The Supporter Acquisition team is responsible for all marketing to attract new supporters across a large portfolio of appeals/products and media. This role will identify, develop and manage top food partners relationships and strengthen existing business relationships with companies in the food industry, generating value for the partner and to secure growing and sustainable volumes of surplus food for the FareShare Network.
For designated top food partners, you will be their day to day point of contact with regular face to face contact at all levels. Partnership Management

Rape Crisis England & Wales works in partnership with three of our member centres to deliver the 24/7 Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Line. We lead on the digital infrastructure of the service, including the management of a Cloud Contact Centre and various internal systems used by Support Line operators and managers. The role
As a member of our corporate services directorate, you will be proactive in maintaining quality and high availability IT systems by providing first and second-line IT support to over 350 staff across 4 offices and around 200 associates in a smaller capacity. This includes user management, telephone system administration, backups, software compliance, hardware refreshes, documentation, and user training. This is also an excellent opportunity for you to hone and develop your IT skills through the learning and development opportunities that are available.
About you
As a key member of the IT team, you will be an active team player with the ability to engage with the people who use our IT systems. You will have sound problem-solving skills and be thorough in your approach with an excellent eye for detail. Highly organised, you will be able to manage your time and priorities well. We are mostly a Microsoft environment and you will be able to demonstrate the fundamental skills to go with that (Windows 10/11, Office 365 apps and administration with Active Directory). You will be able to troubleshoot basic network issues and manage corporate backup and antivirus solutions.

Primary location of role and hybrid working
This role is primarily based in our London office. However, our hybrid working model allows full-time staff members to work up to 3 days per week at home.

Communications and Events Officer £25,000 per annum (pro-rata)
Full time role (37.5 hours) with an initial 6-month fixed term contract continuing subject to funding.
Remote working, with the option for hybrid working (up to two days in the office) in London, Manchester and Cardiff.

Main purpose of role
To enable the delivery of 1MM’s communications strategy, across the organisation, to extend our reach and build engagement within our community: ensuring we cost effectively produce and deploy powerful content and co-ordinated messages across all our communications channels, and to a broad range of audiences, alongside the promotion and administration of our events programme.
