Main Areas of Responsibility
Your role will include working with existing partners to solidify relationships, maximise partnerships for success of programmes and programme recruitment, identifying new opportunities and partners in line with the region’s needs, and managing regional communications.
You will work with the Harris Federation Teaching School Hubs to support management of a pipeline of high-potential recruits to the NIoT’s golden thread programmes, with a focus on Initial Teacher Education and including ECF, NPQs and Harris Federation CPD. You will work closely with the Teaching School Hub Directors and our ITT Lead Provider to ensure the development of relationships with local schools, trusts, ITT providers, local authorities, and wider community partners to ensure effective system level recruitment and engagement.
You will also hold close relationships with our Administration, Marketing, Communications and Events functions to ensure that we promote our programmes effectively.

The Senior Marketing Coordinator will create, manage, and optimise new and existing media campaigns for Paid Search (including Google Ads Grant), Paid Social (Meta, X, and LinkedIn), Display Advertising and play a key role in supporting the Individual Giving Team to deliver digital fundraising activity.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Working as a key member of the Marketing, Communications and Individual Giving Team (MC&IG), you will help amplify the vision and mission of Trees for Cities, and work with internal teams to target, engage and convert specific audiences in line with our annual business plans and three-year organisational strategy, The Turn of Trees.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive paid digital marketing support to the Marketing, Communications and Individual Giving Team and lead various cross-organisational programmers and initiatives - helping to strengthen the execution of our integrated marketing, individual giving & communications plans.
In addition to applying your experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating digital campaigns, this is an exciting opportunity to use your creative flair, creativity and copywriting skills to have a significant impact as we implement and coordinate a new digital direction for the charity’s external paid for communication efforts.

Main responsibilities:
Coordinate a programme of marketing activity to generate awareness, conversion and retention of Young People, including UK students. Work with Head of Youth Marketing to ensure an inclusive scheme(s) that reflects and represents the broadest and most diverse student audience.

Listen to Families is an innovative new service to improve prison healthcare by involving families and carers more proactively in the process. A pilot project - the first of its kind - has been running in London for around 18 months. It seeks to create mechanisms and opportunities for families to be heard and influence how healthcare services are delivered and developed.
The service listens to the views and experiences of families, feeds that back to the NHS and providers, makes recommendations about where improvements could be made, and works with them to co-produce solutions with people who have lived experience.
This role holder will set up a similar pilot project in four prisons in the South East – HMPs Elmley, Downview, Huntercombe and Aylesbury. This is an opportunity for someone to join and shape the delivery of the project from the day one.
We're looking for:
• A good understanding of service user engagement practices and methodologies.
• Understanding of the importance of professional boundaries and the complex/vulnerable nature of our service users.
• Knowledge and understanding of the diverse needs of prisoners and their families, including those from marginalised communities.
• Experience of service user involvement with diverse groups, ideally including people who have been affected by the criminal justice system.
