to develop and deliver the Active Recovery Project in Bristol and in Somerset. Using a trauma-informed approach, the Active Recovery Lead will create and provide a safe and supportive space for clients from The Sexual Violence Alliance organisations (The Southmead Project, SARSAS, Womankind and the Bridge Sarc) to participate in a variety of group activities, with others who share or understand their experience and develop peer relationships, resulting in increasing confidence and reduced isolation. 

Principal Tasks:

1. Run two Active Recovery groups a week, with , with the help of the Practitioner.

2. Provide initial trauma-informed assessment phone calls and/or meetings with potential members as part of the registration process for Active Recovery. This includes assessing need, risk and suitability for the service using a trauma-informed approach. 

3. Create safety plans and tailor activity sessions where appropriate after building relationships with members following the initial phone calls.

4. Plan trauma-informed sessions for members, including producing risk assessments for each activity, visiting activity locations and delivering relevant trauma training to activity providers. 

5. Oversee and lead on setting up, delivering and debriefing about activity sessions with members, volunteers and staff. Ensuring members are clear on each session's ground rules and safeguarding processes, using the Member’s Agreement.

6. Provide trauma-informed face-to-face support to members at sessions who may become overwhelmed or require help dealing with flashbacks and dissociation.

7. To support volunteers and staff with safeguarding queries and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed. To be the safeguarding lead at activity sessions, escalating any onward safeguarding referrals and queries to the Southmead Project Designated Safeguarding Lead.

8. Participate in and support the recruitment and induction training of volunteers.

9. Support and line manage a team of volunteers.

10. Develop and maintain an Active Recovery community through email, phone calls, texts and in person.

11. Develop and drive forward the project’s aim to have the members’ voices at the heart of the project.

12. Collaborate with developing outcome processes in line with the Southmead Project and its funders’ requirements.

13. Analyse data and feedback collected through outcomes processes to adapt and constantly improve the planning and delivery of the project sessions.

14. Contribute content for reports as required. 

15. Build and maintain positive relationships with partnership organisations for the project.

16. Manage the day to day budget for the project sessions, keeping accurate records to report to the Head of Active Recovery and planning how the budget will be spent across sessions, within guidelines provided by the Head of Active Recovery.

19. Attend monthly one-to-one line management meetings with the Head of Active Recovery.

This exciting role in our award-winning External Affairs department will work across policy and public affairs work in England. You will fight for the hospice sector and people who need their support, helping us to create a country where no one misses out on the care they need at the end of their lives.

This is a significant time for hospice and end of life care. 

Hospices across the UK are in the worst financial situation they have faced for 20 years. The funding crisis means hospices are cutting services and making redundancies. 

Our campaigning efforts have recently led to £125m in short term funding for the hospice sector and a commitment to a Modern Service Framework for palliative care and end of life care. As well as a spotlight on hospices in the 10 year health plan and unprecedented parliamentary scrutiny of the way hospices are funded. 

The momentum around palliative care and hospices mean there is no shortage of opportunities to influence the policy and political agenda.

We have strong influence in Parliament and have built significant interest in hospice care among policymakers. We are an important voice in the conversation around Assisted Dying, which will have a significant impact on palliative and end of life care. 

With this momentum and opportunity, we are looking for a talented and committed Policy and Public Affairs Manager to help us shape the future of palliative and end of life care. 

We are looking for a proactive and driven policy and public affairs professional. You will be curious about how best to improve people’s experiences of death, dying and bereavement and strengthen the contribution of the hospice sector to this. 

You will have excellent influencing and communication skills and sharp instinctsthat enable you to quickly understand and analyse the impact of external developments. As well as a collaborative mindset and commitment to building coalitions to maximise our impact. 

You will provide leadership but must also be willing to pitch in at all levels to get things done. Excellent project management skills will mean you can identify where our resource is best spent and how to delegate tasks.

Safe Passage International (SPI) is recruiting a Development Lead/Coordinator (Fundraising). We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated individual to join the Fundraising Team to help grow and diversify our core private funding/income streams in its invaluable and ground-breaking work to ensure that safe routes exist and are accessible for all people seeking asylum.

Reporting to the Development Manager (Partnerships), you will coordinate the day today delivery of our fundraising strategy, with a particular focus on high value giving and building strong, values aligned relationships with supporters.

You will play a key role in turning strategy into action. This includes nurturing relationships with major donors, trusts and foundations, and helping to develop new income such as institutional funding or legacy giving, to ensure our funding is resilient and sustainable.

You will work as part of a collaborative Fundraising Team and closely with colleagues across Safe Passage International, including teams in the UK, Greece, and France.

We are looking for good transferrable leadership and organisational skills, as detailed in the Person Specification. Experience in a similar role would be welcome, but this could also be your first paid position in the NGO sector, or you could be returning to work after time out. A full induction will be provided, alongside a dedicated training budget to support you to grow and develop within your role.

About the role

Join us in building safer futures by giving a voice to male survivors of domestic abuse and strengthening professional awareness 

This is a unique and rewarding role that combines direct survivor support, specialist partnership work, and awareness-raising in the community.  

As part of our dedicated Domestic Abuse Service, you’ll focus on three main areas:  

Supporting male survivors at standard and medium risk  

• Provide one-to-one, trauma-informed support to men affected by domestic abuse.  

• Complete risk assessments, safety plans and ongoing recovery-focused support.  

• Help survivors build confidence, make safe choices and achieve long-term positive change.  

Survivor support alongside the Your Choice Project (YCP)  

• Work in line with Respect Standards, which ensure that survivors are supported while their partner or ex-partner attends the YCP behaviour change programme.  

• Deliver specialist parallel support to male survivors, ensuring their voice, safety and wellbeing remain central.  

• Collaborate closely with YCP colleagues to provide a balanced, holistic approach to safety and recovery.  

Community outreach and awareness-raising  

• Attend and run events across Nottinghamshire to connect directly with male survivors and the professionals who may encounter them.  

• Deliver training and briefings to raise awareness of male survivors’ experiences and increase professional confidence in responding to them.  

• Contribute to the development of innovative outreach strategies that challenge stigma and make services more visible and accessible to men.

•  Experienced in supporting people in crisis, ideally in domestic abuse or frontline services.

• Knowledgeable about the challenges and barriers faced by male survivors of abuse.
