We are recruiting for a Deputy Service Manager to join our team in London; the scope on this job involves….

Job Title: Deputy Service Manager

Location: Richmond, Wandsworth, Merton and Kingston with the requirement to occasionally attend our Head Office (Vauxhall)
Salary: £38,674.05 per annum
Contract type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5

We are looking for a committed and compassionate deputy service manager to lead our Enhanced support service. This is an opportunity to support women and children facing multiple barriers to safety and recovery, including survivors with insecure immigration status, experiences of homelessness or substance misuse. 

You will provide leadership in day-to-day service delivery, ensuring high standards of trauma informed support, safeguarding and risk management. You will supervise a team of dedicated front-line staff, promote reflective practice and help foster a culture of continuous learning.  You will also deputise for the Service manager and supporting wider service coordination as needed. 

This role is ideal for someone with experience in VAWG or community-based services who is ready to step into a management position. You will be supported to develop your leadership skills while helping to share inclusive, survivor centred service provision.
