Job description

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart or develop your career in fundraising. You'll be at the heart of our donor care and fundraising operations, helping us build strong relationships, deliver excellent supporter experiences, and raise vital funds for life-changing medical research.

Why this role matters

We fund the brightest minds in science to tackle the biggest challenges in human health. But to do that, we need reliable voluntary income streams and a thriving network of supporters. Your role will be essential in helping us grow that support by keeping fundraising engine running smoothly and making every donor feel valued.

About You

You're eager to learn, and ready to grow your career in fundraising. You love working with people, have a sharp eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, purpose driven environment.

You're someone who:

  • Has experience of providing an excellent level of customer service
  • Can maintain accurate records
  • Is able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with colleagues and other stakeholders
  • Can work in an organised and methodical manner with excellent attention to detail
  • Is able to demonstrate a high level of IT skills specifically Word and Excel
  • Demonstrate good research and analytical skills
